Are there plans to allows for programmatic access to ExportPDF. I would love to be able to convert PDF to Word automatically from a script. It would make sense to put a limit on how many times a month we can do that to avoid people from abusing this excellent service. Thanks!

It would be nice if Adobe had a help desk they staff.  I suppose this Byzantine system is designed to frustrate the customer so they GIVE UP.  I am not a happy camper!

I just paid to upgrade my acrobat reader but it won't convert to Word because it's over 100 MB. Just wasted an hour signing up and looking for contact help. How do I cancel this without having to give you guys money for misleading me about your product? Thanks!

I thought that Adobe is a serious company, but i dont understand why is so hard to cancel a simple account. Please, stop it. I don't want to keep going with this service. Cancel my account as soon as possible. I don't want to pay more for this service is expensive to pay month to month for a simple program.Please . I will appreciate  if someone cancel my account. Hi. I'm trying to edit a PDF document that I've scanned in.  I tried converting it to a Word doc to see if this helped.  Is it possible to do this somehow?  sorry if this is a silly question, but this isn't my forte.

My question is: I think that I may have signed up for an Adobe service that I will be charged for. Can someone please check this out for me? I was only interested in the service that is free.

I had a monthly subscription for the conversion of PDF to word and Excel but it seems to have been closed? I had an identity fraud with my credit card and had to change all my details and cancel my previous billing details Can you please direct me how this can be fixed. Robert Stevens

I have tried various pdfs from different sources. I have paid for an annual plan to allow online conversion of pdf to excel or word.Some work, some don't. Do you have more information on the detail of this error?

With SendNow I could easily search who I sent files to.  The search box is not in Adobe Send. How can I easily find, by email address who I have sent files to and who has viewed those files.  Numerous files have the same name so searching by file name does not work.

Hi, I am trying to cancel my subscription as well, but the system literally takes me round and round in circles. It is as bad as one of those scammy websites that get you to subscribe and then make it impossible to unsubscribe.

problem converting from pdf to .doc, error message reads 'an error occurred while trying to access the service' just paid for a year or service.

when I try to convert from pdf to word, I get the message:  reader does not have the ability to access this service?

I get the message above when trying to convert a file in to Word. First time this has happened. Do you know a way aournd this? I need to conevert the file to word to add a header/footer and delete a couple of private details.Thanks,Rob
