Photoshop Elements

I'm using PSE Organizer V 20.0 (2022) to manage my catalog of images.  I find it convenient and efficient for the way I work.  I use Adobe Camera Raw extensively to provide initial "tuning" of my raw images, then follow up with Photoshop when I want to do some more sophisticated modifications.  Some operations in the recent updates to ACR now cause the creation of a .acr file that is associated with masking applied to the file being edited.  When I use the Organizer (2022) to move my image file to another folder, the Organizer will automatically move the .xmp file with it, but it does not move the .acr file.  At that point I may lose the masking information if I don't move it manually.  If I upgrade to PSE 2024 will that issue be resolved?  I've also seen some references to using the .DNG "container" file format, but have no experience with it and don't know what negative factors might make it less suitable for me.  I don't relish the thought of

Change text size in organizer toolbar? The toolbar is unreadable; the text is too small in APS Elements 2018 Organizer. I can't find an >edit>preferences option to change this. HELP.This was fixable in the PS Editor part by going to the edit>preferences>UI and cursor>200% option, but did not also apply to Organizer. This is a bug that needs a solution.Added: This is only a problem on my smaller screen laptop. My desktop wider screen text size is fine.

I have updated my Mac OS to Sonoma 14.0, and my version of Adobe Photoshop Elements 2022 has started to fail. Several options do not work.   I only bought this quite recently so I hope there is a free upgrade.   Does anyone know?   Thanks.

I specifically need Elements 2023, which I can download but when I go to purchase the license it only gives me Elements 2024, would this licence work for 2023? Thanks!

I have upgraded to Photoshop Elements (P. E.) 2023 from P.E. 7.  In 7 I was able to open a blank file into the same workspace as a photo that I was editing and move a selected part of the photo to the blank file using the move tool.  when I open a blank file in P.E. 2023 it goes into the photo bin as a separate file and I cant get it to open in the same workspace as another photo.  What am I not doing to achieve what I was able to achieve in P.E. 7?

I have windows 10. I am thinking of getting Elements 2024. I have intel (r) UHD graphics 630. Am I ok?

Hi. I am trying to save images in PSE and the "Save As" window takes up the whole screen.There's no minimize option, can't grab the edges of the window and no resize option anywhere. Can someome help me, please? TIA 🙂

After a problem, I uninstalled PSE 2020.  After I reinstalled it,  the software keeps asking me to "Start my free trial"  I bought the software and I don't need a free trial.  How do I fix that?The Organizer and  Premier elements work normally.

Following the update I find I can still open Adobe but performing some tasks causes it to crash. It says that it sends you an alert to the cause so can I hope that this will be fixed shortly?

I've just upgraded to Elements 2023 on a Windows 10 PC but I'm finding that the organizer does not respond to any mouse clicks other than the top File/Edit/Find/View/Help menu items. e.g. with a catalog loaded and all of the photos displayed if I select a photo using the mouse the organizer does not show that I've selected that photo unless I Alt Tab off the screen and then back again. It is the same for every option on the organizer screen - media, people, zoom, etc, the only way to get the organizer to show the result of any action is to Alt Tab off the screen and then back again.Any ideas how I fix this as the software is useless as it stands. Thanks in advance.

I can't access Elements Premiere 2022 as i keep being asked to sign in and register, when i go to enter my activation code I am presented with the following: Oops! This code has already been redeemed using a different Adobe ID How do I resolve this? 

I currently have PS Elements 2023 on my PC and laptop. (I will update to 2024) Can I sync the catalog between the 2? How?

Wondered if anyone has the same problem.I can use the perspective tool in the Nik6 collection but when I click the save/apply button all I get is an invitation to send a crash report to Adobe.If anyone has had a similar problem have they found a way around it?

Hi,I have a perpetual licence for both Photoshop and Premiere Elements 2018, but wheni tried to open premiere today it said my licence had expired, and when i tried to re-enter my serial number it wouldnt accept it and told me to contact customer support.Help?  

I have Elements 2022. I am just learning to use it. Organizer has a lot of potential photos in it but only a couple are visible.  The rest are grayed out and have a huge question mark in the center.  I would delete them, but I cannot figure out how.  Also the links on the top left (File, Edit, Find, View, Help) are not responsive.  Any help would be appreciated.

I recently moved PE14 catalogue from an old computer to a new one but failed to deactivate the licence. I did uninstall it via Control Panel - Add/Remove programs but that apparently didn't deactivate the licence. I would have expected a prompt for that to happen. As that computer has gone for recycling I cannot access it to deactivate the licence. I have PE14 on a laptop and I would like to keep it there if possible as well as on my new computer. Is there any chance you could grant me a licence to use PE14 on my new computer please? I'm a retired amateur photographer and PE14 is adequate for my needs. Thank you.

I HAVE INSTALLED PHOTOSHOP ELEMENTS 2024 BUT WHEN I OPEN IT THE PROGRAM FREEZES AND I CAN DO NOTHING WITH IT AND ALSO I CANNOT CLOSE IT. 

The layout of photo collages seems to be rigid. I could not find an option to freely change the collage grid and cannot believe that this trivial feature is not available.  (I use Photoshop Elements 2023 on Windows 11) 

I have created captions under a lot of my photos in the Organizer using the "click here to add caption" capability.  This "caption" data gets stored in the metadata "description" field for each photo. I want to create a photo book (or even a slide show) and have that metadata "description" field show up under or on top of each photo automatically as the photo caption. I cannot find any way to do this and do not want to have to re-enter all my caption data in individual  photo "Title" fields when I create a slide show or photo book. I can't find any way to do this. HELP!

I own Photoshop Express 20.0 Windows Platform. However, I own a Mac Studio Sonoma 14 currently. How can I download Mac .dmg Install? I also own Preimere EXpress 20.0 Winmdows, so I would like to change both to Mac. Is this possible w/o $$$? Can I Upgrade to the Mac versions?What are the better choices to accomplish this? Thanks, Billy

Hello, I am using Elements 2021. Lately it happens very often that when I draw something in black, there are little white spots in it. exampleNow I apologize for this horrid drawing, this is very tiny in the actual image so there's a severe lack of detail and proper anatomy.  And it is very dark so I brightened it a bit, making it look even worse.  But you see easily the white spots. I can fix this by locking the layer and just painting black over it again.  But I don't know why it happens in the first place, it's kind of annoying and it was never a problem before, I have obviously had the program for years (and older versions before that, I've been using elements since around 2006).  It weirdly happens only with line art like this, not with coloring larger areas. I realize it's a shot in the dark but I was wondering if anyone else has this problem, or if anyone would know how to make it stop.
