adobe elements 25. how to go direct to elements organizer bypassing the home page

Photoshop Elements 2025 consistently since installation freezes after brief use, needing force quit and loss of work done. Computer is not the problem.  Geek Squad tells me there are many reports of this same problem reported with the 2025 edition, which I purchased from Best Buy.  Do I need a new product or can you fix this bug? 

I have (had) Elements 9 (E9) installed on two PCs. That worked fine for years. Suddenly (today) I get a message that I have reached my activation limit (2 devices), being installed on two other devices; whereas I have E9 only running on only one device. Last year I replaced two PC's, wiped them and donated them to charity; meaning that I have no longer have access to them. I seem to have an Adobe account but nothing in there shows current activations. How do I proceed to get E9 to run on the only two PCs that I have?  

the 7 day trial countdown keeps coming up on screen. However my download for pse25 was purchased about 5 days ago and paid in full through Amazon. Would be obliged if you would confirm that your "7 day trial" post is an error and delete it or refund my payment. many thanks

Purchased a new 3yr license for Adobe Photoshop Elements 2025, received email confirmation of order, the invoice is listed on my account login and listed on my products page indicating expiration date.  Downloaded and installed the software but continue to get "your purchase wasn't detected" i've signed out and into account countless time, but makes no difference.  How can this software be activated?

Hi All:I had a severe laptop failure recently, I was able to remove the hard drive fortunately and I have access to it.I have a new laptop and intened on installing PSE fresh.I wish to use my old catalog file that I can retrieve from the old drive. It's not a 'backup' file, but the actual catalog file. I was never able to backup the catalog before my old laptop fried.Anyway, my first go-round, I installed PSE on the new machine and before opening it, copied my old catalog file to the new proper location. It opened fine, but all my files show 'offline' and I am having trouble pointing PSE to the new location for the files (library). They were previously located on a shared network drive. The library is now located on a usb attached directly to my laptop.No matter what I try, PSE wont let me update to the new library, it still shows files as 'offline' I have tried to 'reconnect all missing files' and it says it doesnt find any.In looking at the reveal info, files still point to the old n

I much preferred the grid that I had with PSE 23 Organiser. Can I , and if so, how do I do it on the PSE Organiser 25?

I have Photoshop Elements v18.0 which I will need to transfer from Windows 10 on my current PC to Windows 11 on a new PC within the next few months. It was bought from Amazon on 05/10/2018 as a genuine Adobe Upgrade Edition for which I still have the original box and the installation CDs in their sleeves. Photos attached of Amazon Invoice, installation CD and sleeve with two stick on labels, one showing Serial No. (partly blanked for security) and a second bearing what I presume is a product identifier. I registered the product with Adobe  on 07/10/2018. The problem is that Adobe registered it as v16.0 (see photo) which seems supported by the small sleeve label [91112216  DVS/A,PSE,16.0,WIN,GEN,MUL,ALL] whereas the CD itself is undoubtedly v18.0 as evidenced by the photo of the CD and also the attached screenshot of the installed product. Is it possible that the seller put a v18.0 CD in a sleeve meant for v16.0? How can I get this corrected? I like the features of this versio

Hello Community,I 'm working with Elements organizer 2025.I have a catalog sized 1.84 gb.  The photos's folder of the catalog is 39.4 gb. I choose to do a FULL backup, and the final backup folder is 1.24 gb. It is something like a catalog only backup, assuming from its size.I need to move my entire collection. What am I doing wrong? Thank you very much in advance, George

I have been using photoshop elements 2020. My last computer crashed. I am not trying to reset it up on a Windows 11 machine. It is installed, and it looks like the tags were imported. However, none of the people have associated names (tags) and no other tags are associated with the pictures. How can I re establish those connections without doing one picture at a time. I have a catalog from aobut 2 years ago. Do I somehow import that? I'm lost.

When I start Elements 12 I'm requested to log in and registrate my Adobe Photoshop Elements 12 within 7 days otherwise the product will stop working.  This will not help. I have bought(cash) and used Elements for at least 11 years on my old PC. I have now installed Elements on my new PC, but I  can’t  start my Elements.  The old PC  does not work anymore, so it is impossible to deactivate Elements. Seit einigen Tagen habe ich ein Problem mit Photoshop Elements 2024. Einige gespeicherte Bilder werden mit diesem Symbol angezeigt und lassen sich nicht mehr öffnen bzw. werden beim "Durchsuchen" nicht gefunden. Was kann ich tun?Vielen Dank im voraus !

