Hi. When I try to send a scan via email, it wants to use a very old email address. Can I change this address?

I have been trying to cancel my subscription a day after I subscribed for the trial period but manage subscriptions option is not working at all. It's ridiculous...

Recently, after capturing the image of a document and thereafter, trying to share it, the inages appears blured and not suitable for sharing.This wasn't the case earlier the inages upon capturing and exporting or sharing were crisp. Any information would be very helpful please. Thanks and Regards  

When I try to log in, it keeps loging into the free version when I have a paid one. When I first logged in I clicked personal instead of enterprise by accident, and now I cant figure out how to get it to log into the right version of the account. Ive tried logging off and on, and uninstalling and reinstalling the app.  

When I am scanning one page and when I am going to second page it not connecting automatically I have to go to Scan pages click on add page it is taking long time to scan full document.

Recently ( today ) I scanned 46 pages and could not save as PDF . The documents are not showing any where . Please guide how to retrieve all

Adobe Scan application is completely good and I was satisfied to full till yesterday.Yesterday I wanted to submit the documents while filling the form and it required only 200kb pdf format and Adobe Scan don't have this feature so it took a long time for me to compress it. So I want to suggest the developer of this application to add a new which compresses the document after being scanned. This will help the lot of people during filling any government forms and stuffs.Thank you 😊

I used adobe scan app but in app my save document is delet . How to recover this scan document . plz gaid

I have been trying to cancel my subscription, from the app I am redirected to the AppStore/ID list of my subscriptions. Now normally when you press on a subscription there is an option to cancel it from there, however there is NONE for adobe scan. How do I cancel a subscription if it was done through the Apple ID and Apple Store is not even giving an option? Also why can't we directly contact tech support through email? I'm trying to cancel this !!!

I have a Creative Cloud subscription. When I download the Adobe Scan app to my iPhone and open, it asks me to pay for a subscription. Should I be getting free access based on my other subscription?

Hello,I have been using Adobe Scan for several years to avoid storing paper, and instead shredding and recycling it. Well, last week I was opening the document containing ALL our family's paid medical bills to add a few more, and after taking several more photos to add, when I tried to save the document, it gave an error popup saying "unable to save file" and then DELETED IT ENTIRELY. It isn't in trash, doesn't show up anywhere else in the Document Cloud or on searches!!I NEED THAT FILE RESTORED, I NO LONGER HAVE THE PHYSICAL BILLS AND I HAVE TO HAVE IT FOR TAX PURPOSES. IT CONTAINED LITERALLY THOUSANDS AND THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS' WORTH OF INFORMATION!!!I used Support Chat to help, but they were ABSOLUTELY USELESS. They told me that, literally, there 'aren't people that can help me with that product, I'd have to ask community members'. What kind of BS is that?? I was trying the trial version and even though I cancelled the subscription before the trial period ends ,cash of Rs 850 have been debited from my account. I need to cancel this and want my money refund.

Hi, I have been using the scanning app "genius scan" for a while, but have now switched to adobe Scan. In genius scan there is a setting where you can choose to enter an email reciepiant address, and this will then be auto filled in the "to" field everytime when sharing a scanned document by email. This is time saving when you are sending documents to the same recipient over and over  such as sending reciepts to an accounting system. Does Adobe Scan has a similar fixed email reciepiant setting? If not would that be an idea for future feature improvement? Thanks.Best regardsNicolai   

I scan important documents by app. Is it safe to store them in storage? If I delete them from storage, do they stay somewhere else on the servers or do they disappear completely?

Adobe scan is taking 7 GB of space. Pleas help me free this space. I am a android user.

Hi-I accidentally indicated in the app the email address to send PDFs however I want to change the email address and cannot. It now automatically sends to the original email address.
