Hello,I would like the have an option to make some icon shortcuts for some filters that I use frequently. Now I have to go through the list of manufacturers and then the specific filter. I rather have an icon I can press for the ones I use all the time. In my case e.g. Luminar Neo, Power Retouche's White Balance, etc. Thanks for your time.
I've worked through support on this issue and it is not resolved. I use a Mac Pro 2019 with two Radeon Pro W6800X MPX units (four GPUs) and one Radeon RX 6800 XT. If 'Use GPU' is checked in Settings->Performance I cannot open any file. If I un-check 'Use GPU' I can open files but some features are not available (e.g., Generative Fill, Normal Map creation) and Photoshop will not shutdown properly. I have to fource quit it. Support says, simply, Photoshop does not support multiple GPUs on MacOS. Reporting this here in case anyone knows a workaround and in the hope we can get others with this issue to put some pressure on the devs to prioritize feature. Please respond if you know a workaround or have the same issue. Thanks,Greg
Please, please, please for the love of sanity do not put multiple orange warning popups or overlays on top off applications like Photoshop Beta that you can't close or get rid off. Plus the text in those are jumbled and looked super unprofessional.Sometimes customers can't update immediately so they have to navigate around those annoying, broken orange "update" messages.Adobe being a world leader of innovation should be able to help with this. A considerate, once per session, profesional looking popup would do.Thanks.
I'm pleading with the Adobe Photoshop (and InDesign and Illustrator gods) that they can PLEASE expand the ability for controllers/keyboards like the StreamDeck to be able to access things like sliders, brush presets, etc.More specifically some of the options I would love to see include:- Being able to assign actions to streamdeck buttons.- Map sliders for HSL/RGB/Brightness/Opacity (especially for the new streamdeck plus) Currently, I have to create a script that calls the action, then add that script to the script panel, and then use Keyboard Maestro which can trigger a menu item from a StreamDeck key press. i'm hoping that soon with the StreamDeck plus I can turn a knob and change the Hue, and then another for Saturation value on an adjustment layer (as one example). Same with RGB, and a whole sort of other options!!With the popularity of applications like Streamdeck/Keyboard Maestro and so many apps and hardware that increases efficiency, I can't understand how this hasn't been
Is it possible to have the effects of LUTS previewed in the same way Presets can be - by scrolling down the list until there is one that gives the look that envisioned? Thank you for the opportunity to comment. regards Barrie Hocking
If we can create a path with variety feather option like software mocha it will be very useful
Hi, so my idea is to duplicate the result or save the result of what's being given by AI. For example, say if I wanted to add a necklace to a person, I would also add that necklace given in the previous photo by AI to other photos. Another way is being able to make the AI-generated result in a preset.
I think it would be an awesome feature to be able to rasterize all, Linked Layers for example while being able to leave behind Text Layers.
Portrait photographer here who has spent an ungodly number of hours manually brushing on adjustments to correct for those automatic darkening lenses in peoples' eyeglasses. Now that we have all these amazing AI auto-masks, would that be able to be automated more now? I'd be happy with a mask that searches the face, identifies glasses, and masks out only the lenses for me. I don't believe it'd be possible just yet, but if someday you gave me something like "whiten teeth" where it also automatically applies a preset for exposure/shadows/temp/tint correction to match the surrounding skin, I'd think I'd died and gone to heaven. For whatever reason, these lenses are incredibly popular in my area, particularly with men. While it's not a difficult task to do manually, it is incredibly tedious, and such a tool would save me so much time and effort that could be spent on other things.
I can't be the first person to ask this, and the feature has likely been requested using better language. Honestly, I can't be alone when I say I'd love to see something like Advanced AI Actions. Basically this would be leveraging AI to create bulk works using context-based actions, instead of the basic Actions we already have. There could be some plug-in or other software for this that I'm unaware of. If so, PLEASE point me in the right direction! Essentially I'm talking about recording and playing a sequence of actions, the execution of which is consistent in application but the result of which can vary depending on the visual context of each photo edited. I'm guessing the AI would have to be able to scan each image, take into account my recorded actions of more advanced techniques from one edit, then apply those actions to a completely new composition. For example, let's say I'm editing bulk photos of apparel on models using a consistent workflow standard or sequence
When you click on 'save as' it gives you about 30 different formats to go through. I only save as .jpg and .psd. It would be nice to have the option to right click and 'unpin' the other formats so I don't have to go through them, might just make my work faster. Or even BETTER the option to have a pinable floating button that saves as .jpg when I click on it or whatever format you assign the button? If I hit ctrl+S it automatically saves as .psd which is great but I would love to have a quick save option for .jpg or .jpeg or whatever I want the other to be.
