The AI ​​repair brush is not working in version 27.4. An error message appears when I set it to AI ON. When AI is set to AI AUTO, a pattern appears where the brush is supposed to repair.Please fix this bug.

I could use some help, please. I’m just learning how to use smart objects. According to a video that accompanied the package I purchased, I should be able to double click on the smart object, paste an image onto the smart object layer, click Save, and then choose one of the “stamps” that are on different layers. However, the stamps disappear once I’ve saved the document. All I can see is I had this working late last week, and today, it’s not working anymore. Can something have changed? Did I perhaps change something, or am I missing an important step? I re-downloaded the package just to make sure I hadn’t done anything irreversible to the files. When I copy and paste, it is asking me if I want to apply the transformation before saving. Could that be a problem?Here is a screenshot--I hope this makes sense. Thank you ! 

I am still having this issue as of today in the full release, Photoshop 2026 27.9.0. Is there a fix beyond disabling the graphics processor? Turning off graphics processor fixes this issue, but causes Ps to run very slowly.I am not using the Beta version.

Open ik het RAW scherm in Photoshop dan ziet de foto er anders uit. De kleurruimte (Adobe RGB 1998) en bit (16 bit) is in beide schermen hetzelfde. I just installed Photoshop 2025 on a new computer, M4 Max MacStudio on MacOS 15.7.1, and when I open it I get this error popup.There was a problem with Generator. The later ones make it look like there's a bug in some script.I've read many posts here on similar problems but none of the mentioned solutions that I've tried so far have made any difference. I just updated my Photoshop this morning to version 27.9.0 and now, no matter what file format or options I use to export an image, the export appears washed out or sun-bleached.On a Reddit, I found the solution (posted 11 hours ago, very much in the same timeframe as I began experiencing it), which is to go into Preferences, under Performance, and uncheck Use Graphics Processor:https://www.reddit.com/r/photoshop/comments/1vak5kj/photoshop_update_and_now_my_images_look_washed/This should definitely be fixed. PS will not open. I am told "The application “Adobe Photoshop 2026.app” can’t be opened." Tahoe 26.6 macbook with Apple chip. Started with trying to update (from either 27.6 or 27.7) which ran a long time and then messaged: "This is taking an unusually long time, investigating". waited some more, at least ½ hr in total and then canceled the update. Then tried to open PS and got the message: "The application “Adobe Photoshop 2026.app” can’t be opened.”Subsequently I succeeded in updated bridge.

Hi,Up until about a week ago, Iu sed my external HDs for scratch disks in Photoshop and they are no longer appearing in the app. I am running Tahoe on a MacBook Pro and have the latest version of Photoshop (and Photoshop Beta).I  have tried:Updating Photoshop  Rebooting my machine Ensuring Photoshop and cloud have full Disk access (both under Privacy permission and in Files & Folders) Both drives have plenty of space (3TB and 5TB respectively) I have full read/write permission of both drives and they are connected directly to my Mac (not through a hub)Both drives are formatted as ExFAT and while some online chats indicate it isn’t compatible with Photoshop . . . it WAS until about a week ago. I cannot reformat them, as they have other data that I cannot erase / move.UGH. Help!

My photoshop will not open.  Plus it will not let me take out photo from lightroom classic and move to Photoshop.  The computer and graphics are all up to date.  This has  worked for years and now nothing.

The Adobe Firefly connector in Codex is repeatedly failing with:HTTP 403 Forbidden — “MCP streamable transport probe failed”Endpoint: https://photoshop-mcp-service.adobe.io/v3-creativity-b8f2a/mcpThe connector worked briefly and successfully generated images, but then began returning this error again. It occurs before Firefly receives the prompt, even when generating one image at a time. Disconnecting, reconnecting and restarting the app have not resolved it. Please investigate the connector’s authentication/transport authorization.

I am just learning to work with mockups and smart objects. This is a faux postage stamp I created and it’s going into a mockup that has deckled postage stamp edges etc. I’ve tried to use Free Transform to resize the “stamp” to the green “canvas” but it won’t fit exactly or proportionately. Is there something I can do to make it fit the green area precisely? Or something I can do to change the size of the green area so they’re both a closer match? Thank you.

I have my export settings to JPG quality Max of 7. But every time I go to export an image and close "Export As" it always defaults to quality of 6 and I have to manually change it every time. This is the case in both PS and PS Beta. On a MAC. PS beta V27.9.0 What can I do?

Au lieu d’avoir une opacité progressive, j’ai des sortes de dégradés en paquet avec des couleurs étranges saturées sur les contours. Impossible de réaliser un dégradé progressif pour un fond de ciel, cela me bloque complèetement sur mon travail en cours. Tous mes calques sont en mode normal, mes brushs aussi, opacité et flux en 100%. J’ai réinitialisé par défaut tous mes outils, pas de changement.Avez-vous eu ce type de bug? There’s a troubling issue with Photoshop/Beta 27.7+ on Windows 11 where the new Remove Tool’s on-device generative AI model fails to work with 16 GB NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5080/90 cards from PNY, MSI, ASUS, and others. This problem has been around for months without a fix from Adobe or Nvidia. Might as well stick with the RTX 5070 and use the cloud-based remove free credits until it’s resolved—after all, most people are online anyway. Feels like a pointless feature unless you’re one of the rare few without Internet access. However, you're n luck in using a premium MAC PC.

I am having trouble getting my Photoshop desktop app to work. It was working before last night but starting last night I cannot get it to stay open. It will start to open but then it will close again. I have tried all the usual work arounds and talked to tech support, who said to call today if it wasn't working and so here I am. 

when i click the generative fill button in photoshop, theres an Icon that says "fi" which stands for firefly. ive been able to click that in the past and choose nano banana / gemini 2.5. but this time when i click it, Firefly is the only option and nano banana gemini 2.5 isnt there any more. where did it go? how do i get it back? im on photoshop 2025 version "26.11.6"

Photoshop crashes. Photoshop was running fine until it said the scratch drive wasn’t big enough so I followed advice on forums and cleaned up some files in the c:drive to make more space. I also at this time opened the old gradients and followed advice to move them on my computer somewhere in the app data roaming. I have since checked the following: reset preferences, reset windows font cashe, manually deleted CT font cashe and roaming data, disabled GPU in preferences, reinstalled creative cloud and photoshop many times, ran a windows system repairs (sfc\scannow)  tried with a different local account on same laptop, used Adobe cloud cleaner tool,, checked read write access to folders (but could not do spool\drivers\colour). The problem started when I tried to fix the scratch drive and when I was at same time tried to restore the old legacy photoshop gradient tools. I have tried now to put my scratch drive on a different drive and this also doesn’t work (although I don’t know if possib
