Photoshop Elements

All of a sudden today, all my photos have dreaded question mark.  If I try to reconnect/delete - reload/etc, it puts the photo in a download file instead of the document file.  What did I do to cause this?  Any ideas?

when I open Photoshop Elements 11 in my computer, the font is too small, I can barely read anything.

Hi, I have Es 2021. The install deposits the two Es programs and CC. I believe CC is pushing GBs of data up to Adobes cloud. I'm located in very remote area and don't have that kind of bandwidth. I've tried uninstalling CC but it says other programs require it. As I only have the two E programs I assume that is what it is referring to. I've read that Es 2022 or 2023 do not require and I assume do not install CC. Is this true? Thanks so much. 

PhotoShop Elements 2022/2023 is much worse than older versions* due in part to loss of the Enhance pulldown/ Adjust Color/ Color Variations tool. From PSE 8 or before, it provided a stable, manageable way to adjust each of the three primary colors at 3 levels (shadow, midtone, highlight). The manual color adjustment to*ols in PSE2022 have some value but are too touchy-feely twitchy and not well suited to simple tonal fixes. (Our Macs last a long time; PSE 8 was fine on a 2016 until recently, and still is, on a 2010 that is off-line only for security. I refuse to sully my new M2max with whizbang that makes it too easy to lie in an app that still needs Rosetta to translate.)

A few days ago the dodge tool disapeared has this happened to any one else. 

I have PSE 14 and have way too many (over 40,000) photos in the Organizer which slow down the uploading process. (I do real estate photography for a living and add photos to the Organizer almost daily). I thought by moving folders of photos off my hard drive, the photos would disappear from the Organizer. I have found that the folders I have moved off my hard drive are greyed out (which I expected) but the photos still show up in the Organizer. I can't delete the folder so how do I get rid of these photos in the Organizer?

I have PSE 2020 and love the facial recognition in the organizer.Is the PSE 2023 upgrade worthwhile for the facial recognition?

HiAdobe Photoshop Elements 23 carshes on my Lenovo computer. Processor: 12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-1240P 1.70 GHzInstalled RAM: 16.0 GbSystem type: 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor  Edition Windows 11 ProVersion 22H2Installed on ‎9/‎8/‎2023OS build 22621.2361The problem is: basically I cannot use PS Elements 2023 at all. After I open the program and click on "Quick", "Guided" or Modify (Crop) or any other botton in the program window, the program immediately freezes and closes itself in couple of seconds. What is the solution for this?

When I import a folder from explorer into photoshop organizer elements 2023, I like to open the folder in media and go through the photos one at a time in single view, deleting the ones I don't want. Ordinarily when I delete one, the next photo appears. But regularly, instead, the view freezes momentarily, switches to grid view and drops to the end of the folder. How can I fix this?

I have purchased in the past Version 18 and now 23. I recently reinstalled Catalina on my Mac and neither of those versions are compatible. Surely I don't have to purchase an older compatible version...Help Please!

I created a complete Elements catalogue backup on my Windows 10 computer in a designated folder.  I later backed up that drive, including the Elements backup folder, to a USB 3.1 external drive.  The creation of the Elements backup took 25 minutes, but took hours and hours to copy to the external drive.  I was prompted to copy or skip the existing files already in the designated folder which would have saved a lot of time.  Can I skip the existing files in the new backup without corrupting the external drive backup version of the catalogue backup? I know. I used the word backup a lot.  I hope it was clear anyway. PSE 2021, Windows 10 Thanks.

Just reinstalled Photoshop on a new PC and I have two issues which I need sorting - 1- The mouse pinter is three hands, I remeber in the past I had to change some setting but have forgot which one.2 - How do a get the wheel on the mouse to enlarge photos when editing.Cheers Graham 

I had a powewr outage that totally trashed my internal HD causing the total loss of my older Adobe Elements program.  I can't even remember when I bought that program now since I only used it to add Text to photos!  Since it was downloaded and not installed from a disk Adobe doesn't seem to have any record of my purchase since I can't  give an order number, date of purchase, or version number!  Can anyone help me to get back my version of Elements?

