Photoshop Elements

I installed photoshop 2022--it is so extremely slow, not workable. Soooo frustrating. Support is not availabal, only very bad connection in english horrific service Adobe, 

PSE 2021 installed on MAC   I can't access the tools in the Select Tool section.  I only get the hand.

Recently installed Adobe Elements 2022 on a new windows 11 PC Computer. I can normally open the Editor and the Organizer one or two times. If I try to open either one again, the program appears to try to open, but nothing happens. If I look in the Task Manager, at times either or both Elements and Organizer is still shown still in the Apps section with "not responding" shown next to them.  I have to highlight and "end task" to shut it down. After doing this, the program will open again one or two times then repeat the process. Other times, the program will attempt to open, but nothing happens. I look in Task Manager and the program is shown running in the backgraound processes area. Each time I attempt to open one of the programs (elements or organizer), a new process is started, but the program will not open. I must use the task manager to end each task, or restart the computer to clear the processes. I have reset preferences and the program will open 2-3 times and then repe

Is there any way to fetch the entire webpage* to modify the existing design and layout? Am curious to have a shortcut to save my time. I want to fetch a specific page at Software and edit it in a very short time. Please help if there is a way. Many thanks,(link removed by moderator)

Hi, in my PE 14 in general preference of editor I see memory Ram 1942 MB...in my Pc I have 16 GB of Ram.In effect PE is slow to edit. I can manage only 4,5 raw file  in same time.Anyone can help me?Many Thanks

I have a  PE  12  catalog on  WIN. How can I  move to  PE 2022  catalog on  MAC? I am using  MacBook Air  M2  ruuning  IOS  12 . oran   

Hi all.I was using Denoise as a plug-in for months with no problems until 2 days ago when my surface book 2 shut down in the middle of processing due to zero battery. Say I have a picture I want to change the brightness on just one spot. I select that area then go to the Enchance drop down menu and select "Adjust Lighting" and the a selection boix with sliders appears in the center of the image usually cover up the part I selected. I can figure no way to move the box out of the way of the image, and the problem still exists in 2022 and I know it has been a bug in the program since version 6.0.. many moons ago. It's hard to adjust an image you can't see because a dialogue box is blocking it.Is this a design flaw or is there a work around, there is plenty of space on the sides or bottom to put the dialogue box.

Having purchased a new computer, I went to download PSE 2020 onto it. This is already installed on my other computer, so this is the second download using the Adobe installer (2.38MB) which I transferred from the old computer.When trying to do so I get the message ' Your browser or operating system is no longer supported. You may need to install the latest updates to your op. system.' Have checked Windows 11 and everything is up-to-date. The Browser I am using is Microsoft Edge.Thank you. 

Hi, Currently I am using Photoshop 2020 in Creative Cloud Plan. It works under my Windows 7(64bit) without any problems. However, I think the plan is pricy and I want to switch to a perpetual license instead of a subscrption. So I contact Adobe and the support told me that I can purchase Photoshop Elements 2020. But to my surprise, Photoshop Elements 2020 does not support Windows 7. So my question is: 1. Why the latest version(Photoshop 2020) in subscription plan supports Windows 7 but the Photoshop Elements 2020 does not.2. Is there a version of Photoshop Elements that supports Windows 7 and I can purcahse? Thanks

Running Win 10, default browser is Google Chrome, MS Edge installed and upto date, but I continue to get and error every time I try to update Photoshop Elements "you have a new update", when I click on install now I get this message: "your browser or operating system is no longer supported.  You may need to install the latest updates to your operating system"  MSOS win10 updated (just instlalled an update last night!)

Hello everyone. I'm using photoshop on an assignment to do what the prof is calling "Sketch-over rendering" We've loaded a sketch in, and are using the brush tool to paint in color, shadows, and highlights. There's a number of other posts on this topic, but I feel they do not apply to this situation. Here's why. My goal: To paint all my shadows on one layer, with varying opacity. Problem: In my painting process, I may not have a steady hand (painting with mouse), and may miss a spot, or paint an area that needs unpainting, thus erasing. Through this process, there are small spaces that need the shadow touched up. As long as I have a steady hand, I can cover the area perfectly in one stroke. If I have to go back and touch up, any overlapping strokes build up, rather than retaining the same opacity. This behavior makes perfect sense in some areas, but not specifically for my application. Datei für Camera Raw 14.5.x geladen und installiert meldet auch eine erfolgreiche Installation, innerhalb Elements bleibt es bei 13.x.Komplett alles runter, incl. I use PSE mainly to restore old jpeg images in the guided section. No need for layers. For years I have been using the straightening tool to level them out. But now, all of a sudden, the tool wants to add a new layer to apply its rotation to. It works if I agree to make a new layer for it, but then it no longer treats the picture as a jpeg image, which complicates things enormously. I have to save it as a jpeg, close the program and reopen it with the jpeg again to continue. This is incredibly frustrating. Can anyone tell me what to do to make it work on jpeg images again? I cannot find anything in the settings that could cause this. I'm using PSE 2020, but I do not think this is a problem that would be related to a specific version.

Hello, I have used adobe photoshop elements editor quite reliably for artwork and graphic design for years now.Last night when I opened it, my default brushes worked completely differently from how they usually do. My computer: macbook pro laptop, 17 inch.Program: Adobe Photoshop elements editor 2021Etc: I used a bamboo intuous pro tablet, PTH 660 (this is not the issue, will explain later in pot) Example:On the left is a normal stroke, with my eraser (not affected for some reason??) the right is how the brush tool is drawing. It has ALWAYS drawn like the left line, and in fact the same brush is elected for each tool. The dots above show the brush when you click with a mouse, see how the right is opaque? You can see how it fades at the start of the stroke. Fixes I have already tried:- Restarting/shutting down mac- Deleting and reinstalling photoshop app- Deleting re-installing tablet software- Updating Mac OS (on Monterray now)- Adjusting/restting brush settings- Downloa

Ich habe versucht hier irgendwo eine Möglichkeit gesucht um zum Kundendienst von Adobe zu kommen. Ich bin gescheitert wie es scheint, Adobe hat wohl keinen Kundendienst. Nun, letztendlich bin ich dann hier gelandet. Meine Frage an Adobe wäre eigentlich recht einfach:Von welcher Version Photoshop Elements kann man das  Upgrade auf Version 2022 nutzen?? Ich habe Photoshop 2018, in der Produktionsregistration hier bei Adobe steht ich hätte Version 16?! Nun gut, kann mir hier jemand rechtlich verbindlich meine Frage beantworten oder einen Link auf eine offizielle Adobe-Seite mitteilen, auf der von Adobe meine Frage rechtlich verbindlich beantwortet wird? Abschließend ist mir eben noch in diesem Zusammenhang eine Ergänzungsfrage eingefallen, ist bereits bekannt ob bzw. wann ein Upgrade "2023" erscheinen wird?  Das könnte ja ein Upgrade auf 2022 jetzt möglicherweise völlig unsinnig machen. Danke für die Hilfe.

2022 Elements last time I used 2 months ago save to jpeg was there now it is not. Save to copy option is not in my drop down File menu so that is not a fix option as many online videos have suggests. 

Hi, i bought in CD version the Adobe elements 15. My computer has no CD Reader so i registered it online and was working perfectly. I updated my MAcbook i tried to download it from my adobe account online but when i open it, it gives me an error. Says i need to update "install". "the developer needs to update this app so it is compatible with the macOS version". HELP ! 😞

I have upgraded Elements 2020 in 2022. The installation is ready and I can sea my catologe in both versions of Elements but the editor is not working anymore in both versions of Elements. What can I do?
