My students are working in groups to create a webpage for their PBL. Custom theme is disabled for students that did not make the webpage that was shared with them. This doesn't allow for true collaboration. Can you please allow custom themes for all that the webpage is shared to . Thank you,  

How do we scale an element, such as a rectangle, non-proportionately in Creative Express? We can't possibly achieve needed shapes without that.

Hi, I have a Pinterest Business account which is linked to my personal account. This means that I use my personal account's login for both. When I connect to Pinterest with my credentials, I get connected to my Personal Account. No option for the Linked Business Account. Has anyone encountered this? Cheers,Dimos

I am unable to open my individual projects to edit them. I could it yesterday and everything was fine. When I opened Adobe Express today I can see all my projects but when I click on a project to open it says something went wrong. I have looked at all the support and done all those things. Such as remove cookies, change firewall to default, private browser etc.The chat bot kept asking me the same questions and giving me the same answers.How can things change over night?I am on Windows 10 Pro and in the process of upgrading to 11 but not this moment I write. Thanks

Hello! I checked similar posts with this problem but nothing helped. I logged in-logged out, tried different brouders, desktop and mobile app, disconnected from Facebook using trableshoot video - nothing helped, I'm still seeing the same error.

HELP!  I made a presentation on Adobe Express and when I share the "View Only Link" the link does not work. It takes you to a 404 error - Page not found, try refreshing the browser or checking the URL".  I've tried refreshing the page, clicking the "update link" button and trying it again, I've tried it in Chrome, and an Incognito window in Chrome and on Microsoft Edge, the same result with the 404 error every single time. I need to get this presentation shared with others who don't have the Adobe suite asap. How can I get this view only link working?! 

In Adobe Express, when trying to generate a template, the following message is extremely annoying: "One or more words violate Generate Template user guidelines. Please edit and try again." The only thing I wrote was "How I stopped trying to fix people." Can anyone explain where I am violating the guidelines? This is just one example; it happens every now and then.

This android mobile application is too slow and the font style and other other behaviour properly in app but the file download the misbehave the file and destroy the content also. So please firstly resolve this problem of slow open app and fast download.

I really enjoy using Adobe Express; however, there are many features missing for creators. Platforms like Veed.io offer excellent tools even in their free version. Please refer to this photo for reference.

There appears to be an Adobe Express outage here in Japan. I'm working on a project and I cannot search for photos nor videos. I am also not able to load any Adobo Express media on my premium account. Anyone else experiencing this issue? The virtual support assistant is not very helpful in identifying this issue either.

When attempting to upload 512x512px transparent png stickers created in Adobe Express (Spark), Telegram gives this error. "Please attach the image as a file (uncompressed), not as a photo".  I couldn't find information on saving PNGs as uncompressed within Express settings, searching help or here on the Adobe Express community. Anyone else run into this and what was your fix?  Telegram Info: https://core.telegram.org/stickers#static-stickers

how to resize image not the entire page it's on

I am trying to move from Canva to Adobe Express, and I was really expecting I'd be able to select the DPI I want to download but I was so surprised to find out that I am not able to download a jpg file in 300 dpi. It's not easy to do on Canva but possible, and on Kittl is super easy. I am currently paying for the full Adobe Cloud membershp for all apps which is quite pricey but I'm not able to use Adobe Express and have to pay separately for Canva or Kittl ... not ideal, I hope they can bring this to Adobe Express soon. 

May I know how to translate Englisn in one picture into Chiense? The software asekd me to define the region but I cannot figure out how to do it.

Adobe Express not recognizing my subscription on my iPhone. I've deleted and reinstalled app. There is no place to sign out / in within the app and my only option in the app is to upgrade to premium (which I already have). This was my go-to app for everything before the upgrade, and I'm so aggravated by this that I'm ready to give up. Is there a fix for this?

When I try to insert an Express video project into another Express video project, it only gives two options, Add as Image or Add as Page.  "Add as Image" is just a still image. My brain cannot comprehend what a "page" is in the video editor context. Neither of these options inserts the content as scene(s) that can be edited. How do I combine scenes from different video projects and maintain the ability to edit captions, animations, etc. in the resulting project?  

I'd like to remove these for my own clarity. TIA

In apps like Adobe Lightroom, you can add metadata including Subject or Keywords to help with organizing or searching for images later.

I've paid for this app for a few years and integrate it with my online business social media posts frequently. It was my favorite for the ease and quickness to create a post. For a while now when I upload a picture, if I try to edit or crop or anyway it crashes. Or if I upload a second photo it crashes. It's simply unusable and very frustrating. I've paid for at least 3 months and have gone through a few updates in which I haven't been able to use it at all. Please help or update your broken app. Device: iPhone 16 Proios version: 18.4 Device Storage: 185Gb of 1TB used (plenty of storage available!)

Upgrading this app is going to do nothing but get me to unsubscribe. I cannot use it at all and worse it doesn't recognize that I am already a premium subscriber. I knew it when I saw the proposed upgrade a few months back and I wisely did not upgrade it. Now I have no choice.  I also can't export via email anymore which makes this app useless now. Why you would destroy this once great app is beyond me.
