A family member received a pdf of a legal document with fake e-signatures obviously copied from the internet - "Agnes Goodman's" e-signature is an exact copy of Marilyn Monroe's signature, and "John Fletcher" came out as Ben Franklin! My family member refuses to believe he is being scammed and insists that Adobe Acrobat takes your written signature, scans it, and fills it in with something similar it finds online, so that it's possible it could use the signatures of these historical figures.  Can anyone confirm that this is impossible to happen? It seems laughable to me.

How do l go back after saving my document (i.e., as a draft), and add a second signature before sending?

I have a paid subscription to Creative Cloud that includes access to ALL Adobe programs. I have been using Adobe Sign for several years on my phone and now all of a sudden it is giving me an error when I try to login through the Adobe Sign App (Apple) "Your free account has expired. Please update your subscription to continue using the app."I am able to use it if I log in through the website but not the actual app on my phone.  Any idea why this is happening?

Hello, I am trying to get a large file signed through the Adobe Sign API service and I keep getting a message that the file size exceeds the upload limit (which I expected). What are some tips/techniques for getting around this issue? Are there any ways to upload file in chunks, or perhaps compress the file via API? Thank you, 

Hi, does anybody know whether there is an option to edit the e-signature notification emails?

Hi I'm looking for a solution to bulk send a template which requires two signatures.First signature from the CEO (not myself). Second signature from colleagues who all receive their unique document. (the other colleagues may not get each others document)When you choose bulk send you can only add yourself as first sender, but not another person. I would like to assign another person to be the first signer instead of myself.Is there a possibility that our CEO can digitally sign a template once and this is then redirected to the individual persons for a second signature. That way the first signer does not need to sign the document 50 times for example.Thank you for your help! KR

We do regular bulk sends to our employees to sign, in their inbox seeing "Adobe Sign on behalf of BUSINESS NAME <adobesign@adobesign.com>" does not catch their eyes, these are tradies not office workers.  Surely we can send from our own email or rename this line?

Is there a way to hide the signer's email address on the final audit page before sending the signed document to another party?  In some cases it is not in my client's or my best interest to share the signer's email address with the other party.

I'm using Power Automate to create agreements in Adobe sign.When an agreement is asssigned to me to approve, the status is 'waiting for filling' and the fill option in the application is not working. Please help me out 

I have a fillable document with some fields that have been pre-filled. Can I load this document to Adobe Sign for signature?  I want to keep the fillable option active while the document is being sent to the recepient.. Thanks in advance

I am 'requesting a signature' on a .pdf document, and when I go through the steps of entering the recipient's email address and name, the name displays differently once I'm in the area when I add the signature boxes, etc. How do I correct/update the name displaying, to show the name I've actually typed? The name input box which is a relatively new addition to the request a signature interface, it appears right next to where one enters the recipient's email address.  Anywone have any ideas? Thank you in advance,Kristine

I have created a web form template and shared the agreement with my collegue. How do I get the completion notifications sent directly to them? I keep receiving emails when the forms are completed rather than the collegue who sent out the agreement.

While on the Adobe Sign app, it will not allow me to send any e-signature requests and has a link that says "get app" but doesn't do anything when you click on it. This is affecting my work as I tend to have to sign people up while on the road and need this fixed as soon as possible.   

I checked settings and confirmed I have checked that I want it to save forms online to use across devices but it isn't working. Any ideas? TIA 

Please help. I logged out of Adobe and went back into the email with the Review and Sign link and still get this message. I can't figure out what else I am supposed to log out of. Thanks.    

Hi, I work for a large corporation in the accounting department. On monthly basis I will be receiving a vendor invoice that I need to send out to 200+ people in various departments thruout my organization for verification. Every user will go thru the invoice and find the charges that pertain to their department on the invoice and verify if said charges are valid or not. The user will then either approve or reject the invoice. I'm not looking for user signatures on any one particular page or field within the document as I don't believe placing 200+ individual signature fields is reasonable on my end. All I'm looking for is approve or reject. If a department/multiple users reject the charges on the invoice, that should not stop the workflow. I guess it needs to be parallel approval process?!? End goal is to collect all 200+ approval/rejections for internal audit. Thank you

Hello,One of my clients want to implement esignatures with certificates.  In their business, it is typical for some users to have to sign 100+ different contracts per day - its is basically pro forma part of their workflow.  They are looking for a solution whereby they can "auto-sign" each document without having to review each contract. 1) I am wondering if there is a way to programmatically write a batch file to do this for them.  It seems like programmatically doing this kinda defeats the purpose of the security of electronic signatures, but that's what they want to do. (i.e., code runs outside of Reader)2) If #1 isn't possible, is there a way to run code or a macro within Reader which can trap a signature event and apply it to other .PDFs without having to explicitly load each one? (i.e., code runs inside of Reader) I've not used Sign before so I want to make sure I advise the correctly.  Thank you for any help.
