Questions

Hello Adobe Stock Community,My Adobe Stock Contributor account was previously blocked due to what Adobe described as “highly irregular sales activity.”After a long review, Adobe recently reviewed my case and decided to reinstate and unblock my Contributor account. They informed me that the irregularly earned credits had been deducted and that my account was unblocked again.I can now access my Contributor Dashboard, and my available earnings are still visible. However, my entire portfolio is missing. The “My Portfolio” section shows “No items.”Before my account was blocked, I had approximately 27,000 assets in my portfolio.Adobe's reinstatement email did not mention that my portfolio had been permanently removed or deleted. It only stated that the irregular credits were deducted and my account was unblocked.Has anyone experienced a similar situation after account reinstatement? Does the portfolio take some time to be restored or re-synced after an account is unblocked?I would really app

I have to shrink the picture because the files were too big for uploading here, but any feedback you can provide, I’d appreciate.Regards

Hello, everyone. I have a question and would like to hear from an expert.I'm currently working on designing icons that I'll be submitting to Adobe Stock for the first time. Regarding the final product, should the icons be designed with outlines (lines) whose thickness can be adjusted, or with vector outlines using the “Convert Outlines to Vector Lines” option?I’d like to thank everyone who helps answer this question. Thank you.

So I had no reason to check the AI generated box. I spent hours tagging and keywording. REAL IMAGES. Taken with a camera. There was NO AI editing, certainly none generated by AI, many were even taken on film before I went digital!, and the scan submitted. Unless this can be put right easily I will waste no more time here as this is ridiculous. I enjoyed submitting my photos and was looking forward to making a start as a contributor, I love photography and hate AI, so this is a real kick in the teeth.I also avoid using any generative AI features in post processing, which are apparently allowed anyway (eg. small object removal tools). So none of this makes sense or has made me want to continue with this agency.Every single image is already accepted by Getty who seem to use real people to assess images, not useless AI.

Hello Adobe Community and Support Team,I am trying to complete my registration process for a new Adobe Stock Contributor account, but I am completely stuck on the mobile phone number verification step. When trying to add my number, I keep getting the generic error: "An error occurred while performing this action. Please try again later."I have carefully verified that I am formatting the number correctly (removing the leading zero after selecting the country code, e.g., +92 309xxxxxxx). I have also tried every troubleshooting step recommended in similar threads, including:Clearing browser cache and cookies Trying alternative browsers (Chrome, Edge, Safari) Attempting the setup using Mobile Data instead of local Wi-Fi Trying a completely separate mobile network carrier SIM card Attempting the setup via the Adobe Creative Cloud mobile application None of these options work, which heavily suggests a recurring routing/gateway failure between Adobe's international SMS verification provider an

My portfolio can't be seen when I click "My Portfolio". I tried to change the country region but can't find it either, I didn't know how to navigate through my portfolio after changing the region. Can someone help? I'm from Indonesia anyway.

Does the reviewing team ever review your images at all? Does not seem to be the case.Mass generic rejections.None of these were accepted.

I currently have one active Contributor account where I have been uploading mixed content across various categories. Going forward, I want to focus exclusively on a single niche (backgrounds/abstract images and videos) and would like to manage this separately from my existing mixed-content portfolio for better organization and tracking. Could you please let me know if I'm permitted to create a second Contributor account for this purpose, given Adobe's updated policy (effective March 25, 2025) that requires approval for multiple accounts?

Has anyone had their Adobe Stock contributor account reinstated after an IP violation involving sports branding content? I'm looking for real experiences, timelines, and outcomes.

I have submitted an AI generated video called “High-speed FPV drone shot over Seine River and illuminated Eiffel Tower at night, Paris — vertical ascent to bird's eye aerial panorama of Trocadéro and glowing city skyline”. I’d love to understand the reason(s) behind the “intellectual property refusal”, also because a very similar video (https://stock.adobe.com/stock-photo/id/2044471091) I have submitted in the same tranche (the only difference was that it is set by day) was accepted. downscaled video here, for your considerations → https://cesd001xaojfa.creativenergy.it/Drone_flythrough_Eiffel_Tower_area_night_1.mp4 If something is wrong with it, shouldn’t be both be refused for the same reason(s)?No logos or trademarked things seems to appear in it.If the “city skyline” is the problem, wouldn’t be better asking for a fix of title / keywords?Kind regards

Does the number of rejected images in Adobe Stock affect sales and the account in general?

I have 67 approved AI videos but no sales yet. Why is that? Also, is it better to focus strictly on one specific category (niche) or build a mixed portfolio with multiple categories to attract more buyers? Thanks!

Dear community members,  I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I encountered with my Adobe account, which appears to have been deactivated. Regrettably, I inadvertently encountered a validation problem while using my account, resulting in its current unusable state. I am reaching out to kindly request your assistance in reactivating my account. It is of utmost importance to me to regain access, as I rely on Adobe services for various personal and professional needs.First my account have validation issue. My question is: if I took a real photograph with an older camera, so it's not many pixels. And I put it in Topaz AI to make it bigger. Do I put that up as a photograph, or do I label it as AI, even though it is a photograph?

any one can you help me for grow my new adobe stock account? kindly give me a tips for it.

I find that Adobe is rejecting high quality images for no discernible reason or because they “closely resemble” similar photos. Here is an example that was rejected for not meeting quality standards. Not sure you can see it once its been rejected. But its a high quality image taken with my OM1-Mk II 20 mp camera with aon OM lens, carefully post processed to slightly improve clarity and texture  in the adobe wall, yet rejected while others taken in the same shoot on the same day and time, were accepted.Any idea why this is happening?File ID: 2087330896Original name: Saint Francisco de Asis-15.jpg

Hello everyone. I'm a new Adobe Stock contributor and all six of my first submissions were rejected for "Quality Issues". The rejection message only mentions exposure, focus, excessive filtering or noise, but doesn't specify what is wrong with each image. Could someone please help identify the specific technical issues? Are the images suffering from focus problems, over-processing, HDR artifacts, noise, compression, or something else? I'm shooting with an iPhone 13 and I'm trying to improve before uploading more content. Thank you! I've attached three of the rejected images as examples.

Hello, I'm getting 90% of my uploads rejected due to "Quality Issues." This sounds absurd, because I've been shooting photos for years, using a Sony A7CR 61mpix, a Sony 50mm f1.4 GM, and a Sony 100mm F2.8 GM Macro. The image quality is top-notch, and there are no flaws, yet for some reason my uploads are being rejected. Can you tell me what I'm doing wrong? I don't understand a thing.[Moved to Stock Contributors by a moderator］

I noticed that several of my assets that previously had downloads/sales are no longer showing correctly in my Contributor account. In the Sales/Earnings section, some previously downloaded assets are missing, and when I click on them, I get a "Page Not Found" error.

Hello! I’m new to being an Adobe Stock contributor, and just new to photography in general! A few days back, I had submitted some photos to be put up on the Adobe Stocks site, but they were quickly rejected for Quality Issues. Now, looking closely at the image, I assume it’s because there is some grain on the image if you zoom in, which was a big fault on my part, but I’m not entirely sure if that is the exact issue or if there was something I had missed, and was told to refer to here. I attached one of the images I had submitted below. Thank you all in advance!
