Photoshop Elements

Versieset geeft wel pictogram aan in de organizer, maar laat de orginele foto niet zien, elements 2025 

I purchast elements 25. It will not work for me. I entered my redemption code. each time it tells me it is activated, but won't let me in. I have deleted the program and restarted computer several times. Still not luck. I don't know what to do next?

Mais j'ai eu un autre message d'erreur : "Désolé une erreur s'est produite.  et sur cet écran déclarant qu'un rapport d'erreur a été généré, j'ai cliqué  (en donnant mon adresse mail) sur envoyer le rapport.Que dois je faire ? Merci.  

I've tried various prompts this afternoon with different images and get this error.It's nothing I'm going to spend a lot of time trying to figure out- I'm just saying this is what I got this afternoon.It's working just fine in Photoshop (the second image).

I purchased ) after a lengthy problem with my account, Elements 2026. When I check it shows up as "Paid" but it does not show up in my account in the listing of software. I am a long time Elements & Premiere user but the 2025 version is the last to show up. 

I have elements 2025, windows 11 . Every Canon printer I've tried gives me a half inch border on the right and a quarter inch border on the bottom. I've tried every setting, spoke to 3 different Canon tech support people. No one coukd fix it. Chat got also said there was no fix. It's just small 4x6 photos using Canon paper, each photo is cropped to 4x6. Im out of options. They dugesseted bypassing elements since it prints a perfect borderless photo when I use windows photo.

I have, in the past, had photoshop elements to create pages.  I do a lot of digital scrapbooking and have used this for years.  But it's been a year since I have done pages and I forgot how to use this photoshop elements.  I have papers that I use when I go in to create a page, but I forgot how to make it an 8.5x11 size page.  Then I forgot how to make a layer for the photos to add to the page.  Can anyone help me get started?  This is frustrating when you forget how to do it.  

Can I upgrade directly from my Element 2014 to the latest Element 2026 without loosing anything from my Organizer? The only reason I want to upgrade is because My Elements doesn't coop with the latest raw format of my Canon camera. Is it possible to buy a version later than 2014 that manage the new Canon raw format that doesn't have the new 3-year licenze?

I've been using Photoshop Elements for years and upgrade every other year. I have been having a serious issue with 2025 freezing when I'm selecting areas with the selection tool. When the program freezes the only way out is to open task manager and tell it to kill the process. Unfortunately, this doesn't log the issue since it is technically not a "crash". I'm using Windows 11 on a Dell Precision 3660 with 32GM of RAM. I'm just trying to let Adobe know about the issue. I get around it by frequently saving my work in progress (when I remember) as this seems to help.

I have just upgraded from Elements 2021 to Elements 2025.Up to now, in Elements 2021, when I have edited a photo I have added a letter after the photo name.  E.g. Original name 20250801_001, new edited photo 20250801_001A.In Elements 2021 when photos in the Organiser are sorted by Name, the photo without the A was displayed first, then the photo with the A.  In Elements 2025 it is the other way round - the edited photo ending with A is displayed before the unedited photo without the A.Why is this, and is there a way that I can change it in 2025 to display the photo without the A first when sorted by Name?

I recently replaced a Microsoft Surface laptop with the same.   I'm attempting to reload Photoshop Elements 2023 (purchased in 2022) to the new computer.  To reload, I got to my app's and it states shows "install" as the status.  I click that link which sends me to my account and I use click "download" icon, then go to my dowload files and activate the executable file.  Unfortunately, each time, I get an error (183) after it gets to about 90% and it won't complete. 1. Does anyone have any suggestions to solve the issue.  Note that when I review ethe 183 error on Adobe's site, my software and issue do not come up. 2. Does anyone know how to comunicate with a qualified human at Adobe with out being extorted for $29 to have a conversation about an install issue for a purchased Adobe product?  AI is not helpful. 

PSE 20121 Organizer has a serious printing bug. I am trying to print to Canon 4x6" glossy photo paper. In PSE2021 it's not possible to print to this size paper correctly - white bands are left at the right and bottom of the printed photo. In the Organizer do File -> Print  and set up for 4x6 printing:Printer SettingsPaper Type: Photo Paper Plus Glossy IIPrint Quality: HighTray: cassetteSelect paper size4" x 6" 10x15cmSelect type of printIndividual printsSelect Print Size4" x 6"Crop to fit: checked This will fail to print correctly - it leaves a white band at the bottom and right of the printed photo Press More Options -> Custom Print Size And you see that PSE2021 cannot print to 4"x6". Dear community,Although I have a strong laptop (AMD Ryzen 9 + NVIDIA GPU), the Organizer is very slow when selecting a different star rating. I do have 3.800 foto's in the directory I'm woring in, but it should no take that much time to switch views. How can I improve ? Is the size of the font in the menus and gui fixed or can it be made larger?  If it can be enlarged, how.  Thanks!

One of the bigger more noticable changes to the program is the appearance of Adobe Express Templates when you use the Create button.  You may notice templates in Adobe Express with "crowns" in the lower right corner:  Those are "premium" templates--- users of the free version of Adobe Express cannot access those.  To access thos templates requires a subscription.  I have been subscribing to Photoshope for a while now and have access to all premium features....Non subscribers to Adobe Express:  You have access to only 100,000+ templates.   See that's funny because that's a lot.

I am using Photoshop Elements 2024 on a PC with windows 10. It did it again! Freezing. Nothing works I just spent 30 minutes cuting, pasting and distorting a picture I wanted to add to another picture. It was perfectly placed. Now all I have to do is erase the overhanging spots I don't want. A simple job. Then- bang! the anoying boom again (no real sound except my curseing). Everything froze again! again! again!.  I am tired of the software freezing, preventing me from finishing the creation and having to start over!  I have to go to task manager to end action and start over. PE 2024 is the worse Elements I have ever bought.  It is the worse with all the problems I have had with this software!

Hi everyone I'm posting on this forum here because i need help with the software i just bought and i can't find any support on the Adobe website... I subscribed, downloaded and installed Elements 2025. Same as with my older version of Elements 2015, I seem to have a graphic card problem (see screenshot attached). The pre-rendering window stays black when i play it. And when i try to render my edit, an error message appears "accelerated renderer error". I have Windows 10. Intel UHD 620 graphic card + Nvidia MX130. I updated both graphic cards. I downloaded the latest HECV and h.264 codecs i could find. Yet, when i try to edit .mp4 files from my Dji Mini Pro 4, the pre-rendering window always stays black and when i try to export the video there is always an error. What can I do to make it work and start editing my videos? Or is it possible to cancel the payment of the software and get a refund?I can't find any help anywhere and i find this issue pretty frustrating. An

After updating to Windows 11 and re-installing PSE 2021, when I want to open images in my folders, the thumbnails for NEF and PSD no longer show, but jpegs, DNGs and tifs do show.What's going on?

I have PSE 2021, but this happened in previous versions also. Everytime I switch from Expert to Guided or Quick, and switch back to Expert, ALL the pictures in the photo bin come up in work space. Then I have to minimize them again before I can go on. Any suggestions? Thanks.
