Using Adobe Express. Added one of the free avatar makers. Started to use it but after two tries with zero results, it notified me that I was now out of credits. Why?It’s already so expensive to use Adobe products but now to get ripped off with credit schemes seems cruel and maybe illegal. It wasn’t that I got a result I didn’t like. I got zero results. Nothing.

I am trying to cancel my free trial period of Adobe Express and am not being given the option to do so when I go into “Delete Adobe Account”. I am just going round and round in circles. Can anyone help me please. 

Hello,I am new to Adobe Express and I love how easy it is.However I can’t find a font that belongs to my Adobe Fonts Library, and when I try to upload it as a file it says the font belongs to the library but when I search it up I can’t find it anywhere.   Any clues on how to find it?Thank you.  

I have these individual elements I want to animate sliding in without overlapping on each other, like they’ve been grouped together and dragged in. How can I accomplish that?

Hello, apparently I accidentally ‘deleted’ or overwrote a version of a file in Adobe Express. I just then read about this feature with the ‘tagged/marked versions’ (I don’t know what is the precise term in English since I use the German UI). I did not mark it. Is my previous version gone for good? :( It would be quite catastrophic. Is there any possibility to retrieve the old version?   

I uploaded a company-wide purchased and licensed font to Adobe Express within a brand so that others in the company could edit things themselves based on my templates. Unfortunately, this purchased and uploaded font is always displayed as read-only to other users and they cannot change anything. Is there a solution to this problem? I have cleared the font for editing. Ich habe bei Adobe Express innerhalb einer Brand eine unternehmensweit gekaufte und lizenzierte Schrift hochgeladen, damit andere im Unternehmen auf Basis meiner Templates selbst Sachen bearbeiten können. Leider wird diese gekaufte und hochgeladene Schrift immer als schreibgeschützt bei den anderen Nutzern dargestellt und sie können nichts daran ändern. Gibt es eine Lösung für dieses Problem? Ich habe die Schrift zur Bearbeitung freigegeben.

Can I please get some help regarding using an image to fill text as I have searched online and have found several videos and posts regarding this, they discuss using blend and other options which just dont seem to be available when I try this,  cant seem to find a way to make this work so any help greatly appreciated.

I have tried all of the fixes for this. I have tried the incognito window, clearing the cache, and tried different browsers. The only thing I have not tried is un-installing the desktop and re-installing to see if this makes a difference. I have even tried to delete parts of the project to see if I could find the issue. I also have duplicated the project and tried to download, no luck. I have no stock material in use in the project. Need help, Please help me. 

Hi everyone, I used to be able to link an Adobe Express Video into an Adobe Express Page but it seems the only videos I can link to now are YouTube or Vimeo. Does anyone know how to link an Adobe Express Video into an Adobe Express Page?

Hi,I need to put a youtube play button logo over a set of images that I will continually be making, and Adobe Express should be perfect for that.  the horizontal images will all be the same size, an the verticals will all be the same size.  I just need the youtube play button graphic to always be the same size and I can’t quite figure out how to set that up  Maybe figure out the size in photoshop px x px and make a graphic that size and import that as a graphic?  Thanks!

I have an active subscription to Adobe Creative Cloud, which I thought included Adobe Express and all it's premium features. Every time I open the application the home page loads but the second I click on any project, file, template, section, etc. the app just crashes and closes itself. I've attempted uninstalling and then reinstalling  clearing cache, granting all permissions  everything but the app still crashes every time . This is t the first hiccup I've had with Adobe Express and I'm a long time user of Adobe products  6 or 7 years to be precise. It seems like Adobe is just regurgitating low quality apps to add to their vast  ever growing library of programs and tools rather then actually raising their time to develop one that int a buggy mess.

How can I do my coursera assignment on adobe express.  I don't see the tutorial they're saying I should look for. 

Is there an animation or gif make software that is similar to metademolab, in that it is easy to set anchor points and choose different motions such as "dance", "walk", etc?  I am looking for a user friendly option to take my kids clean drawings and add motion to them without creating a ton of layers and extra work.

I am trying to add some text describing something in a short scene. The rest of the project is captioned for the spoken words. I know how to shorten titles, etc by grabbing the handles and shortening or lengthening. But it seems like text, such as titles or headings have to have a minimum timing of 20 seconds. This is way to long for my needs, as captioning for spoken word happens. I don’t want them on the screen at the same time.Does anyone know how to do this? I am using Chrome and using Express Premium.

My Adobe Express is locked out of opening in Chrome. I'm not sure how or why but it seems to think I'm viewing on a mobile device even though i'm on a MacBook Pro. It opens perfectly in Firefox but not in Chrome and I'm not sure how to reset it. I've cleared my cache etc but no luck so far. Any suggestions any one?I'm using Version 130.0.6723.60 (Official Build) (arm64) of Chrome on MacBook Pro 14.6.1 (23G93). 

I have a little question about color gradient, which is hope somebody here might be able to answer. I am currently working on social media posts for a customer with a set corporate design, which includes elements with a color gradient. Yet i cannot find a way to recreate said color gradient in Adobe Express. Normally I would just import the old design elements from Adobe XD, but the design requires small changes on every post regarding their size, which Express doesnt implement the same way as XD, resulting in a violation of the corporate design. Is there any way to import a color grading straight into my brand kit, or did I maybe overlook an opportunity to establish one in Express itself?  I´m looking forward for your answers and want to thank you for your time in advance.

I have treid both ways (shown in screenshots) of resizing a project.  It seems to resize, down form the native iphone camera size to 825px wide (with height aspect ratio locked)It says it’s that size after I change it.  But when I export the image, it exports in the iPhone 2,000 something px dimensions of the original.  i need to be able to resize these images in Adobe Express for this project because i’ve added a graphic that needs to always be the same size in every image I make.  thank you!

I am unable to import a Powerpoint or PDF to Adobe Express. I am trying to import my existing Powerpoint in order to polish it up and create a presentation. Each time that I try to import the Powerpoint I receive an error that says "Import failed. Something went wrong. Please try again." I have tried to convert my .pptx file to a PDF to import it, but I receive the same error. I have completed the following steps to try and resolve this issue:Changed internet browsers Closed and reopened my internet browser Tried using the Adobe Express app Cleared my caches/cookies/browsing data Logged out and logged back in Restarted my PC Tried Incognito mode Checked to ensure that my .pptx file is under the maximum file sizeAny help or guidance would be appreciated.

Does Adobe plan to increase the file size limit for Adobe Express clip generator? A one hour clip at 1080p produced in Premiere would require a maximum bitrate of 2.37Mbps in order to meet the file size criteria. This is well below any recommended broadcast quality, let alone streaming prepared video. By comparison, Opus Clip allows for file sizes 30 times larger. While Adobe Express AI clip generator exists, it is not currently a usable option. Workarounds like “make lower quality clip” and “cut your video into smaller parts” creates a barrier to using Adobe Express that does not exist in competitors. Please modify the arbitrary file size limitation that the tool is actually usable in current production workflows.

This version is very difficult to use. I want the previous version of Express. I need something EASY? to use!!!

I am in England. I have seen others have had this problem in the past and have followed all the advice given, to no avail. Adobe express opens but the minute I try to do anything, touch the screen at all, the ‘getting things ready’ occurs. And stays. I have tried all the things it could be. Was fine yesterday.
