Hi there, this is a serious question by a loyal Adobe user of 10+ years. I have a major concern with using Adobe Firefly for commercial use, and app safety now that it is built into the programs I use (Photoshop, etc.). Can somewhat at Adobe please help clarify? Hello. I have been a professional Adobe user since the 1990's and a beta tester since the beginning of the program. I have truly enjoyed being a small part of Firefly image creation and now Firefly video creation. A few weeks ago, I started developing a video based on a song from my childhood - "Puff the Magic Dragon." It's a wonderful children's song. I decided to only use Adobe products. First the Firefly image creation tool for the still image animatic, then the video creation tool for all the shots.  It is edited in Adobe Premiere Pro beta and I use Photoshop and After Effects in it where needed. About a week ago, the man who wrote the song, Peter Yarrow, passed away. This inspired me to push forward with this video. I have uploaded a version of my video to the Adobe Content Review upload page. If it is at all possible, I would like to start a collaboration with the Firefly video development team.  Also, I would like to promote the video as a 100% Adobe too

Trying to create stairs that lead down to a dungeon entrence. But no matter how I write that I want 'stairs that lead down' or 'standing at top of stairs looking down' Firefly just creates stairs that lead up???

I cannot see where the images that I have saved are. I want to go back and reuse them.

Hi everybody, I'm seeing numerous tutorials on applying textures to text on YT. Mine just doesn't work. I've tried various textures and it only stuck like 2 out of 10 times. Rope like items are the only thing that work. Aby other texture fills the background space as well. Kind of frustrating. What's the secret/hack to making this work? It's just not reliable for me for some reason. (some files attached) 

I saw there's a new and excitinf feature in Firefly - the ability to bulk - edit photos. I would really love to try our this feature and use it, but for the life of me I can't find where to access it. Anyone know?

I'm curious as to why I'm not able to generate nudity when it's all over adobe stock? Is there a setting to change the age restrictions or something?

How can I use Firefly to create a hyper-realistic photo of a downed helicopter (i.e. partially destroyed after impacting with the ground) on a rural property, with rescue team members attending to a crash survivor? No matter how I word the prompt; no matter how I break it down into byte-size chunks; the photos that are generated fail to show any damage to the helicopter at all. It is depicted in ever generated image as being a perfectly airworthy helicopter. Then, when I gave up and simply asked it to create a hyper-realistic photo of an inverted (upside down) helicopter as it plummeted towards the ground, it gave me a normal, everyday photo of a helicopter flying at normal attitude in relation to the ground. In otherwords, a pic of a helicopter flying almost horizontal to the ground and not displaying any untoward characteristics whatsoever.I have a current Adobe account and am looking to upgrade to the Creative Cloud app so that I can access Firefly through Illustrator or Photoshop,

I've noticed recently that when I modify a prompt and regenerate my request, the composition hardly changes at all. It used to be that every time you regenerated the images the composition would (or may) completely change. That's what I want to happen. Instead, I just keep getting the same image over and over again with very little change. Am I missing something?

Hello all, it is the first time i use firefly, where can i find my firefly generated images?

Hi, I was just having look around and did some testing and started with very simple prompts, I tried a very ordinary prompt to say design a pic that has some simple words written like example "abc" or "xyz", (always a single word) the output pics that will get generated will have text that would be truncated like say only one or 2 alphabets in the picture.Is there something wrong I am doing with prompt ? or is this a model limitation. thanks.  

HiI need to create illustrations with consistency using a reference image. However, there is no section called 'Match' where I can upload a reference image.Any ideas will appreciated

Hi,My work that I prepared in about 1 hour with 'productive fill' disappeared as soon as I changed the page to buy credits because I ran out of credits and I can't get it back. It's very sad that Firefly doesn't store my work in its memory. Is there anything I can do about this?

My last time to use abode firefly was about October 2024. Today(January 12 2025) I found free credit(25 credits monthly) has not recharged. Why does it not recharged...? When can I get free credit again...? * Also I believe credit should be deducted when I download, not make an image. No matter how well the prompt is written, trial and error often occur because of technical problems. 

Under the General Setting tab, the models are causing many problems with generating images. How do I get rid of the models, there is a serious problem with deleting the models and not using models at all?????

How do I add options to the model selections in general settings??? I only see Firefly Image 2 and Firefly Image 3. I want to have non-hyperrealistic options, and trying all of the other settings isn't generating those results with either option. Thank you

I had 1,000 credits - I did a little graphic in Firefly, and now it says 997/1000. That seems fair. You took three credits, and now I want to download it. Only it wants me to sign up for more of a plan. Why? I have 997 credits and should be able to use those before committing to more. And in that case, how many credits did you need to download the basic graphic? I spent three credits to make it.
