Photoshop Elements

Hi, Currently I am using Photoshop 2020 in Creative Cloud Plan. It works under my Windows 7(64bit) without any problems. However, I think the plan is pricy and I want to switch to a perpetual license instead of a subscrption. So I contact Adobe and the support told me that I can purchase Photoshop Elements 2020. But to my surprise, Photoshop Elements 2020 does not support Windows 7. So my question is: 1. Why the latest version(Photoshop 2020) in subscription plan supports Windows 7 but the Photoshop Elements 2020 does not.2. Is there a version of Photoshop Elements that supports Windows 7 and I can purcahse? Thanks

Running Win 10, default browser is Google Chrome, MS Edge installed and upto date, but I continue to get and error every time I try to update Photoshop Elements "you have a new update", when I click on install now I get this message: "your browser or operating system is no longer supported.  You may need to install the latest updates to your operating system"  MSOS win10 updated (just instlalled an update last night!)

Hello everyone. I'm using photoshop on an assignment to do what the prof is calling "Sketch-over rendering" We've loaded a sketch in, and are using the brush tool to paint in color, shadows, and highlights. There's a number of other posts on this topic, but I feel they do not apply to this situation. Here's why. My goal: To paint all my shadows on one layer, with varying opacity. Problem: In my painting process, I may not have a steady hand (painting with mouse), and may miss a spot, or paint an area that needs unpainting, thus erasing. Through this process, there are small spaces that need the shadow touched up. As long as I have a steady hand, I can cover the area perfectly in one stroke. If I have to go back and touch up, any overlapping strokes build up, rather than retaining the same opacity. This behavior makes perfect sense in some areas, but not specifically for my application. Aktualisierung per Creative Cloud App meldet erfolgreich, an der Versionsnummer ändert sich nichts.Manuell die Inst. Datei für Camera Raw 14.5.x geladen und installiert meldet auch eine erfolgreiche Installation, innerhalb Elements bleibt es bei 13.x.Komplett alles runter, incl. Registry (Win 10) "geputzt", Elements download über Adobe und Installation beinhaltet Camera Raw 14.1.x, soweit erfolgreich, hilft mir aber wieder nichts für die ORF-Raws der OM-1 die wohl erst ab 14.5.x unterstützt werden.Update über Creative Cloud meldet eine neue Version von Camera Raw verfügbar, 14.5.x, wird erfolgreich aktualisiert, innerhalb Elements bleibt es bei 14.1.x.Was kann ich noch versuchen,

I use PSE mainly to restore old jpeg images in the guided section. No need for layers. For years I have been using the straightening tool to level them out. But now, all of a sudden, the tool wants to add a new layer to apply its rotation to. It works if I agree to make a new layer for it, but then it no longer treats the picture as a jpeg image, which complicates things enormously. I have to save it as a jpeg, close the program and reopen it with the jpeg again to continue. This is incredibly frustrating. Can anyone tell me what to do to make it work on jpeg images again? I cannot find anything in the settings that could cause this. I'm using PSE 2020, but I do not think this is a problem that would be related to a specific version.

Hello, I have used adobe photoshop elements editor quite reliably for artwork and graphic design for years now.Last night when I opened it, my default brushes worked completely differently from how they usually do. My computer: macbook pro laptop, 17 inch.Program: Adobe Photoshop elements editor 2021Etc: I used a bamboo intuous pro tablet, PTH 660 (this is not the issue, will explain later in pot) Example:On the left is a normal stroke, with my eraser (not affected for some reason??) the right is how the brush tool is drawing. It has ALWAYS drawn like the left line, and in fact the same brush is elected for each tool. The dots above show the brush when you click with a mouse, see how the right is opaque? You can see how it fades at the start of the stroke. Fixes I have already tried:- Restarting/shutting down mac- Deleting and reinstalling photoshop app- Deleting re-installing tablet software- Updating Mac OS (on Monterray now)- Adjusting/restting brush settings- Downloa

how to reinstall photoshop elements 11 on new computer

Ich habe versucht hier irgendwo eine Möglichkeit gesucht um zum Kundendienst von Adobe zu kommen. Ich bin gescheitert wie es scheint, Adobe hat wohl keinen Kundendienst. Nun, letztendlich bin ich dann hier gelandet. Meine Frage an Adobe wäre eigentlich recht einfach:Von welcher Version Photoshop Elements kann man das  Upgrade auf Version 2022 nutzen?? Ich habe Photoshop 2018, in der Produktionsregistration hier bei Adobe steht ich hätte Version 16?! Nun gut, kann mir hier jemand rechtlich verbindlich meine Frage beantworten oder einen Link auf eine offizielle Adobe-Seite mitteilen, auf der von Adobe meine Frage rechtlich verbindlich beantwortet wird? Abschließend ist mir eben noch in diesem Zusammenhang eine Ergänzungsfrage eingefallen, ist bereits bekannt ob bzw. wann ein Upgrade "2023" erscheinen wird?  Das könnte ja ein Upgrade auf 2022 jetzt möglicherweise völlig unsinnig machen. Danke für die Hilfe.

