After doing a call to the combinedDocument API(/api/rest/v6/agreements/{agreementId}/combinedDocument)the return is a binary stream of the PDF file. So, I save this to a blob and download it.But, when accessing the file from my hard drive it says:"This file is password protected. To access it, please enter the password." However, the file wasn't password protected to begin with, so I do not know the password.How do I access or how do I save the file without this password?NOTE: I need to pass this blob to another function, so I can't go the url route as it comes back with a CORS error when attempting to turn it into a blob.Any help would be most appreciated.
I am using the Adboe Sign API, when I create an agreement the generated email states this: We were unable to create your agreement [DEMO USE ONLY] myFileNameHere. Order Acknowledgement because we had a problem processing your document myFileNameHere.pdf.This may only be a temporary problem. However, if you have tried more than once to create this agreement with the same document, please visit our online support system.
Hi.I sent an agreement for signature which the client claims they never saw. I sent them the audit report showing the agreement was sent to them and it shows they received the email and viewed it. However the viewing of the email is shown as 11.45 pm which is before the email was sent to them at 12.56 pm. Does anyone know what is going on here? Thank you
Hi,I´ve got Adobe Accrobat Pro and when I am online I´ve got the option to request e-signatures but I am missing that option when I open the desktop app.I uninstalled it and installed again but I am having the same issue. Is there anyway who managed to fix it? Thanks
Add Excel attachment to adobe digital sign or Forms by user, and should flow as un editable pdf for signoff such that excel should be there as a additional reff based on which the PDF has to be signed off--this is needed when the attachment is lengthy and cannot be accomodated in a single PDF sheet used for signoff.

We're trying to "Add E-Sign Branding" to Acrobat but it doesn't even show up as an option. I logged in and out of Adobe thinking that might trigger something but nothing changed. I also asked our admin to check from his login and he's not seeing it either. I'm referring to these instructions.Is there something we need to do to initiate this feature?Thank you.
Hello everyone. I have the adobe sign app on my iPhone. All documents fail to send/operation failed! This error occurs after loading document, entering recipients email and pressing send. The app is updated and my iPhone is current. Please help! Thank you kindly!
One of the top executives in my company is being swamped with signature requests and notifications from Adobe Sign. He wants to set up an auto reply as described here: Can we make the following changes in our automated Adobe signature process:Once item received (for his signature) respond with “under review; allow 5 days for signature process. Can't permanently delete an agreement.On Mar 23, 2023 I deleted an agreement from Adobe Sign. The agreement is now in the deleted folder, where it says the following "Agreements will be permanently deleted from this folder after 14 days". Today, almost a month later, it's still not deleted. How can I make sure that the agreement is deleted permanently?
HelloSign had a feature where I could group checkboxes and make signers choose one of the options. I have been trying for years to replicate this feature and tried searching in the community support and tutorials for this feature in AdobeSign. Does it not exist? I'm wasting so much time resending documents because I have to give options with radio or checkboxes and cannot make one required (predetermination/legal reasons). Because I cannot group them and make one selection required, I end up having to send the document multiple times because signers skip over that section. Is there any workaround? The last community support I read said no, but it was years ago. This is a feature that's desperately needed! Our whole entity wastes so much time on this.
we've been using signatures within Acrobat DC for a few years; until yesterday, we've received an email and a desktop notification for each signature on a document, as well as notices of undeliverable documents and final signed documentshowever for the last two documents we sent for signatures, one yesterday and one today, desktop notifications came in normally, but no email was received; we have not changed any settings — both Email and Event are checked for "Agreement signed or approved"; the "Manage all agreements" tab within Acrobat DC shows these two agreements as completed with three signatures each we have checked spam folders, etc. with no luck; used the "send a test message" feature in the settings and the expected email came through immediately are there any other settings or configuration we should be checking?
When using Mega Sign/Bulk Sign, is there a way to find out if an email address rejects/bounces back an Adobe Sign request?
The first signer has completed the task. The second signer's email address bounced back due to an error in the email address. How do I resend the document for signature to a correct email address for the second signer?
I'm helping a close friend, that is not so clever in English. He got a new job, and the boss sent him a document to sign. He signed it, but wonder now where he can find the signed document, or a copy. He is in a conflict with the other part, and can therefore not ask him about where the signed document is. In the e-mail he got, he was told: "...all parties will receive a final PDF copy by email". He has probably not received such an e-mail. If the PDF was sent him, what was the senders e-mail address?How can he ask somebody in Adobe to send him the signed document ones more? May be it is lost in the spam folder?I hope somebody can help us. Because of this he has not got his salary for two months, and is in a very difficult situation.Bent K.
Want to place a link to to one of my docusign forms in my website. I've been succesful in doing such, however I would like to have the link read something like "Click here for 50 Per Hour Fee" opposed to saying the full address as it comes up when I click the - Share the URLCopy the URL to share the form with others. Hi all.We bought an "Small Business" subscription for Adobe Sign. When I load a contract and choose the auth method for each recipient I see just "Email" & "Password". Other options are missed, like "Phone", "KBA"... I'm interested in "Adobe Acrobat Sign" method. The missing is due to subscription level/type (Small Business). And, if yes, how kind of subscription I have to buy in order to get additional auth methods? Thank you all in advance. Regards
how do I know that the e-signer is who they say they are (and is meant to be) on adobesign? Any functionality?
Our staff had been successfully using this feature but it has stopped working with PDF files created in the last few weeks.The feature is available and not greyed out however when the tools are selected they cannot be used on the document.The cursor stays as a move cursor rather than a text, crosscheck or checkmark icon.I have tried these PDF files on different computers which have Acrobat Pro installed and I get the same result.Older PDF files are still working correctly.I have been advised that nothing has changed in the process where the PDF files are created.I have reinstalled the application using the latest version of the software with no change.I have uploaded one of the old files and one of the new files having the problem into the online version and I see a different result from the desktop client.The contents of the PDF can't be viewed at all.It's only when I go to EDIT PDF that the contents become visible.This doesn't happen with the older PDF files. Hello,The below screenshot is from Adobe Acrobat signature panel on a document I had sent for signature via Adobe sign on Acrobat. It does not state that the signature is a "Qualified Electroic Signature according to EU Directive"... I know that other versions of Acrobat Sign do show this, like the Signature Panel below, which is from a document that was not sent for signature by me: Does anyone know the difference between the two and how I get signatures to state that they are a Qualified Electronic Signature according to EU Directive? I've tried asking the helpdesk but noone seems to know. Thanks in advance,
I have a user that needs Account admin access in order to view some logs. Currently it is a Group administrator and so has the Group menu when I log into the account. It is not clear to me how make this user an Account administrator in the Admin Console. The previous method was simply to check a box in the user profile but that is greyed out now and no longer available since the Admin Console was added. I've tried adding all the available Administrative Rights (though none of them specficially say "Account Administration") in the Admin Console for this user but that doesn't resolve it as that user still cannot see the required logs nor is the Account menu present when I log in to that partcular user. Any help is appreciated. I feel like I'm missing something simple because it doesn't seem like it should be this hard.
Hallo, I received an email saying: "Your Adobe ID was recently used to access the Send for Signature or Create Sign Template functionality within the unified Document Cloud. An Adobe Acrobat Sign account with the same email address already exists. To protect your signed agreements, we request a one-time verification to confirm your identity". BUT I did not request access to the Adobe Acrobat Sign functionality in the Document Cloud user interface, what can I do? Can you please help me understand if everything is ok?Thanks a lot!Paola
