Hi everyone, we have stored several PDF files in a SharePoint Online document library that are searchable. I can easily search for these documents using the SharePoint Online search (also by content). However, when I open a PDF file from the search results, the search is not passed on. This means I have to perform the search again. There is also the limitation that the standard PDF viewer in Edge is not particularly suitable for this. Whenever my search contains spaces or the PDF document is very long, the search does not work properly. One idea was to use Adobe Document Cloud as a PDF viewer. However, I cannot define in SharePoint that search results should always be opened with Adobe Document Cloud. This only applies to documents in a document library. Unfortunately, the transfer of the search string does not work, as far as I have researched. So, my question is: Is there a way to use Adobe Document Cloud for search results and pass on the search string? Hello,I have a few users who are getting an "unsupported browser ........ please copy this link into a supported browser" error when trying to send for signature from Microsoft Word using the Adobe Plugin. I have scoured the web looking for an applicable solution but there is not one that I can find that is applicable with the current time/issue. The recent Windows update took steeps to remove IE11 all together and that is when we started having trouble. Microsoft edge is installed so is chrome but the plugin (I believe) natively uses IE11 and their for breaks. I have completly uninstalled IE11 thinking that it would not detect that and search for Edge or Chrome. I have Uninstalled and Reinstalled Adobe Pro, As well as running the adobe repair tool, to no avail.

HiI have a problem in a Citrix environmentI have Adobe Reder ver: 2022.00.20310 runing on Server 2012 R2and I have problem that users that open pdf docs by iexplore.exe the files open but at least one or two times a day they get a popup massage that say "An error occurred" and when you clcik OK the IE window clsoe with the pdf. and as this pdf file is open from a web app that run in the IE this apps also collapse.so this error kill my citrix session I hvae tried to look on the logs of the server but there is no entry on that error and i can't also find any info online. 

We have access to AdobeSign through a vendor.  We can publish forms to registar job applicants and have their data passed into our online system.  As the vendor is US based they can only validate SSN numbers, but we need the ability to validate Canadian Social Insurance Numbers (SIN).  There is a rather complex formula in validating one of these numbers and we have no idea the proper structure to add this to AdobeSign.  Does anyone know the proper formula to enter into AdobeSign Validation to ensure a real SIN is keyed into a form?

Does anyone know how to edit a pdf online that was saved as a documentation image - dont want to download adobe on to this shared computer so redact isnt an option. It is a date that needs changing when I use edit it is just adding it in to random places not replacing

I have received a pdf file with a scanned signature matching that of one of our employees. The employee doesn't use scanned signatures and doesn't know how to do place them into a pdf document. They did not place their scanned signature on the document. I'm investigating this and would like to know if there is a way to view document file data for this such as a date and IP Address for the placement of the scanned signature? Any advice or assistance is greatly appreciated.Thank you.

Hello,  In December, I activated a 7 days trial to try Adobe Acrobat Pro and the payment was then activated for the first month. I tried so many times to find on my account the way to cancel the program, not being interested in keeping it. Can you please cancel my subsription. I have been requesting this since November, since before you started billing me. I have been told tht tthe plan was changed. I want this account deleted and all data held dfeleted as soon as yesterday. The support offered is absolutely terrible. Get me outof here now!

Hello, could someone from Adobe please cancel my trial. It ends today and I have followed the instructions on multiple attempts on different days and I do not have an option to do so. It says I have no paid plans and therefore can't cancel it. I expect I won't be charged given there's no way for me to cancel. See photo attached. Please reply asap. 

I do not have a subscription or any card details in my account. Why am I being charged every month for something I did not sign up for or see any receipts in my account?  No LIVE support and no one picking up those CALLS!!! STOP THIS RIGHT AWAY!!!!

Everytime I upload a document, I can see the title at the top of the page, but nothing is actually opening in the edit tool. Has anyone had this issue and been able to resolve?

Hi, We make Print design in Indesign then convert to PDF but we need our clients to have the ability to edit the designs, we think Adobe Acrobat online might be a durable tool to help us achieve this. The challenge is we do not know the capabilities of Acrobat Online. Please we'd like to know if the following are possible1. Change Background [Color and Size]2. Text [ change of text, color of text, size of text, orientation of text (vertical or horizontal)3. Image [ability to add image and edit said image size]4. Does anyone know why I am not getting the audit page attached to my documents that come back with signatures?

I am attempting to create a fillable form with a paragraph option. The length of each paragraph will vary per submission. I have utilized the text field in the form, but the size of the text field is not flexible. As a result, each submission has a differently sized font, and sometimes format. Is there a resolution to this?

‌iI'm trying to share a number of edited files and sending one at a time is too time consuming. How do I share multiple files at once?

I'm trying to fill in form fields in acrobate pdf online (cloud).Fields with Latin characters work fine. Fields with Greek characters during the edit are working fine.When I reopent the document they are disapeard. (The fields whith latin fonts remain there).
