Why I cannot create a new PDF from my iPhone using the camera?it says that something got wrong occurred i unistalled the app but I cannot create new pdf using the camera 

I canceled this subscription q weeks ago and I was just charged again. I would like a refund for the $14.99

I am very disappointed in this software.  I have tried numerous times to use it and have been unsuccessful.  I would like to cancel this subscription immediately and would like to ask for a refund.   Carl Crespo

Hola disculpe como puedo solicitar mi reembolso, olvide cancelar la suscripción gratuita y pues iba tomar pero el plan más económico pero se débito más de lo que tenía previsto 

I use Adobe to open attachments  from emails etc,  the last one I could open was a month ago. I have lots of failures and need to be able to open them on my samsung galaxy phone. Thank you 

Quería probar la versión premium de 7 días pero me he dado cuenta que me han cobrado ya la suscripción para el mes. Y no creo que la vaya a necesitar.

My adobe is super slow and spins when I click on a page.  It will also delete my information I just typed on my estimate sheet for work.

The app is telling me I am a free user and to start a free 7 day trial when I try and edit a document. I paid £175 for an annual last year and now am paying £20/month for a subscription. How do I get the app and online account to recognize this?
