Hello,Currently, i am doing a website that requires me to have 2 signature from 2 different person. Is it possible for adobe sign to either request signature automatically after they send in their email? Or have 2 different signature without having their email, allowing to sign on my website itself?I am using the embedding function from adobe sign webform currently to have the PDF form on my website. Is there an alternate method to work it out?Any advice would be much appreciated!!Thank you and have a nice day.

Hello, When I send documents to a particular individual they are unable to sign them. Instead they just get an email inviting them to delegate to an authorised signatory. Any suggestions? Thanks Alison

If a sign form is sent tot hree people, it generates 4 emails to the applicant.Is there any way to reduce the number of email notifications? Please make this an option.

In a university scenario. Students have access to web forms to sign web forms on the university's web site. Once the student signs, it will go to Uni. administrators who will approve or disapprove of the form.   University wants to prevent the students from receiving subsequent notifications, and they don't want the student to receive the completed document at the end.  Can this be done?

I'm fairly new to the eSign service, and have just begun sending applications out for signatures to my clients. The first one I've had returned came back saying "Certification by ___ is invalid" and that the "Signature is invalid" and it listed 3 reasons -- see a screen clip below...I have no idea why the certification and signature are invalid; when I tested the eSign service with my colleagues (sending, signing and returning to me) it was all fine.I'm wondering if requiring my signers to use a biometric signature would solve this?Thanks for any help,Scott.

I think Adobe sign got on my lap top computer when my tech guy loaded it in for me.   I have been using it for a few months free.   I have used other Adobe products in the past and found them difficult.  I loved this Adobe sign.   Now tonight it's gone.   No icon any longer to click.   I tried to research a new download and it says it's free for 2 weeks then there is a monthly fee...but the monthly fee is for a TON of features that I don't want and will never use.   Is there not just the plain Adobe sign for free any more?

I have a document that needs 4 signatures. I didn't realize that you can CC emails until after I sent the documents out for signature. Is there a way to CC and email mid-way through the signings?

when I log into echosign I get a pop up about the price increases. I click the Buy Now button and it takes me to a log in page only it won't accept my email  – it's entered automatically, in grey, but will not allow me to edit it or move forward - there's a red tricngle with an exclamation mark next to it. It IS my correct email address that I use to log into echosign. I cannot change it. I cannot move forward. I've tried using Safari and firefox on my mac, and whatever the default browser on a windows 10 pc is. Same thing.

The app is currently stuck in desktop mode. It was having issues this morning so I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it, now when I log onto that app it brings me to the destop version. Would anyone be able to help or troubleshoot to resovle the issue?

Hi there! here is what I am facing, I basically would describe myself a a guy who knows a "bit" about Adobe Sign services, I used  to build apps using old intergration keys,  now I only use oauth with tokens, pretty much no serious issues,but! I am building an app which requires the following,I need to be able to give clients oauth authorization link (based on my app client id and client secret)so they can authorize themselves with their own Adobe Sign accounts - so in the end my application can catch access and refresh token for each client account - that bit works fine, but I have no idea how to get client Adobe Sign email account - login basically, image I can get 10 different tokens in database, each for different account, but there is not way to idenfity them, so for example if I need to send a document to one of the clients I don't know which token to use hope I make some sense  

Hi, I would like to add a user to my Adobe Sign account. I would like that user to be able to do ONE THING: send documents to collect signatures from external recipients. I want to prohibit the following actions in their Adobe Sign account: - View completed documents- Print completed documents- Share documents- Export PDF- Export CSV  I want the user (employee) to be able to send out documents to collect signatures on behalf of the company, but I do not want the employee to have access to the sensitive data that the client provides on the document. 

  Hi,     I see that the API allows you to add form fields to a transient document that you've uploaded.  My question is -- if I have a PDF with fillable form fields and I send that out to be filled in and signed, do I have to use the API to re-establish the form fields, or does Adobe Sign recognize the fields and pass them through?  For example, if I have a form with a set of radio buttons and I upload it as my transient document, will those radio buttons automatically appear and be functional to the recipients, or do I have to use the API to add the radio button functionality back in?   Thanks.

I've been using Adobe sign on my laptop without any issue and also on my iphone. Today I downloaded the app for my iPad. After getting stuck in several sign and loops, when the app finally opens it looks like the web browser. It does not look like my phone app. Or functionality within the iPad app is not working. I click on any kind of function and it freezes. The button to get requested has in the lower corner get up. No matter what I click on it nothing happens. Anyone else having this issue?

We are using adobe sign to send an agreement pdf with esign space of two parties. When sending agreement one to another party it requires login with adobe. It redirects to adobe login screen and need to login every time to send an agreement.Is there any way to login without redirect to adobe login screen? We creating such a system where a single adobe account can be used to share agreement for/from each of our site users without their individual adobe account. We are using angular as the front end and Asp.net as the backend. Please provide such a solution if exist. Thanks.

Hi all,i need to mega send one documents to 50 employees and have the manager sign off the document after the employees sign. I know the steps to megasend document but how do i assign manager as the signatory? is it possible to assign the manager to sign off when sending documents via mega sign? Please advise. Thanks a lot!

We are currently exploring the web forms features of Adobe Sign.In our context, we might just require 1 back office licenses to create and maintain the Adobe Sign Web Forms. Then we will provide the web links to our in-store personnel to allow the consumers to sign on these forms. (Estimated 500 forms will be signed per month)Can we use ‘Adobe Sign Small Business’ plan ? would that be able to solve our business case?

Hi All, For one of our subsidiaries in Israel we have a requirement to digitally sign a customer invoice document that is coming from our Workday Financials system. Based on the available documentation (https://helpx.adobe.com/sign/using/workday-trial-installation-guide.html) i was able to connect our system with Adobe Sign.The results look quite promising so far as I'm able to e-sign the invoice documents already via Workday and AdobeSign. One question that i have is on the certificate after i download the signed PDF document and open it in Acrobat (see screenshot below). Currently in the certificate it says 'Certified by Adobe Sign, a Document Cloud Solution'. My question is whether it's possible to have the wording changed into 'Signed by <user name>'? I've seen this in another document signed via a different application (see below) where the wording is 'Signed by <user name> '. I am having issues digitally signing an agreement for signature. I have updated my computer with Adobe Acrobat DC and restarted my computer. However, whenever i get an email to sign a doc, i open it and then the system requests that i download Adobe Acrobat or download to sign. When i select download to sign, it opens up the document, but doesn't designate where to sign, and if i manually add my digital signature, it doesn't send an email confirming that i have signed. Also, when send an agreement out for signature, the signee is not able to sign. They get a message to download the document and the process stops there. Please help--very frustrating!

Hello, I have been tackeling a problem where Adobe Reader keeps wanting me to type my full address over and over in a document. How can this be resolved? I have done everything I can think of like opening different broswers and such.

I am not sure why all of my completed signed documents are not showing up in the Completed area of the Management Tracker?
