Over the past two years 30% of people I've sent an request to sign with Adobe Sign think they've signed the agreement when they haven't. I have to follow up and ask them to do it again, "more carefully", and it adds days to the process and is awkward with the potential for easy insult. It's because they haven't seen the "Save" button (or whatever the final step is after putting a signature in) and their signature hasn't been applied. I believe this is because there is a service terms acceptance banner at the bottom of the signing screen on desktop and it covers the Save button, but recipients ignore the banner. When it happened once I blamed the signer. It hapens so often that I now blame Adobe Sign's user interface for signers. If you've experienced this, is there anything you've done to increase the chances that a recipient who is using Adobe Sign for the first time will be able to understand all the steps they have to complete before the platform considers their signature
Hello, I would like my client to be able to attach a bank transfer receipt converted to PDF with the contract he is returning and signing via Adobe Acrobat Sign. Is this possible? And if so, how do he proceed? Have a nice daySerge. T
One of our users, we have about 20 with the Acrobat Pro license, has recieved this email multiple times the last month: At first, I told her to ignore it as I thought it was a phising email based on that I, as Adobe admin, have not given her any license. However, the email keeps coming and I am not able to determine if this is real or not in any other way than that it says the admin has given her a new license, which I haven't. I have tried to contact Adobe using the chat in the adminconsole but they closed the chat 2 times on me without answering the question if this is legit or not. I am not able to find any official information from Adobe about changes to Adobe Acrobat Sign. Can anyone help me confirm if this email is legit or not, as Adobe themselves seems to be unable to do so?
After clearing up the history cache on Google Chrome, the system will not let me log in. All the other users under my license have used the same link to access successfully but not me. This is the error message I continue to receive since April 6:
I have a use case where I want a daily reminder. Then, after two weeks of the document not being signed, we want the document reminders to include a third party. Then, after another period of time, I want the unsigned document reminder to include a fourth person. Does Adobe Sign offer any sort of Reminder Escalation feature like this? And if not a reminder escalation, does it include a signature escalation where we automatically route the document to another signer if not signed after a period of time?
Hello, I have a situation where text fields set up in templates, when sent to some signers, are cloning entered information in later fields--and cloning has not been set up for the particular fields in question. Particularly weird is that the fields into which the cloned information is populating are actually entirely different templates that have been brought together in a packet of documents for the signer to sign and provide information. The packet includes an agreement document, a questionnaire, and tax information forms. Even stranger, it is not every signer who experiences this rogue cloning effect.Help?
I'm trying to do a simple task -- set up a document inviting several e-signatures, save my progress, then open and send out the documents for e-signature, later, when I need to -- like after reviewing the document with participants in a Zoom meeting and everyone says that they're ready to e-sign. My understandinhg is that I CAN'T save my signature boxes when working in the desktop Sign, but that I CAN save them when I hit the "Save Progress" button after setting up the e-signature routine on the document within the Adobe Cloud. Except it doesn't work. !@#$#@@!!! It may be that I'm not closing the saved progress documents properly, but if there is desired way to close the saved document, then that way is well-hidden. I'd be grateful for some help in plain language. I don't understand how so simple an operation like preparing a document for later e-signing, then saving it for later use is, apparently, so difficult in Sign. Yes, I've already bee

Is there a way for the first signer (a known person with a known email address) to be able to specify the next person to sign? I need to collect a signature from someone, then I need their supervisor to sign. I do not know who the supervisor is. Is there any way to do this through adobe sign?

I work in the IT Department for our company, and a user in our HR department is unable to delete/amend saved templates in their joint HR adobe sign account due to it being owned by a previous employee who has since left the business. Can anyone advise/assist?
I am Unable to get the consent while testing with OIC integrtaion adapter above error showing . When i was tried last week(2days back) i am able to get the complete consent and connection created sucessfull all of sudden from today morning i am getting error like above. i am using free developer account only.
Occasionally I need to add my wife's signature, or my nurse's signature, to a document .... how do I add signatures other than my own to Acrobat? I've been using PDFPenPro for the Mac, but they've been bought by another company w. poor support .. and hoping I can use Acrobat from now on., Thanks!
I sent out 47 forms for signature this morning using the "Send in bulk" feature. I can see from the report that 47 were send and 9 have been signed. I got an email for the first one that had been signed and can download the signed pdf. But I haven't gotten an email for any of the others. In Acrobat, when I click on "All agreements" in the left of the Home screen, it only shows 37 documents sent and non completed. How do I access my signed documents?
If I am part of a group in Adobe sign (all admin have acces to send out templates for required signatures), how do I track the progress of another admins document that was sent out for signature?
My company signed me up for Adobe Pro and I need the signature authentication feature for documents. Is that included in the Adobe Pro? If so, how do I find it. I've gone into E-Signatures, clicked on More options, when I clicked on the "E-mail" Icon, it only gives me the options for email or password...I need phone authentication. Any help is greatly appreciated.
I have what I guess is a minor - but very annoying and bizarre issue. I quite frequently have to electronically "sign" pdf documents. I have my signature stored, so I click on it then go to the signature location and enter my signature. But I have to do this TWICE every single time! The first time I drop it, the signature disappears. Then I go back and do the whole process again and it works. Granted it's just a few seconds, but it's more than a little aggravating when you have a dozen of these things lined up and have to go through signing them twice every time.

Hi there, Apologies if this has been asked a million times (i did quicly look, but couldnt see an answer to this). It may be down to my account (Adobe creative?), but i'm trying to create numerous pdfs to create one file that is sent to a client(s) for multiple signatures, but when I try and do this, I can only pick one document at a time for signing, not all of them. At any time Ineed to send say 5 docuemtns,, of which I may need 5 seperate signatures. How do I create a file of documents, to then send out in one go for clients to sign? Help is apprciated as new to Adobe and can't work it out... Thanks in advance, Mark
Good day, I am on the Enterprise plan, on which the page limit is 500, however, I cannot send a 250+ document for signature, my app says I have exceeded the "100 page limit". Please help.
I can cancel one but is going to charge me £75 to do so.
