Good afternoon. I am really confused: if I upload the same vector artwork twice, once as an EPS and once as an SVG, will Adobe Stock treat as duplicat content or spam?I plan to submit the EPS as one submission and the SVG as a separate submited files. I’m not uploading the same format multiple times, just offering print ready and web version. I also can't upload a zipped EPS + SVG files, so I am really confuse. For context, I want buyers to have both options. Is there a way?
This is a photo I submitted which was rejected for the reasons below. I’m hoping to get some CC so I can understand how to do better. Thank you.Unfortunately, this image doesn't meet our quality standards so we can’t accept it into our collection.Common issues that can impact the technical quality of images include exposure issues, soft focus, excessive filtering or artifacts/noise.
Hi everyone,I recently submitted this illustration and it was rejected due to “technical quality issues (artifacts, filtering, or noise).” I would really appreciate some detailed feedback from experienced contributors. This is a Scandinavian folk art style illustration of Lord Krishna, created using AI and refined further. My intention was to keep a flat, decorative, symmetrical folk-art look rather than a realistic painting style.I would like to understand: Are there visible artifacts or edge issues that I might be missing? Does the image appear too “AI-generated” or over-processed? Is the flat folk-art style being interpreted as lack of detail/quality? Does the symmetry or composition affect acceptance? Would adding texture or grain improve approval chances? I’m trying to align my work better with Adobe Stock’s quality standards, so any honest and critical feedback would be very helpful.Thank you in advance!
kindly give your precious feedback how can i improve my ai picture quality this are the before upscale picture after upscale these pictures become more clear. But he's still getting quality issues.
On this photo, I wanted to keep focus on the car and the church they are the main actors, others elements are not relevants. My photo was rejected by lack quality and I noticed that the trees on the foreground and background does not have focus, is it the issue? do you see other issues?a per your experience, when we are capturing photos, we need focus on the foreground and background? if so, we need to use a small aprture? on it photo I used F4, I should chage to smallest aperture? thanks in advance
Hello, I hope you are doing well. I am writing regarding the recent deactivation of my Adobe Stock contributor account due to suspected unusual activity. I am extremely concerned about this situation. I would like to sincerely clarify that I have never engaged in any fraudulent or abusive activity. In fact, when I noticed unusual download activity on my account, I immediately contacted Adobe Support because I was also worried about it. For your reference, my related case numbers are: - 00483335- 00475173- ADB-44447639-S2F1 I have always tried to follow Adobe Stock guidelines honestly. I did not share my account with anyone, nor did I attempt to increase downloads artificially in any way. This account is very important to me, as my work and income depend on it. I am truly worried and respectfully request you to please review my account activity again. If any additional verification or information is required, I am fully willing to cooperate. I kindly ask for your understanding and reque
Hello,I hope you are doing well.Today I noticed that around 100 downloads appeared on my contributor account at the same time, with similar earnings per download. I wanted to ask if this type of activity is normal.Everything on my side follows the guidelines, and I just wanted to confirm for clarity.Thank you for your time and support.Best regards,[Email removed by moderator.]
Dear Community,I wanted to dip my feet into the ocean by uploading my first photo to Adobe stock but unfortunately it got rejected because of quality issues. I checked the guide, read it what could this mean but to be honest I could not find any of those problems with it. Do you see any particular reason why this photo was rejected because of quality issues?Any help, hint would be deeply appreciated.Thank you in advance,Tamás
I downloaded this image that said it was vector/eps. I opened it in Illustrator and it is only an image. I double checked the layers and there are none. How can I get my credit back? This image is of no use to me not being a vector. It was clearly mislabeled. https://stock.adobe.com/ca/search?k=sparkler&asset_id=1922649086 Collection of golden fireworks or sparkler rays and lines. Vector decorative elements.By Nushratlisha
I’m uploading videos to Adobe Stock Contributor, and most of them end up with black frames as thumbnails. Right now it feels like I have zero control over how my videos are presented.

Legong is a traditional Balinese dance that uses expressive eye movements, especially the seledet (a kind of intense gaze). These photos had been accepted into my portfolio and are part of a larger series. I’d say the last one with different makeup might be considered spam, but what about the others?
I cannot login to my contributor accoun. I have been trying for YEARS without success. Can someone at Adobe take on my issue and find a solution? Three years trying to solve this issue. Frank Cornfield[Email removed by moderator]
Hi. This image refused admission due to “Intellectual Property Refusal”. It’s curious what exactly the violation is. Maybe the light shadow on the helmet resembles some kind of trademark? Are the words already considered a trademark? Or the font style? I don't know
Hello,I Want asking about Missions payouts.I completed the missions on January 30th and earned money, but I cannot request paymentWhat the reason ?
Hi,I’m posting here because Adobe Support failed to provide a clear explanation and instead brushed me off to this forum. My 100% hand-drawn digital illustrations are being rejected with conflicting reasons that make no sense. The Evidence of System Failure:Initial Rejection: Flagged for "Undeclared Generative AI" and "Non-compliant use of another artist’s name." My Proof: I provided workspace screenshots (layers/sketches) from ibisPaint X proving this is manual work. The Pivot: After I resubmitted with adjusted file sizes and metadata, the "AI" and "IP" reasons vanished. Now, the system claims "Technical Quality Issues."How can the same artwork be an "IP Violation" one day and "Low Quality" the next? This proves your automated flags are arbitrary.I demand a HUMAN MODERATOR to actually review my layer proofs and clear these false flags. I’ve attached the evidence below.Regards,

It is impossible to contact Adobe so is there anyone here that could help me, please?I received 1099 showing royalties paid for last year but I never saw the money. I hardly ever log in any more since my sales are pretty slow. I just tried to log in and I do not see my contributor dashboard neither any of the photos I have been selling since 2015. In addition to that, I receive emails from Adobe Stock when something gets sold but I can’t log in and ssee anything. Did I get hacked? What can I do? Please help me….
Now adobe wants me to pay first in order to cancel the plan but i am currently not able to pay. Is there any ways to cancel it without paying first?
I have two accounts. The accounts were created when Adobe Stock allowed multiple accounts. I still have the accounts. I want to know if I can run two accounts and withdraw money from both accounts using the same payment method.
The image was not accepted due to quality issues. Please help me with what exactly are the quality issues with this image.
Guys, I’m creating images with AI, but I’m still kind of a beginner with quality and stuff. What’s wrong with these images? They got rejected.I’m LF a way to create images without these big quality issues so I can scale my workflow and grow my portfolio.I’m uploading my thoughts too:
