Photoshop Elements

I bought PSE 23 a couple of months ago. I only use this to process images. Suddenly, today, after the upgrade to Monterey 12.6.4, it no longer opens. Bad timing as I need to process an image to print.I cleared my Cache thinking that might be it then thought it must be the upgrade. Any ideas on what I can do? I got ON1 early last year and I do not like it. Thanks

Note that these is no Window-Shapes option. I have search every option on the pull-down menu to no avail. 

I keep getting a message when I look at upgrade in both Organizer and Editor that a new upgrade is available and will be installed, but it never is.  What should I do?

HiI am trying to find out how I can custom flip a image, prob around 10% to the left or right, but the only flip tool I have in Photoshop 2021 is to  flip horizontal or vertical !. cheers Spike

I cannot open canon cr3 images in Photoshop Elements 2020. I have tried searching without success, i tried finding the appropriate camera raw. It has imstalled the plugin camera raw 12.0.0.321totally frustrated. I just bought a new camera CANON EOS R10 and I cannot view them in this program. thank you I have windows 11 

Elements 2023 (21.0) auf macOS Monterey mit 16GB RAM:Der Dialog Tiefen/Lichter kann nicht oder nur sehr träge mit aktiver Checkbox "Vorschau" betrieben werden. Ich muss den Haken in Vorschau immer wieder deaktivieren und aktivieren damit das Bild geändert wird. Oft wird nur ein Teil des Bildes aktualisiert (Screenshot). Die anderen Module – z.B. Tonwertkorrektur – laufen aber flüssig.

Can someone tell me if PSE 2023 finally supports higher resolution displays. The older programs offered High Density settings for 100% and 200% which were of no use to me and has held me back from upgrading to the latest version. Any information would be appreciated... thanks!

I have reported the coordinate bug also in the family forum. Trying to see if I can get some kind of attention here as well. There is an error in the Longitude East implementation in element organizer. This is visible after saving metadata or exporting the files.I checked the format with EXIF reader sw.Original data Elements output   Longitude 17,55 is converted to 17, longituderef missing.Most external sw cannot read this format, probably because of missing decimals. Windows Photo and Icloud can read it and uses the long E according to above, 17 degree. In this case around 50-55 km's off. If you are just above a degree the error will not be as significant.I am using Elements 19. Should be easy to correct. long W is working so it should be straight forward to just compare the difference in the implementation between W and E. I can accept a rounding of the coordinates but this big error makes the element organizer useless. Hello. I am trying to reduce the size of my logo to Facebook's profile size (170 x 170), and no matter how much I reduce the size, it still looks exactly the same -- and too big -- for the FB profile. There are three options in Photoshop Elements (I have version 2022): "Image", "Scale", and "Canvas". I tried all three. I have no idea what I'm doing wrong. Attached are three images: one with the regular logo size (1536 x 1920), another is resized to 180 x 225, and the third is how it looks when I attempt to upload it to FB. Thank you in advance for any help/advice you can provide!!

Hello.  Is it possible to STOP the prompt to connect to the cloud when launching the software?  I don't want to connect to the cloud or save my documents there.  I'm on a Mac Desktop running Ventura 13.1 and accessing Photoshop Elements 2023 21.0.  Thanks.

Is it possible to move an image from one catalogue to another catalogue EASELY without having to note the directory of the image, then delete it from the first catalogue and finaly import it in the second catalogue?

I have just purchased Photoshop Elements 2023 (Mac), downloaded it and installed it, however I cannot launch the program as I receive the following termination error message:DYLD, [0x1] Library missingPlease help!Thankyou.

I can access Photoshop Organizer however Editor 2021 will not open.  I have an order Number but no serial number and I'm stumped.My husband used to be my go to IT guru however he passed away 2021.I've changed account name to myself, hope I haven't messed things up.I do digital photo books and need Elements.Can someone walk me thru whatever I need to do.  Thanks 

I have Photoshop Elements 2022 20.0 x64 on OSX 12.5.1I've downloaded WebPShop_0_4_2_Mac_Universal.zip, unpacked it to get WebPShop.plugin and moved it to Library/Application Support/Adobe/Plug-Ins/CC/File Formats as per instructions; there was previously only one file Camera Raw.plugin in the location. Ran PSE and the .webp format is still not recognized. When I check About Plugin it says I have Camera Raw, Photomerge and Read Watermark so it seems that my PSE is looking in a different place for plugins.Where might I really have to put WebPShop.plugin to have it recognized??

I upgraded to Photoshop Elements version 2019 from version 2.  I have a system for organizing my files.  Organizer it too intrusive and seems to do things I don't ask it to do.  I want delete/disable it.  I have no use for it.

This format has been around for over a decade. Mac OSX supports it; so does Firefox. It's a serious drawback of PSE (yes, I'm up to date) that it still doesn't.

Photos I open in Photoshop are turning black and white. I would like to be able to insert coloured photos in my projects.

The tools panel in Quick Edit and Guided Edit Tools mode is "unpinned" and "stuck."  Previously working, I just selected Guided and the tools menu has moved to the top left corner and I cannot "pin" it back to the right border. It doesn't appear to be draggable and there are no left/right-click actions.  The same for Quick Edit Tools except the Adjustments panel is mid-frame. The Expert Mode is fine. I've tried View > Guides selections; nothing is active. The Window > Panel Bin is stuck too. Window > Reset Panel doesn't do anything in Quick or Guided modes, but works fine in Expert selecting, activating, and resetting any of the Layer/ Effects,..   

I created a new document with white background, did some painting, then wished I had begun with a black background. How can I turn the existing white background black without losing what I've painted?

Sie werden in einen Ordner mit [Jahr Monat Tag] mit dem Datiename [Jahr_Monat_Tag_Nummer] erstellt. Was würde nun passieren, wenn ich Bilder von zwei Kameras einlese, mit Bildern vom selben Tag? Würden dann die Biler die schon vorhanden sind überschreiben, oder ist der Import genug schlau, dass die Nummer weiterzählt? Hat damit jemand Erfahrung? Und wäre es möglich, dem Dateiname den Device-Nameen hinzuzufügen. Ich dachte dies sein mit Metadaten möglich, das Device wird da aber nicht aufgeführt

I have PSE on my Surface tablet, and I accessed and used it just a few weeks ago. But today, I clicked on the Icon on my tablet's screen - and I also tried opening it from with the "properties" of my JPG file  ....I get to the opening screen, with with the "Organizer", "Photo Editor" and "Video Editor" options, but ....When I click on the Photo Editor option I get a message, "Loading Adobe Photo Elements Workspace" it 'thinks' about it for a while ... then the message goes away, and nothing happens! Besides this, the opening screen is filled with a bunch of crap, about buying 'moving elements; and importing new media - and there is not way to get rid of this unwanted crap, that's taking up most of the screen! I get the impression that Adobe has "improved" this program to the point where it doesn't work and is unfriendly - and they've replaced a simply, useful program with a bunch of crap I don't want nor need, and they are more intersted in SELLING ME MORE CRAP.&nbs

Spot brush is oblong, not round. It suddenly changed shape and I can't correct it. I have elements 2023 on Windows 10.  How do I get a round bursh again? 

j'ai une photo et je désire mettre le contour blanc.  J'utilise le lasso tout autour de ma photo et fait l'inversion de ma sélection et ensuite je prend nouveau calque de remplissage couleur unie.  Pourquoi depuis quelque temps, il y a un flou tout autour de mon image qui ne se colore pas de blanc franc opacte?