I am using PSE Organizer (on Windows) already many years and the number of photos is steadily growing. Currently 23.000 photo's / 80 Gb. I have just upgraded from version 10 to version 2020. Main reason for the upgrade is a hopefully better performance. In version 10 I experienced growing performance issues: regular screen freezes and sometimes a crash. I was also wondering if there is something like a maximum size from performance perspective and if it is maybe better to make 2 smaller catalogs in stead of 1 big catalog. Although splitting up a catalog seems me not that easy and at least a lot of work. Wim

I have used Adobe Elements with Apple products for many years, and I just upgraded from an iPhone 6s to an iPhone 12. Normally when I create an album in Elements (V 15), I sync with iTunes (V 12.11.4.15) to my IPad Air (OS 14.7.1) or to my iPhone 6S (OS 14.7.1). The albums upload into an OS album with the title and photos in proper order, a very useful tool.  I am using an Windows 10 fully updated desktop. This process does not work with my iPhone 12 (OS 14.7.1). Now when I sync the album in Adobe Photoshop Elements the sync loads the correct photos into the iPhone 12 photo library only. They are not synced into an album with the title and the photos in the correct order. This is a problem. Can anyone help? Thanks

I've just upgraded from Photoshop Elements 15 to Photoshop Elements 2020, running under Windows 10.   I use iTunes to copy selected albums from the Organiser onto my iPhone and iPad.  However since the upgrade any new albums I create in the Organiser are not being listed in iTunes so I can't sync them to the phone or iPad.  Additionally any new photos I add to an existing album in the Elements Organiser do not appear on the phone/iPad when I sync that album. Suggestions welcome

How do I Save as multi page pdf in Photoshop Elements 2022?

I purchased Adobe Photoshop Premiere Elements 2022 but I cannot get into it. This screen opens:Then I click on the Editor button:Then this image comes up and it looks as though it is opening, but it never does. It never stops spinning on the left and the editor never opens. I am thinking of just buying the newest version, but should I unistall this oonefirst? Yok33

Just loaded PE23 on my iMac; upgrading from PE15.   Displayed thumbnails are fine but when one is selected the resultant larger image is slightly blurred. On taking that image through to PE Editor the image is once again sharp.   On returning from the Editor the image thumbnail is blank and refuses to be redisplayed?

Hello  I have installed PSE 21 on two computers: one with W10 and got no issue. I reconnected my catolog and all runs fine. Doing the same on my portable PC (under W11) I face a pretty bad situation when runnig "Organizer" : after having reconnected my catalog, the upper line menu (file ...) is not operable, as well as the "sorting" button (when pressed, it gets grey and nothing happens). However all the rest of the functions runs fine. By the way, the "editor" part runs fine .  I have reinstalled a few times, used a small set of photos to created a new very small catalog. Whatever I do, I face the same issue. And with no acces to rhe menu I cannot chek and change préferences .. I let the programs run a long time but no change. Actually I faced the same issue with PSE 19.0 on that PC  (W11) and I expected that with 21.0 the problem would have been solved  As anyone faced the same problem Regards   Alain 

Menus de photoShop éléments trop petits

Last week I bought a new Mac mini with the latest M2 chip, Photoshop elements 2023, and a new Sandisk SSD drive.  I did a full backup of my old Mac running Organizer 2021, to the new SSD drive.   First I tried restoring this Org2021 backup to the new computer running Org2023, but the restore crashes.  I then installed Org2021 on the new machine and the restore was successful to Org2021.  I then opened Org2023 and was able to convert the catalog ok.  So all the images and meta are now fine on the new Org2023,  and I am able to backup the Catalog Structure ok,  but a Full Backup crashes.  I have forwarded the crash report to Adobe but no response yet.  Any ideas appreciated!  

Hi All,I have been on the chat and phone with Adobe support several times now, and they have been unable to resolve this issue (see image), so far, by resetting preferences "after a restart" in settings or even with a "clean" install by their senior techs. Anyone else have a similar problem and or solution? Thanks for any help!
