Premiere Elements

I own Adobe Premiere Elements 13. Do I still have to pay for Adobe Premiere Elements 2021? 

I've been having a problem recently on Premiere Elements where I add 3-4 videos to my timeline and edit them. Initially, they all look perfect and flow well together but suddenly one of the videos starts to flicker and goes completely black. When I look through it, it's suddenly become a compilation of the 3 other videos in my timeline and the original video footage has disappeared. When I export the video, that portion of the timeline is just black or has somehow taken parts of the footage from clips from another part of the video. No idea how to solve this and I've never seen this happen to anyone. Any help would be greatly appreciated! 

I have Premier Elements 2019.  There were some directories still in the Program Files (x86) directory that were labelled Photoshop Elements 13.  I moved these out of the Program Files (x86) thinking they were no longer needed.  Now, Elements 2019 cannot ever load its workspace and spends a lot of time looking for its plugins.  I can eventually get it going by going back to the .exe file and starting it there but the opening "splash page" or the Desktop icon are no longer opening the progream.  I moved the Photoahop Elements 13 files back into the Program Files Directory to no avail.I still have the orignnal downloaded install file.  I presume that I need to uninstall the Premier Elements 2019 program and reinstall it.  I presume that  my photo file with the tags, albums, etc. will still be available unharmed.  Is this correct?  Any other suggestions?  Thanks

When I start the program, I get the info box that tells me about the latest update and gives me a button to click that downloads and runs the update program. I do that, and the update appears to download and go through the full update routine. However, when I start Adobe Premiere Elements 13 again, it gives me the box about the update, and the software is still at version 13.0. 

PSE has 12 Kanji graphic characters you can insert into a document/file. Unfortunately,when you select one of them, the "name" of each of the character is just "Character 1, Character 2, etc."  This is not helpful if you choose to use them.  I'd like to know what the meaning of each of the 12 Kanji characters;  for example, peace, harmony, water or whatever.Thanks

If you use keyframes for the zoom in Premiere Elements you can display a line that shows the scale of the clip over the time (right click on the clip in the timeline, select "Show Clip Keyframes", ...). This is very useful because you can change the bezier handles. There is just one problem: Let's say you want to zoom from 100% to 120% then the vertical change of the graph in the timeline is so small that it isn't useful at all. How can I change the vertical scaling of the keyframe graph? I tried to adjust the vertical scale of the clip in the timeline, but it wouldn't scale the graph.

Hi,I have the problem that high resolution images look very bad if I scale them with premiere elements 2021. Steps to reproduce:Add high resolution (e.g. 14 megapixel image) to timelineZoom in a little (e.g. to avoid black bars)Export Video Result: The image looks blurry and pixelated After a lot of searching I found out that this is a "feature". By default video/image clips are scaled to the frame size of the project. If you then rescale the image you'll upscale an already downscaled image. You can avoid this if you:Select the clip in the time lineChoose Clip -> Video OptionsDeselect "Scale To Frame Size" You have to do this for every clip and there is no way to change the default setting. In my opionion this is a bug or at least a very bad user experience.I would really appreciate if you could fix this

I have finished editing my film. I'm not clear what I do next. "Render"?  Or go straight to the "Publish & Share"?

On playback I keep getting error that says "Media Offline" and strip is empty 

Hi. Is it possible to get a refund or maybe even just a credit for a month or two of creative cloud?  I didnt try the trial I just assumed that since my requirements were not anything out of the ordinary or professional elements would be fine so i bout the double pack.  I was wrong.  The biggest disappointment is no real support for vertical video.  Vertical video has been a thing for over 10 years now. Entire platforms are based on it and entire countries prefer it. Speaking of 10 years old. Looking at the project settings presets is a joke. There is no support for any hardware made in the last 5-10 years.HDV?  Flip Mino? Ipod? are those even made anymore?  Where are the gopros and iphones and all the other stuff?  Isnt this Elements 2021?????  Maybe I accidently downloaded a 10 year old version?  I knew it would be a scaled back version but this is pathetic. Who is this product for?I guess I could call this a feature request.  Up

Do you have a proposal?I use Adobe Premier 2019. Not the PRO edition.I've found several help pages that solve the problem. But they only show the solution in the PRO version.

I see there is a reduced price for Students and teachers. Does the same discount apply to charities, like churches? I am Canadian. 

Hallo Community, ich würde gerne in Premiere Elements eine Timeline erstellen, die am oberen/unteren Rand während des ganzen Films mitläuft und dort z.b. die Monate einzublenden. Ist das möglich? Am besten wäre etwas personalisierbares. Klar ich kann einen Text anzeigen, das ist aber eher weniger fency. Habt Ihr vielleicht noch Tipps oder Ideen für mich? DankeGruß Max

Hi everyone, I was hoping you may be able to help.  I am a new to video editing so hopefully there is a really simple solution. When my video is shown on the preview screen parts of it are a little blurry (in particular the background words on a book I have filmed).  However, when I manually move the Playhead the software automatically brings the whole picture (and words) into perfect focus.  When I stop manually moving the playhead parts of the video goes a little blurry again.  I want to keep the perfect focus.  Can anyone help with this? Many thanks in advance.

Hi. I have a project in Premiere Elements project which has 430 wedding pictures. I want to change the sizes of all the photos at once, without doing them individually???

When I try to open a recent project there is a delay then its starts download and reaches 38% then says unexpected error and stops. What can I do?

I have uninstalled Premiere Elements 21 and now my serial are banned ? Whats wrong with that. I have activated Elements with the same serial, and i have downloading the Program here from the adobe site.

I have loaded the German version of Premiere Elements 2021. How can I get the serial number for this product here in Thailand? Thailand only offers Premiere Elements 2020, and everything in Thai ???? Thanks for answer 

why the **** after purchasing, reinstalling, and reactivating does it still show this **** stupid **** piece of crap watermark.   "delete rendered files and do this **** **** steps every **** project"   do you know how much time that will take per project to render to get rid of this **** watermark. worthless, not inutitve. 0/10 for me.   Profanity removed... continue to swear and you may be banned... When I try to use Smarttrim, most of the times it starts up and then I get a message saying that the file could not be analysed. When I click OK I get another message saying that, "marking the best scenes requires a cut analysis", excuse for the translation cause my program is in swedish. I have no idea what that is. It works if I use a short clip from my ordinary Sony camera, but not on clips from my GoPro.The clips are 1080p and 50fps. 

I have 2 pictures in my video. Both photos are linked to the same file but they should be linked to different ones.I already set up the effects (certain movement) for the pictures, so Id like to simply change the path for the picture so that it loads picture_2 instead of picture_1. Rightclick -> properties -> Path file shows picture_1 now Id like to rightclick the path file and choose picture_2. Is there any such option?How I tried to resolve it (obv. failed):At first I tried to rename the file and as it says: "Can't find picture_1, where is it?" I select picture_2. But then both paths are changed to picture_2. So that doesn't work.Thanks in advance

I have been struggling with this and need some help.  The separate audio track on my timeline constantly breaks up when I do edits on the main video track.   Do you have any ideas on how I can avoid this happening?  Thank you and blessings…

Is there a subscription I can buy to learn how to use Premiere Elements thoroughly?

Suddenly, I can't add my videofiles (MP4) into my project. I have used the files before with no problems, but now it says "the importer reported a generic error". I use Premiere Elements 2018.Anyone who could help, please?/Christian
