Hello,I am requesting some guidance if anyone within the community has any experience with creating very long scrolling documents. My client is a geologist who is wanting a solution for creating and sharing with his clients a visual record of the drill core that has been photographed and logged.He is wanting a solution where he can share the created document with his clients, to be viewed on screen, either laptop or phone etc.The document will have a continuous image of small sample chip trays laid out in succession, (which could be 20 metres + long in terms of length at its actual size) but he also wants the ability to zoom in on the samples to see the individual grains, which means the document itself will need to be even larger to avoid pixelation. Ideally he also wants to be able to display columns of technical data relating to the chip samples along side.He is saying that he would like a final output like a pdf that he can just export and share with the client to view, so he

Adobe Express has a decent selection of fun music. What about adding some Mariachi sound tracks?There has to be something that is publically available. 

Is there a way to share all the models that I selected as favorites with my team? I looked everywhere for a sharing button, but I couldn't find. Share one by one would take so much time. If there isn't this feature yet, that's a suggestion for future updates. Thanks.

Insert and erase tools are freezing everytime I use them.  I can't zoom in without freezing. Making it difficult to make areas.  This has been going on for a month, please fix it.  I have checked for app updates and none show up. I have a brand new up to date phone.

Hello.I created a video in Adobe Express a while back that includes text overlays.I’d like to remove those text overlays now, but I’m unable to. Is this even possible?The video file still exists, but I no longer have an active Adobe Express account — could that be why I can’t make edits? Thanks SparkyCanada   

When I try to open and create an animation from an audio it never opens. Just a white, blank, rounded screen and nothing loads. I have used audio to animation couple days ago and it worked completly fine! I'm even a premium member but thinking if I should continue the subscription. I saw that other users have had the same problem. I tried loging out & in, another browser - Opera GX and Edge, disabling extensions. Please help me fix it!

Pelo amor de Deus para com essas atualizações desastrosas, não sabem fazer não façam, o aplicativo fica totalmente inutilizado por semanas, eu pago para usar e não consigo, vou procurar outro que seja melhor nem que seja pago, e como li em um posto aqui vocês são a Adobe e não a Microsoft, senão tem capacidade de manter um produto bom não inventem moda de ficar atualizando...

HiI am working in a school which has iPads. They are shared iPads and don't have passcodes. When they try and log into the iOS app they get the following message - Your adminstrator requires you to set a passcode on this device to access this account. Please set a passcode and try again. Background - we have synced their accounts in the admin console with their Google domain. Their Google accounts however have been synced with Microsoft.So when they click to sign in with Google they type in their email address in the Google Sign-in window, then they they have to type it in again on the Microsoft sign-in page, then they can type in their password and they are into their Adobe accounts. Works fine through a browser on a laptop. Interestingly when I am using my personal iPad with a passcode I can sign in using the school account. Another school who have synced their accounts in the admin console with Microsoft, don't have passcodes on their iPads and the pupils and sta

Adobe Express download is not working.  I'm a premium subscriber.  Already cleared cache from everything, including my browser.  Uninstall,  installed,  logged out,  logged in, and still not downloading.  I was downloading yesterday fine and suddenly,  nothing will download.

In der App ist es seit kurzem nicht mehr möglich Funktionen zu öffnen. Die App kann gestartet werden. Beim Aufruf von allen Funktionen z.B. "Post erstellen" bleibt die Funktion beim Laden bei "98%" stehen. Dies ist beim Aufruf von allen Funktionen der Fall. Neuinstalltation wurde bereit vesucht - ohne Erfolg.

Hello. In 2025 for video editing, the color selection for Background color (for behind video clips) is now missing in year 2026. This Background color selection used to be found in the icon menu (that also has selections to Replace, Mute, Crop, Comment, Trash), this menu located on individual clips in the video editor.  Where did this Background color selection go? For example, I would often change the Background color behind the clip from white to "black" so a "fade" out would fade into "black" not white. I hope I'm explaining my query clearly, not confusingly.1111.png Any infomation would be amazing.Thank you.

Hi! I think there are a good variety of characters, but they could be better. I think there should be an option to change the skintone of the characters. Some charcters when i add voice don't have any smile with the words but others do. maybe all should have the same variation options. changing outfits would beb nice too.

I recently purchased a used iMac and transfered everythoing from my old iMac to the new one. Since then when trying to download a photo I've made in Express, I'm told to do this I need to upgrade to Premium and am not allowed to download. I'm logged in to my Adobe account and have a current 20 GB Photography subscription with plenty of space to use. Can anyone help me here?

Is it just me, or does it seem like we are all having to refresh social media page connections through Express more often?? Could anything also be done to extend how long connection tokens last before needing to refresh them? Before using Express, I was using Postfity for social media content management, and I only had to refresh connections every 3 months or so - but with Express, I seem to be forced to refresh them once a month, but it seems more frequent than that, as I will get warnings come up saying my current tokens expire in 11/12 days, but despite that I have to refresh them immediately in order to ocntinue publishing.... Also, could something be done where (again, like Postfity) all connections on a single channel (i.e. Facebook, LinkedIn) can be refreshed in one go, rather than having to go through them individually?The constant token refreshing is becoming a bit of a pain in the backside, if I'm honest!!

Hello community, I´ve been using adobe express for a while now. Recently I’ve been wanting to use the “Generate presentation” under the generate with AI function but after uploading the file (weight 131KB) and selecting the template it just says “Generating” and it doesn´t generate anything it just stays there. I do have credits to generate AI content. Has anyone ever experienced this and has a solution for it?
