Has the AdobeSign specification changed? Is it needed to install AdobeAcobat Pro to use?User who has AdobeSign lisence suddunnly had not been able to use AdobeSign on AcrobatReader.After innstalled AcrobatPro, AdobeSign woked.But another user still can use it on AcrobatReader.Does anyone know about this?
I need to send an application to 50 people. In each application the name and address needs to be prefilled for each specific person.So each prefilled name and address is different and specific to the individual signing. I have figured out how to send a prefilled document to one person and how to send it to multiple people in bulk, but I'm only able to prefill the document once - meaning the fields can't be specific/unique to the signer. I've been trying to figure out how to do this for hours and I've found a few support articles like this, but my Adobe sign doesn't look like this or give me the option to import recipients and merge fields from file. Do I not have the correct type of account for this? Or what amn I missing?

So I have created a fillable form that I am hoping to send out to my clients to fill out and sign via the fill and sign piece. I have been testing it out myself before I launch it to my clients. When I open the form that is sent through the fill and sign app, when I type in the fields on my mobile phone, the words show up too large for the fields when trying to fill it out. However, once I complete the form and it is returned back with a signature, everything looks fine when I receive it back. My problem is when you are filling it out on your mobile phone, you can't really read what you have typed in some fields because they appear really large, and too big for the fields. However, when I fill it out on a computer it is fine. The settings for these fields that i set when i built the fillable form were set to modest font sizes that would accomodate the fields. I need this to be a seamless, simple process for my clients who are not overly tech savvy. Most will complete this for
HI, is it possible to send multiple pdfs to the same people for signing, without them merging into one pdf? I need to keep them separate while still being able to send them all at once, not one by one.
Good Morning! I sent out a document for signatures, I need them including time stamp. Three of the four signatures were as expected underlined and with a date and time below. One signature was without time stamp. How can I get a correct signature from this user instead of the date-less one? It must be something, he needs to set up or cancel. Help would be very welcome.
It has been a while since I have made a template but in the past, i was able to link fields so that certain fields were only available if a checkbox was checked. I was also able to have tow checkboxes and link so that one of the two needed to be checked any idea where those options are now
If I set a document up for sequential and sent it out for signatures but now need parallel, can I change it after the fact? If not, my option seems to delete and add a new document.ThanksDerek

Hey Guys, Im a Allround IT worker in a school with in total 9000 students and 700 teachers. I want Adobe sign to send from a specefic shared email, and also recieved in the mailbox of the shared-email. but im logged in with my personal account. IS this possible?
I'm getting this error message after I add a recipients email address to a document to sign. I click the button to proceed and this error message pops up. I am not a developer, and not trying to do anything other than request a signature. Any assistance would be appreciated.
I've just set up Adobe Sign solutions for enterprise for our business. I'm now starting to add users. The problem is that a number of our directors and managers already have an Adobe account. So when I add them as a user in Adobe Sign they end up with two different accounts. This creates a lot of confusion! Is there any way of adding a user's exisiting Adobe account to our Adobe Sign? Or is there a handy user guide for switching between accounts? Thanks!
I have groups set up in Adobe Sign. I need group admins to be able to see all documents sent using those templates by group members. I thought I saw how to do this at one time but cannot find this now. Can someone help me out?
Hello Adobe,I can no longer delete draft forms from the "shared for signature" management console page. When I select a draft form the only option I have now is "hide." The forms that end up in the draft section (for me anyways) are forms that I've processed incorrectly. I'd really rather have the option to delete them if possible. Why "hide" them if they serve no purpose to me? Please put the delete option back. Thank you.
I have a number of, multiple-page documents. Each document requires that all pages are initialed.I do not wish to have to go to each page to initial. That is hours of time required to complete this task.I see that Adobe sign sets up the INITIAL fields.But it does not support initialing once and that being carried into the later pages.If correct, this means that the Adobe Sign function is of little assistance, for this circumstance. Please confirm that Adobe Sign does not support the 'flow down' initialing of multiple-page documents. Is there some tool that assists this workflow?

Hi, I am new to Acrobat (obviously) and I sent a document out for signatures, it needed 8 signatures which I got and the document was finally returned to me but now its encrypted and I can't get back into it, it says it password protected (I didn't set up) but does not give me an option to enter a password nor will it allow me to change the password settings. I am using the same pc / software the document was created on so not sure why it won't let me access it as I am the author. I went thru other forum questions but couldn't find any answers. Help anyone???
Hello, Adobe Sign is integrated in dynamics 365, a document template has been built in dynamics 365 and works perfectly fine pulling data from different parts of the system. I can't figure out how to use this template in the Adobe Sign integration and add this in the agreement template. The only workaround I can think of is saving the merged document on a desktop and then adding it back in again when ready to send for signature but that seems to be a long way round. I'd welcome any suggestions? Thank you!
Hi there,A couple of days ago, Echosign (Adobe Sign) stopped loading on one of my computers; although, I have been using this computer to sign documents daily for about a year. I have two computers. Everything is loading fine on my older (as a dinosaur) computer but not on my newer computer. The computer which is not loading the documents is using Windows 10 and Chrome. I tried going directly to Adobe Sign and signing in, and that still does not work. I get a grey screen with "Adobe Sign" in the upper left-hand corner. Thanks for your help!Deb Spradlin
Is there a way of clearing the documents that have been signed/completed. I can see that you can "Hide" documents, but would prefer that they were permanently deleted. If so, is there a way to do them in bulk rather than individually? Thank You!
Hello, is it possible to create an email when sending a document for signature to which you can add additional text? Instead of the auto-send with just the document I'd like to be able to perhaps send the document as a forward through Outlook and be able to add other text to it. thanks for consideration,Linda
Is there a way to set reminders to start after 1 week?I would like to delay the reminder feature to start after a week, the only option is daily, weekly etc.I would like to be able to send a daily reminder that starts after a week if the agreement is not signed.It would also be useful to have the ability to be able to select multiple documents and set up reminders instead of having to do it individually.

I have a scenario in adobe sign.I want to create a draft or authoring state document using API, which is proved as possible.But i also want to pre-fill the data and save it in draft using API.