I just recently bought Elements 2025 to match my new camera Nikon Z5 II. Nikon Z5 II is supported in Camera Raw 17.3 and Camera Raw is supporting Photoshop Elements så i figured everything would work. However, when installning Elements 2025 I found that it comes with Camera Raw 17.0 and that version does not support my camera Nikon Z5 II. I have not been able to update to Camera Raw 17.3 from inside Photoshop 2025. I have tried to download and install Camera Raw 17.3 as a separate plug in but it does not pop up inside Photoshop Elements. How can I update to Camera Raw 17.3 to work inside Elements 2025?

Hi Everyone! I just purchased the Photoshop Elements 2025 and the font is very small for the interface. I've searched videos and they have greate tips for Photoshop but not elementts. I don't have a Interface option under the Preference menu.  If anyone can let me know how to increase the font and interface size. I would greatly appreciate it.

When i run the adobe Camera Raw 17.4 installer it deactivates my Photoshop 2025. If i reinstall Photoshop it works until I install the 17.4 RAW plugin, then it"ll ask me to pay to renew my account.

I have just done a full Restore from my external hard drive to my new Windiws 11 Laptop c drive reatining the original structure. The restore worked BUT an error message said it could not restore the.CR3 RAW files and instructed me to install RAW camera reader which I have done.How do I now restore all the RAW files which would have spread across various folders?Thanks

Ich habe gerade erfahren dass es passieren kann, wenn man sich ein neues Windows installiert, dass Photoshop Elements denkt, das ich einen neuen PC habe.Dies musste ich durchführen, und seitdem kann ich mein Photoshop gar nicht mehr öffnen. Mein Elements verlangt eine neue Seriennummer.Das interessante dabei ist, dass ich eigentlich bis gestern beide Programme noch gut nutzen konnte, obwohl ich schon vor über einem halben Jahr dieses Update durchgeführt habe.Ich benötige ganz dringend Hilfe, da ich einen Student bin, der sich gerade kein neues Photoshop leisten kann und vor allem, ich auch wunderbar in mein Photoshop Elements 2018 eingearbeitet bin!Ich bedanke mich für eure Hilfe.Bitte nur Ideen und Vorschläge die auch wirklich funktionieren!

Hi! I need to write in Hindi in Photoshop Elements, but the letters don't look properly there. I had a similar situation, and using a template for Arabic helped. Unfortunately, I can't find a template for Hindi to download. I would be thankful if you could share a template for Hindi with me.

When I click on the layers adjustment icon, the Reset button for Levels, Brightness & Contrast, Threashhold and Posterized do not work.  After playing with the sliders, if I want to return to the original, I have to delete the layer adjustment layer and start over.  

I have tried a full backup from my external hard drive where my catalog and images reside to another external hard drive. When I went to restore it to my new laptop there was not file called backup.tly. The last file is catalog.buc. So I did it all again still no joy. The backup finishes with a message "there was a problem with file Redpolls.jpeg".How do I proceed please?

Hi Creg. This is Raymundo. Long time. I just updated to FSE 2025 I never used FSE 2023 I fixed FSE 2019 and it’s working perfect. My problem now: Can not do the transition to Organizer 2025 having chosen My Catalog #1 during configuration. Organizer 2025 ended up using a My Catalog #2 which doesn’t show the correct structure. My Catalog #1 is not showed in the Catalog Administration Box. So, Organizer 2025 is not working. Would you be so kind to help me?

I recently purchased Photoshop Elements and Premiere Elements 2020. I agreed to let the Elements Organizer catalog my media. It took over one day and my computer was unusably slow during that time. But it was still unusably slow when it finished and I discovered that what had been 120GB free on my hard drive was now down to just a few hundred MB. I uninstalled both applications and deleted any related folders then installed Photoshop Elements again, this time intending to NOT use the Organizer. But just now when I clicked "Create" then "Slideshow" it tried to open the Organizer and failed as there was no catalog and it asked me to find the catalog or make a new one. I have over 150,000 jpegs alone, not to mention videos and other media the Organizer wants to catalog. Is it possible to use this application without the Organizer? If not then I can't use it or I would have to upgrade my hard drive, which is 1TB already. I have a Dell Inspiron desktop running Windows 10 v1903. Thanks,

I recently got a Sony camera.  Set it to take pics as jpg and raw.  Did not realize it wouldn't be raw, but arw format.  How do I edit on Elements 2014?