I really liked when a couple years ago photoshop implemented the functionality of tagging your layers and folders in the hierarchy by assigning colors to them. This helped me so much to keep things organized but as you add more layers and or folders it becomes overwhleming to figure out which of the seven colors you are going assign especially when you are working with like 20+ folders and or layers in the hierarchy. Could we please get extended functionality where you can assign your own color values to the hierarchy beyond the several staple ones that are provided? This would help me see, sort, and navigate my document so much easier and save time from getting confused or having to figure out which of the several colors I will label with.
Hey guys,Im looking for a way to batch process a bunch of raw files to help with storage and sharing. I like what Im seeing with the Jpeg 2000 format and want to automate my conversion. Originally I thought about using the batch processor but it appears there are limitations when dealing with Raw. I then looked into the Image Processor but it doesnt appear to support Jpeg 2000 format. Has anyone else had this issue and more importantly found a work around? Suggestions welcome! I use the colorization neural filter a lot but there are simple improvements that could be made. Two come to mind immidiately...1. The focal point image is far to small to apply accurate color targets to the image2. When adding color focal points there should be a menu of colors to choose from that produce the same colors the colorization neural filter creates. For instance, Flesh, foilage, water and sky. This would allow a person to help the A.I. out and identify things that it didn't find correctly.Sorry if I'm just missing something and these features are already there.
Generetive Fill Have No Any Option for Skin Retouching, Skin Softing, Skin Tone Correction and Light Correction... Add this Proper Prompt For This Feature... if Skin Retoching and Softing Add this Then Generetive Fill More More Powerfull and This Make All Type Work Done in One Click
Whenever I get the color picker in Photoshop, I try to click on one of the colors in a palette stored in my Library and nothing happens. WHY? I don't understand what the point of have palettes in libraries if you can't actually use them when selecting colors within the app. Above is an example. I get a color picker for a stroke color, and when I click on the red color in the library palette, nothing happens.
I would like to set groups with their content to be individually flaten for review. Now only the very top group is visible when I open sharing link.
Please change the Status Bar default to »Document Profile«. To me it seems relevant information in general and especially for screenshots posted on this Forum with regard to problems like unexpected color changes it would often be the one relevant piece of information. Regards, Pfaffenbichler
Add a switch or a toolpreset to a brush that allows for making brush strokes on a temporary layer. When the brush is selected a temporary layer is automatically made for the artist to work on. This allows for fast shading without having to make selections or clipping masks. The on and off switch for the temporary layer should be inside brush selection panel, for easy access with right click on mouse or pen.Switch "on" or select brush with preset , adds temporary layer, switch "off" drops down the layer.
Hi there.I've been using Photoshop for a long time.Something that i think would be useful would be the opportunity tohave info on the original name and location of a photo once it has been placed intoa layer.I have a psd with many layers and I now need to know where the originals were importedfrom in my file system but have no idea. I run many hard drives and take what I needfrom these drives but it would be so handy if I could get a summary for each new photoI place into a layer information as to where it came from across the many drives that I storephotos. Some of my final images may have 20 or 30 photos comped in.Thanks.David Bignell
I think it would be great to have a new Paragraph Text tool that works like a smart object.A Smart Paragraph Text layer could have multiple varients that contain the same text, but you could resize and adjust them to fit different artboards (for example). When you change the text in one layer, it will update all varients. For my workflow it would be an amazing time saver.
Accidentaly I have just discovered great feature in Lightroom Classic and I would like to have same behaviour in Photoshop. When I have image 100 % zoomed and want to check whole image, I jump to upper left corner and with PageDown key I'm scrolling down step by step. When I reach down, Lightroom automatically jumps to up to another column of image until I reach bottom right corner of image. I would love Phooshop can do the same! I know I can scroll to left and righ with Ctrl key, but Lightroom style is much better.
Hello Photoshop enthusiast. I am not a Photoshop user, but a software development guy.I wrote in the past different Photoshop plug-ins and also very refined e-commerce camera capture application in which user can control Canon, Nikon, Sony DSLR and mirrorless camera through their SDKs.I would be interested if you think it is worth to implement such a plug-in with camera control functionalities: live view, camera settings adjustment, snap and also pre-crop subject, image overlayI know camera tethering is available in Lightroom, but this implies to have two separate application. Moreover from what I know Lightroom live view is limited.By implementing such a plug-in, it will be available in all Photoshop editions, CC, clasic, Elements. So do you think it is worth to develop this plug-in in my spare time ?Thank you, Marius
Hi, When I want to edit a document or a photo and save it as a PDF, by default it always saves it to the "Documents" folder. What I would like is to be given the option "Export files to an assets folder next to the current document" and save it there. I don't want to have to choose a folder all the time.I kindly ask you to add the development you will make about this to the nearest update. Sincerely,Engin T.
