I have a stray section in the middle of my website builder I want to delete altogether. Can’t find where to do this anywhere and it’s too late to “Undo”. Is there a simple menu I am missing? 

I am not able to select multiple object in layer showing on most right, no layer options while i double click or right mouse click on layer. please add this option to make our life easy. As we are adobe users, we mostly select multiple objects / layer by pressing SHIFT key. on artboard of adobe express we can select multiple objects by using mouse click + shift but in some sort of case if a bigger object on FRONT then we can not catch smaller on the same artboard by mouse click. so please add SHIFT for multiple object selection on layer.

When creating a design and adding text, it is currently not possible to insert emojis directly into text elements. Instead of displaying the emoji correctly, Adobe Express shows an empty square (□) or unsupported character symbol.This is a feature that is available in Canva and is very useful for social media content, marketing materials, and digital communications, where emojis are commonly used as part of the visual language.It would be great if Adobe Express could support standard emoji characters within text boxes, allowing users to seamlessly integrate them into their designs.

if Adobe gave adding another page functionality in adobe express then where is its page to page transition ? or how can i play scene throughout for all pages ?

I am working on a website for my work and need to place generic icons on the page (clock, pencil, etc.). Am I allowed to use the icons on Adobe Express?

I am trying to upload some fonts on the Adobe Express Android app. After selecting the font I want in my files and it goes back to the upload screen the "add fonts" and "add" buttons are grayed out.  I've tried ticking the box stating I'm allowed to use it and that does nothing. Restarted and cleared cache. Nothing. 

I am trying to view a presentation i created on adobe express, but i went on my profile and it was not there along with an infographic file I also created. I went through my history and I can find the title and tab that existed but when I click on the page says "Your request has been sent, youll get an email from the owner when they approve your request.” How should I go about getting access to these files. here is the link to the presentation Adobe Express 

Hi, It doesn't work properly, it doesn't understand what i want to create and you can't upload to put a badge in that I've created. I want to add soemthing like this attached. all i get is a cartoony image which is nothing like a club crest.  See attachment for context

Social safe zones not showing up under files

Why isn't there an option to "Replace" for Icons or Elements in Adobe Express like other images?  I do Marketing & Social Media content at a company with a large Inventory of products. I regularly do Product Spotlight posts where I like to use the same Graphic Template to simplify & shorten my Graphic execution timing. I need to replace/change information each time that is product specific like Multiple Key Features that I relate an Icon graphic to for each, which is multiple Icon graphics.  Without the "Replace" feature, I have to take more time to get the new Icon in the exact place, timing on the timeline & re-designate animations. Not a huge deal in scheme of things but would be a definite time-saver. Please consider. Thanks

Getting an error message on unsupported video. The remove background tool is supported for video under 2 minutes. Is there a way around this? Why is there a 2 minutes restriction?

I found a poster template that I thought I liked. However, after I sent the completed poster to everyone, I noticed the main decorative image was AI generated. This is absolutely unacceptable to me and I am wondering if there is a way to keep it from happening again. I thought I could trust things like templates from having AI slop in them, so I did not check closely at all of the assets in the template.

Can webpages be published privately? There used to be that option in Spark pages, but I don’t see it in the options for AE webpages.

On the user account page Instagram shows all feed posts in the thumbnail dimension 3:4 which translates to 1080x1440px (not 1080x1350px as you might expect). So if you have a border as design element for example, it is cut off on the left and right side if you use 1080x1350px. Best practice is to change the size to the thumbnail dimension (1080x1440px), what I’ve been doing for different instagram pages for months. Now I want to switch to Adobe Express instead of posting everything manually, but Adobe Express forces me to upload just in 1080x1350px instead of the correct 1080x1440px. Is there any workaround or will this be changed?1080x1440px is the new instagram size for nearly a year now and I’m a bit confused why Adobe Express blocks this.

How to blur or mask  moving thing in a video editing  in Adobe express 

Hi everyone, I logged into AE this morning and it is saying that I can’t access my files. I have done all of the suggested that the help centre recommended but all that shows is a rain cloud and “something went wrong, please refresh Adobe Express” i’ve tried different devices too so i’m assuming its not a device or account thing? 

I am following all the instructions for various tutorials that I've found, but the eraser tool does not seem to exist. My account is part of a university group license--do we not have access to an eraser tool? Please help! I just need to erase part of a line and this is extremely frustrating.  

This project worked fine a month or two ago.  Now when i attempt to download in PDF document or PNG format(a test)….. when it looks like reaches 100% a window to the right edge opens up and says download status …. all clear logo and says no more issues detected with another download button below it.  if i click the button it just goes back to the start of download process. please help can i send my project to someone to take a look

I am an Adobe Express Member.  When I try to redeem it, I get the following error message:“You are not eligible for this promotion. How do I start with a photo i.e. of myself, and then ask ai to change it. For example, I want to upload a photo of myself and have ai put me in a business suit. Can you do this in Adobe Express? 

Hello, I am having a problem with using the design assets in Adobe Express. Everytime I place down an image it eventually has an exclamation mark in a red triangle hovering above it. I've tried increasing the scale, decreasing the scale, deleting and readding. Nothing seems to work and there is no additional information provided in the application. Any help would be greatly appreciated.  I do have a premium account and this problem happens with the free assets as well. When I try to download the file to print it says "We're working on your file. It'll be ready to download soon". It has said this for over a week now.
