Hi, I forgot I started a free trial and just got charged. I have instantly cancelled my subscription, and received my cancellation email. Just wondering if I'm entitled to a refund, because I didn't recieve any information about it. Thank you!

The automatic monthly payment via mastercard did not go through yesterday/today. I called the bank and nothing is wrong with my account. I tried (multiple times) to add a new method of paying (first via paypal, than also via a different mastercard) but everytime i get the message 'A transaction can fail for different reasons, check again if you've entered your payment details correctly. If the problem sustains, you may need to enter a different payment method or contact your bank'(original, in dutch: Een transactie kan om verschillende redenen mislukken. Controleer nogmaals of je je betaalgegevens correct hebt ingevoerd. Als dit probleem zich blijft voordoen, moet je mogelijk een andere betaalmethode gebruiken of contact opnemen met de bank.) I've tried the chat, but it's unavailable. I tried calling the Belgian number, but it doesn't go through.  Any other options? Thank you for the help! 

ABODE is an outright scam. I had only signed up for one plan only to discover I was also signed up for another plan 3x the other plans price. Now i they wont let me cancel with paying a fee. This is outright dishonest.

I keep getting billed for a Creative Cloud subscription (which I am aware of because I am getting emails via PayPal), but I don't have access to any of the apps I'm paying for? The only thing I can see that I'm paying for when I go to my account overview page is my Adobe Portfolio subscription. I've found sources online that say in this case, you should try signing out and signing back in, but unfortunately this didn't work for me. Wondering if anyone has suggestions.  Thanks.

Por que me cobran 20% de impuesto cuando en realidad donde yo vivo son 7% el impuesto.He intentado por todas partes a ponerme en contacto con el departamento de Facturación de Adobe, pero ya no hay manera, han quitado todas las formas posibles de contactar con una persona humana para ahorarse 2 duros.Yo vivo en España, en las Islas Canarias más exacto.En España el IVA es del 20% y en Canarias es del 7%.Todas las compañías de servicios como de moviles u otros cobran el 7% a cambio Adobe nos cobra el 20%, por lo cual es ilegal y es considerado ESTAFA en toda regla.Llevo más de 2 años pagandolo así, y por lo cual me deberian de devolver el 13% de todas las facturas y actualizar su forma de cobro correctamente. Mi abogado ya esta tramitadno la denuncia, al no poder contactar de ninguna forma con los representantes legales de Adobe para poder solucionar el problema.Espero que lo antes posible se pongan en contacto conmigo.Gracias

El día 17 de septiembre del 2025 me suscribí a la prueba gratuita de adobe. Sin embargo como visualicé que había un cobro posterior al periodo de prueba. Ese mismo día me desuscribi para evitar cobro. Me llegó el correo de confirmación de la desuscripcion sin embargo el 25 de septiembre me realizan un cobro de S/ 121.54 (soles) y el 25 octubre es decir hoy mismo que me entero de todo esto me hicieron otro cobro de S/ 121.54 (soles). Esto es una modalidad de estafa e incumplimiento del contrato de periodo de prueba por el que me veo obligado a denunciarlos si no se me realiza un reembolso y una compensación por los daños provocados. I pay for premium LR but don't have access to any of the premium features. Infact it has deleted all edited pictures AND my presents I made yet it's still coming out of my bank account?

I've been using Lightroom on my phone for over 5 years. I was able to buy a subscription last year and renewed it this year. It worked on my phone the first day, but not on my tablet. Then it worked on my tablet too. Today I logged in and it's not working on my phone or tablet. What's wrong? I'm paying a pretty penny for a year's subscription, but I still haven't received it. Hi!  Ik heb een aantal jaren een abbonnement gehad met Lightroom/Photoshop voor €12,09 per maand. Zolang ik me kan herinneren is dit het bedrag wat ik hiervoor betaal. In januari 2025 heb ik een proefversie van Creative Cloud gestart (dus alle apps), zodat ik ook Adobe Acrobat kon testen. Ik heb mij toen één dag na de proefversie willen uitschrijven, maar volgens een agent van Adobe waar ik mee chatte, was ik te laat met opzeggen van de proefversie en zat ik vast aan een heel jaarabbonnement. Heb nog geprobeerd hier onderuit te komen, maar helaas konden ze me alleen een paar maanden korting geven. Ik heb dit deze maand, oktober 2025, nog eens 'aangevochten' en erop gewezen dat ik gewoon recht had op 14 dagen bedenktijd. Na een lange discussie krijg ik mijn geld terug en hebben ze mijn Creative Cloud abbonnement opgezegd.  Nu probeer ik dus terug te gaan naar mijn oude abbonnement voor €12,09 per maand, want ik had daar helemaal niet vanaf willen stappen. Cancelled trial two days before the trial period ended. My Adobe account said no plans were active but today I was charged. Still, even after I was billed, my account says no plans are active and doesn't even give me an option to cancel my current plan that I was just billed for. This is wrong, I need a refund due to website/account error.

