Hello,Today I paid for my Adobe subscription, the plan is active, but I cannot generate anything in Adobe Firefly.Firefly shows that I have 0 generative credits, even though the subscription was paid successfully today.Please check my account and activate the generative credits included in my plan.Thank you in advance for your help.

Hei, stupid question but what pixel size should I use for my frame reference images on Firefly video Ray 3 HDR portrait (3:4) 4k aspect ratio output?

I could find no way to buy enterprise support in order to use the API. I had some support conversations that eventually led to me learning that it can only be done via phone. When I got through to support via email they told me this is the number to call: 1 800 497 0335. Then I called and they told me it isn't correct and told me to call: 1-800-585-0774, which is now closed. I replied to support's email to tell them this and the reply I get is: "this is an unmonitored email account." Now I need to remember how I got in contact with that email support or if I even care to let them know. I'll assume it is open during earlier hours (since it doesn't say) and try calling that number tomorrow again. Why is this so hard to purchase?

I have done Firefly generative upscale prior to 12/2025 that charged me 1 credit per upscale.  The latest upscales that I have done are deducting 10 credits per upscale (done 2 so far).  On the web, most confirm the 1 credit per Firefly upscale valuation that agrees with my past experience.   I cannot find a "price list" rather just some general statements that most "standard" features cost 1 credit.  One table that list features for partner models lists the costs as "varies".  The problem is that when and if I buy credits, it's difficult to tell what they're really worth. Along the lines of "price list", the only way I discoverd that it cost 10 credits was to check my balance before and after.  If the credit price changes, I may elect an alternative, standard bi-cubic upscale..., depending on the importance of the project.  It would be nice to get a heads up on what the cost is going to be so I can make a decision whether it's worth it

Why cant I generate videos on Firefly? I pay way to much money for this and run into problems after problems. My credits have been restored.

Boa tarde,Estou a tentar utilizar o firefly para gerar imagens mas quando tento criar com a conta "master" que tem 500 créditos standart, ele dá-me indicação que "Ocorreu um erro - Você não tem acesso a este recurso". Após algumas tentativas cheguei a conclusão que ao alterar para minha "conta pessoal" ele deixa gerar imagens, mas apenas tem 10 créditos. Tive juntamente com o administrador da conta na "adminconsole.adobe.com" a tentar perceber se há alguma forma de habilitar a conta master a utilizar este recurso ou alterar o número de créditos da conta pessoal, mas não conseguimos nenhuma das duas coisas. Como podemos fazer para utilizar a totalidade dos créditos que temos disponiveis? Obrigado.Com os melhores cumprimentos,André Silva

Hi, I am trying to create a 5sec video with an illustration I created, which I upload as initial frame. I specify no new objects, do not add new elements, keep original illustration, but to no avail. I keep getting random elements added to the video. What specific instructions do I need to add? Many thanks in advance! HJ

It's not uncommon for Gemini 3 to produce the same image passed as the prompt, but with lower quality, without the changes indicated in the prompt. In other words, it doesn't do anything as indicated.Despite the poor result, FireFly still takes the generative credits.For privacy reasons, I can't provide more detailed examples (eg.: the prompt used and/or the reference image), but I'm sure (because it happened to me several times with Gemini 3) that it happened to others as well.What do you think?

I would sure love to be able to use the composition toggle settings in Adobe Firefly to indicate what angle I would like the image shot from, but as soon as you turn any of those on, it only gives you broken and grainy images. The only difference between these two prompts (images attached) is that the one where the color is off and it looks like garbage, I had the "Camera Angle" toggled on. It would be really great if you guys actually made things work before you start charging people for straight up trash. I flew through my credits last month because you didn't make anyone aware that you would be charging more for certain models, and I blew through them so quickly because Firefly 5 and 4 Ultra are almost useless. Firefly 5 creates insanely dark and contrasty images that are nearly impossible to place product into without destroying the color. I don't know if you trained it exclusively on bad influencer photography but that's what it looks like. Firefly 4 Ultra just straight up doesn't

Olá boa tarde, acredito que tenha um erro na minha conta, ontem dia 19 era dia de renovar os créditos da assinatura de 2000,  efetuei a assinatura (que seria uma troca de plano) de outro plano de 4000 créditos,  pelas minha contas hoje deveria ter 6000 pois seria a data de renovação dos 2000 e mais 4000 da assinatura de ontem dia 19.. fui abrir o APP agora e consta apenas 2 mil e poucos créditos, eu não utilizei os créditos depois da renovação, podem me ajudar?

Cada vez que quiero usar el modelo videofast 3.1 de google me aparece un aviso que algo no anda bien y que intente más tarde , llevo varios días así, por algo uno paga la suscripción premium para poder usar los modelos externos sin problema, ¿qué puedo hacer?
