I've created a library on the Adobe Stock site and populated it with a bunch of videos for the client to sign off on before purchasing anything. When I share the library link with the client they only see half of the videos I added to the library. The count on the upper left side of the page reads 104, which is correct, but it displays only 50. There is not Next button to load additional images. I've tried the link in Safari, Chrome and FireFox and get the same results. None of the videos are videos I've purchased these are just selects that I've added to a library to share and refine with the client.Any thoughts on what's going on?Thanks,Patrick

I have been trying to end my Adobe Stock – 10 assets a monthAnnual plan, paid monthlybut when I access How to cancel your Adobe Creative Cloud plan or membership I cannot find the "End Membership" button. Instead, there is a message of "You’ll be able to manage your plan shortly." How can I fix that? I want to end this trial before I get charged next month.

I signed into my account, but then instead of returning to the image I wanted, it took me to a similar image I had viewed earlier.So I accidentally licensed the wrong image.Could you please tell me how to reverse this, or could you please remove this image from my account?Incorrect file is # 190807472Thank you!

HI there,I have made some non fiction beginner texts on animals such as turtles that have some full bleed adobe stock images (standard licence tied to my school), with large text boxes on each page to contain the text. I have adapted them in in most cases, but some stand quite unedited as illustration. The cover is not adobe stock and I have standard licences for all AS images. At present they are only used as ebooks for a few teachers to share with their class for educational purposes, I would like to put them on the iPads as ebooks too. They will be printed as books in under 500 000 copies. I have acknowledged all contributors correctly in the inside cover.  Will I need to buy extended licences for each image that serves as illustration? I am happy to share some shots of it- I would have to say the book would be nowhere near as appealing without the images. I think the standard licence is ok for use in my small school but have 3 questions1. - Could someone please confirm standar

Hi Everyone!I repeatedly receive this error message on original artwork/photography illustrations. There is some confusion about the actual file sizes as I have had them from Photoshop to Lightroom and back and forth numerous times.  This morning I was saving them out as PNG.  Is this the problem perhaps?  I will triple check a single file for size.Thank you for any assistance

Hi.. Have Adobe Stock change how you save the image to your libraries now? I used to be able to add images when searching from the website if I was logged into my account. Now, you only seem to have the option to buy, download and find similar. The only way I can save now into my library is to search when in app, say photoshop. However, you only get a limited amount of photos in the results, with the option to view more online. You then loose the option to download to your library. Seems a massive step backwards in terms of managing the workflow of CC libraries and Adobe Stock...Thank you if anyone can shed some light on this..RegardsStewart

I would like to use the image on our corporation’s external presentation. Is it fine to get the image by extended license? And is it ok for the image used in the presentations are exposed to the press?

HiI was using my 30 images credits I’d complied after signing up for the supposedly free trial and ending up getting charged &119.97.I was planning on using them before unsubscribing today as I understand I lose them once I unsubscribe.I had my photos picked out and only got to downloading/licensing 11 out of 30 photos when I started getting told Iz would be charged the full price and there was no trace of my photo credit.where are they? What happened?I want them back and I want to unsubscribe before I am charged another $39.99 for a trial that was meant to be free.Otherwise you can refund me for the remaining photographs which would be nearly $79.98 minus one photo.Let sort this out before the next subscription charge.  I have tried calling and it never answers and there is no contact email on the site and ai can’t get through to the chat. HelloI licensed the motion graphics template "Foliage Wedding Titles 2" from "CG Vibe" (Number 186550995). However, as soon as I try to render a clip with that template inside, Premiere stops working.I already tried:Reinstall Premiere Pro CC 2019Updating all drivers to newest versionUse of previous Premiere versionsClose all cloud/antivirus/background servicesCreate new project/new sequenceSo I really tried to fix that problem for hours, without luck. I want to cancel my free subscription. Its going to be charging my credit card today, but I'm trying to cancel and I don't seem to be able to to so. Please cancel it for me, I have downloaded some images for college and studying purposes. I've also tried to use chat but nobody answers me and there's no e-mail I can find to contact support. I have tried twice with same (bad) results to download ai file #149729640.It downloads as text in an unknown language. It makes no difference whether I try to open it in illustrator or place in illustrator or InDesign.I did see other questions on this and apparently it is a corrupted file, with no fix on my end.Adobe moderator, if you see this, I would appreciate it if you could credit my Adobe Stock account for this download.Thank you,M Spurlock

I licensed 2 files (196421993 and 93094041) to find that these images were only partially vector.   Can I get a refund on both of these?

I just downloaded a vector image containing "maps of Europe" and they are of poor quality - I cannot use it for my work. How can I return it and chose another picture and how can I find out, if the vectors are good so that this doesn't happen again? I was recently billed $36,29 for my second month of service. I got the first month free. I have not downloaded any images yet. I would like to cancel because I will not be reimbursed by my employer for the service.  I read on your website that if I cancel within 14 days of the second billing cycle for this type of membership (first month free), I won't have any problems with cancellation fees. Hi!I started my Adobe Stock subscription last month, but only used 2 of my 10 images thinking I could save the rest for use later. A month later, it looks like I got 10 new image credits but the 8 I had left are nowhere to be found. Shouldn't I have 18 images total left to use?What is going on? I feel ripped off.

I have a standard licence for an image I would like to use on the cover of our non profit magazine. It is distributed to no even close 500,000 people and is not sold. Wondering if I still need to purchase an extended licence? I've read both licence terms and am still concerned about the distribution terminology used. Any advice would be great, thank you.

When I want to download a stock template and i click "download" it says "please wait" and doesn't change from the continuous blue circle. I've tried everything and I do have the official paid for creative cloud.
