Hello Support, my contributor account has been blocked. I changed my password and deleted all sessions. Please take another look at this—I did everything according to your rules. I never created AI images; I always photographed my own material or created it with Photoshop. If that was an issue here. What should I do to get my account reactivated, as I still have over €100 in my account. Thanks,Michael from germany.
Why is my image search so limited? Does it affect my plan?I have an old account. When I search for "Indonesia flag," it displays many options, displaying 1 of 100 pages. However, when I search using my current account (a different account), it only displays 1 page. Also, when I access an image link that isn't on my current account, a notification appears:"Page not foundSorry, that page doesn't existTry your search again."I asked the support admin about this. I thought it was an issue with my individual plan, not a team plan. However, the support admin said that wasn't the case. He told me to relogin or clear the cache. I've done that, and the results are the same. Please help me.
I’ve been a long-time Adobe Stock subscriber. Recently, my credit card wasn’t updated in time, and as a result my accumulated credits were permanently removed. When I contacted support, I was told there is no grace period and no one-time restoration option — even for long-standing customers.I understand policies need to exist. However, it feels discouraging that loyalty does not appear to factor into situations like this.Has anyone else experienced this?Is there any escalation path or exception process that worked for you?I’m hoping to understand if this is strictly enforced across the board or if there are any solutions others have found.
Since Adobe makes it difficult to contact them to inform them of poor quality products, I'm going to post here. Apologies if this is not the correct avenue, but I guess that's another complaint for another day. I would like Adobe to be aware that the content in their Stock library is often of very poor quality. There are numerous cases of repetitive images with only slight differences, where the contributors are clearly just trying to squeeze out more from one image. But also, some complete garbage being returned in search results. The following image is a good example of something completely unusable and unprofessional. Image #522730440, which, inexplicably, is a PREMIUM image. https://stock.adobe.com/ca/images/a-group-of-workmen-sitting-at-a-construction-site/522730440?asset_id=522730440 There are a few other issues I could mention with the Stock library, but that's a start. Adobe, can you please remove the low quality images from the library? Such a waste of time scrolling
Good dayI have recently received a demand for payment for supposed copyright infringement for the use of an image which I downloaded free from Adobe Stock. The image in question is AdobeStock_407400322 (attached). The company that contacted me is called COPYTRACK, email address is [Moderator deleted private information. Please do not post private information like e-mails and phone numbers], and they claim the rights holder is YayImages. Please let me know what I should do about this. Many thanks

Hello, I have been using AdobeStock with credits for years without any problems. In January, I purchased 5 credits. Shortly after the purchase, I could no longer view any images—neither from the collections nor from my libraries. I kept getting a 404 error. After calling international support, it worked again. Now, a month later, I want to license an image. Unfortunately, I'm getting the 404 error again. I can't search by terms or image numbers. Not even in my libraries…The support made me deleting my browser cache and checked the certificates, but nothing worked. I can't see a single image from the entire Adobe Stock collection. Support is overwhelmed by this issue. Since this problem has obviously occurred before, there must be a solution.Any help appreciated…Antje
I want to explore every space on generative AI to find the problems it can solve.
I recently purchased an image for a project. Image: #220679844The coffee has purple fringing around the inside of the cup and the entire image is out of focus. Not even the flower is fully in focus. Could you please refund and remove the image license. This image is totally unusable.Thank you.
Hello, I accidentally clicked on the license button today on #851865308. I couldn't find a way on how I can undo it. How can I unlicense it?Thanks,Mark.
Just started submitting and I did touch up some photos, but they were rejected with quality issues. Just wanna know if it’s not clear enough or too much editing?
Hello everyone,Is it legal to copy the keywords of another contributor's image and apply them to my own image? Sometimes I find very successful images. Can I copy the same keywords and apply them to my image, or do I have to change some of the words, or is that not allowed at all?Thank you

Is there any way (aside from posting here) to report individual Adobe Stock files that are misleading/incorrect? I just licensed this file and downloaded the vector version of it, which was a JPG pasted in an Illustrator file. https://stock.adobe.com/images/delicious-chocolate-cake-slice-with-strawberry-on-top-isolated-on-white-background/1661113016?prev_url=detail
I would like to use a free Adobe stock image but would need an extended license... How do I go about getting that? On the listing it just says "standard license" does that mean it isn't available?
A lot of us can no longer download previews (still or video), and are met with a subscription paywall. There is confusion on the forum on whether or not this is intentional on Adobe Stock's part. Some folks are being told by support that this is simply how things are now, while some others with subscriptions are still unable to download previews. I'd like Adobe to answer this for us: Is this a bug or a "feature?" If this is a bug, ok, please figure it out, and soon. Good luck to your team. If this is a "feature," this is astonishly shortsighted. I pay for Creative Cloud, I pay for Frame.io, and I spend THOUSANDS for stock credits on individual client projects annually. If I have to pay YET MORE money just so I can utilize a critical piece of every stock footage workflow, I will switch providers. I have multiple client projects with stock footage underway at the moment and this kind of workflow disruption (which, if intentional, is tantamount to extortion) is simply unacceptab
Hi everyone, I’m a small business owner running a site called AHS Rankers, where we review and rank auto repair shops. I take high-quality photos of vehicles and want to upload them to Adobe Stock to generate some extra revenue. I’m looking for guidance on: Best practices for uploading vehicle images to maximize visibility and sales.Requirements for model releases or permissions when photographing vehicles at shops.Tips for tagging and categorizing car photos for better discoverability. Has anyone successfully monetized their vehicle or automotive photography through Adobe Stock? Any insights, workflow tips, or advice would be greatly appreciated! Here’s my website for context: https://ahsrankers.com Thanks in advance for your help!

Thank you, Adobe! I'm a contributor, but I'm unable to browse the stock photos. This has always been the case, and I'd like to know why. Thank you!==Adobe Stock is not available on your account. If you believe this is an error, please contact your IT administrator.
Can I ask is this strict reject 90% of AI uploads going to be the new norm?I mean can they at least have a new rejection flag instead of quality issue, already in our collection and just Say it as it is "Rejected because it's AI only"I mean, the fact that you then get an email saying we rejected everything (because its AI) please submit more work, is a pretty big insult. I am sure some people do upload bad quality work, but I mean the 3 or 4 that did get accepted are made in the same way as the 70+ rejected, so if an image of a flower has malformed fingers OK :-P, but if they are made in the same engine, same resolution, same pro enlarger why is the one selected and the mass rejected? Is it AI scanned? Are people scanning these? Is there a big list of items that can be submitted that ARE NOT in the collection that gives AI makers a better chance of avoiding this 90% auto rejection policy in place, and finally. Wil this be reviewed and ammended? or is this the new way forward. Adob