2022 Elements last time I used 2 months ago save to jpeg was there now it is not. Save to copy option is not in my drop down File menu so that is not a fix option as many online videos have suggests. 

Hi, i bought in CD version the Adobe elements 15. My computer has no CD Reader so i registered it online and was working perfectly. I updated my MAcbook i tried to download it from my adobe account online but when i open it, it gives me an error. Says i need to update "install". "the developer needs to update this app so it is compatible with the macOS version". HELP ! 😞

I have upgraded Elements 2020 in 2022. The installation is ready and I can sea my catologe in both versions of Elements but the editor is not working anymore in both versions of Elements. What can I do?

I have been opening HEIC files with no trouble until tonight.  Now it says it cannot be opened  Last time this happened, Adobe updated my software and it fixed the problem even though my software says it is up to date.  What is up?  I tried rebooting my computer and updated everything I can find to update to no avail. 

Hi, hope someone can help. My Elements 12 has stopped importing photos from My Iphone. It just says 'Connecting to device ...... please wait'. My phone is an Iphone 6s. My wifes has the same problem and it is an Iphone 6s Plus. I have tried different cables and different USB ports. I recently upgraded my PC and the software is temporarily on both machines. The phone works fine on my old machine. Also I can transfer photos succesfully from my phone using USB with Microsoft Photo. Following advice in other threads I have renamed the 12.0 file in %appdata% to 12.0.old and created a new catalog and tried importing to that. Neither worked.. I've also updated the camera raw plugin Could anyone help? I'm running windows 11 10.0.22000 build 22000 and elements 12.0 20130903.r.43239 Machine is I7-11700F with 16GB RAM and 1TbNVME Any help much appreciated

Ich habe mir Adobe Elements 2022 zugelegt, da ich auch eine neue Canon Eos R7 gekauft habe.In der Liste die RAW Dateien bearbeiten kann, steht auch diese Kamera. Es gibt einige Updates fürCamera RAW. Ich konnte auch eines herunterladen, ebenso für Photoshop Elements.Aber ich kann die RAW Dateien nicht öffnen. I cannot import from my HP Wireless scanner. No WIA compatible device is detected. I was able to import using an older dell computer. I just got a new dell and cannot import a photo in Photoshop from the same scanner. Any help will be appreciated.

I purchased and installed the bundle of Photoshop Elements and Premiere Elements on 19 August.  The 'Camera Raw' version included with that is 14.1.  Prior to that I had purchased a Samsung S22 Ultra, and when I try to open the RAW format file (a .dng file) it say it's the wrong format.  I checked that the version of Camera Raw that supports this camera is 14.2.  I also noticed that 14.5 was released 3 days prior to my download of the bundle. How do I download the latest Camera Raw that supports my camera?  I feel that the newly purchased software should have included the latest Raw plugin...

Please help! I am in big trouble with work. I updated my Mac recently with the geek squad. I asked for my my old LR 5 and ps elements to be put back in bc I do not have time to learn the updated versions yet.  (Even though I have them)My LR 5 is working but when I click photo.... edit in..... and choose Photoshop elements....It crashes. Photoshop elements crashes and if it doesn't crash itv won't bring in the photo from LR like it used to. Please help as my workload is tremendous right now and I'm so behind. 

I trying to do a bulk import to Organizer 2022. After importing several 1000 photos it would always fail at the same spot but provide no message except to abort the input. Even though the Catalog was showing a large file size no photos were shown. After some investigation I found that any file with a date of 1 JAN 1970 would completely confuse the program. Removing those files solved the problem.  

Nach der Installation von Photoshop Elements 2020 auf einem neuen Notebook funktioniert die Anmeldung mit der Adobe ID nicht. Es kommt immer eine Fehlermeldung, dass eine "Aktualisierung erforderlich" ist. Das Notebook ist aber mit den Windows-Updates auf den letzten Stand. Adobe Creative Cloud ist auch installiert.Bitte um Unterstützung

I recently upgraded to Windows 11, and had to reinstall PSE 2020. No problems at all. It fires up to the first screen, and then I click on "Organizer" and it says "Loading the Elements Organizer Workspace"  and then just stays to the main screen. If I clock again, nothing happens... I can open the photo editor and no problems there. No updates are visible from the photo editor. Thanks in advance for any input.  

Hallo, seit 27.04.2018 benutze ich Photoshop Elements 2018. Seit einigen Wochen besitze ich die Kamera Canon 90D. Die CR3 - -Dateien  werden von PSE 2018 nicht geöffnet. Ich würde sofort eine neuere Version von Photoshop Elements erwerben, finde aber keine Informationen zu der Verarbeitung von CR3-Dateien. Welche Version ist empfehlenswert ??