Já considerava o valor anterior, de R$ 47,00 mensais, um investimento significativo, mas necessário ao meu trabalho. Entretanto, fui surpreendido(a) com a informação de que a mensalidade passará para R$ 71,00, representando um acréscimo de quase R$ 30,00 — um aumento excessivo e incompatível com a realidade econômica atual. Além disso, não houve comunicação prévia adequada sobre essa alteração. Compreendo que reajustes possam ocorrer ao longo do tempo, especialmente diante de aprimoramentos nas plataformas. Contudo, aumentos graduais e transparentes seriam muito mais razoáveis e condizentes com a lealdade dos assinantes de longa data. Hello,I can't delete the credit cards on my account, but it's charging me. I last used the free one-month plan that Nvidia offered, but after three months, it started charging me. Since I won't be using Creative Cloud, I want to delete the cards.

I'm a Hong Kong user, I had been trying to cancel the monthly payment of Adobe Scan mobile in the last twelve months because I seldom need it, but it still keep collecting money from my Alipay and bank account, somehow I cannot see any subscribe record in google play which means I cannot cancel or have already canceled the plan. However the payment is continuing. Can anyone help me?

I downloaded the Photoshop update this morning, and now I can’t access Photoshop. It says I need to buy it, but I’ve already paid for a full-year plan in March 2025. Also, when I sign in to my account, it keeps saying “Don’t know region.” Is anyone else having the same problem?

I have been a loyal Adobe supporter and have bought many editions of Lightroom before it morphed into the Photoshop Grouping. I never use the cloud storage, Camera Raw, rarely use Photoshop, but do use Lightroom Classic. I suffered through the move to a subscription model and then several price increases. But this final insult of raising the price by almost 70% is really beyond belief. I intend to spend the next few weeks checking out ON1 Raw, Darktable, Affinity Pro and any other free or cheaper software packages as it is very likely i will be leaving Adobe for hopefully greener pastures. It seems that they no longer want hobbyists, but just professionals, (who can claim a deduction for these price increases on their tax returns).My first foray into On1 Raw is extremely promising. I think Adobe will lose people to competitors, who, while not necessarily as good, do offer a lot of the same features for a much better price and some features are even better than Adobes. LeoneM

Hallo ,ich habe Photoshop CS5 auf CD mit gültiger Seriennummer.Die Software war auf meinem alten Rechner installiert. Dort habe ich sie über Hilfe → Deaktivieren abgemeldet, damit ich sie auf einem neuen Rechner nutzen kann.Nun versuche ich die Installation auf dem neuen Rechner mit derselben Seriennummer zu aktivieren, aber es funktioniert nicht.Seriennummer liegt mir vorInstallation von CD klapptBei der Aktivierung erscheint jedoch die Meldung, dass die Seriennummer bereits auf zwei Computern aktiviert wurde, zusätzlich "die Zeitbeschränkung für die Aktivierung von Adobe Photoshop CS5 Extended wurde überschritten".Kann mir jemand sagen, wie ich die Lizenz korrekt auf den neuen Rechner übertragen kann?Muss eventuell der Adobe Support die Seriennummer zurücksetzen?Vielen Dank!

Olá, Cancelei minha assinatura, mas ainda estou sendo cobrado pelos serviços da Adobe. Preciso de suporte para receber o reembolso do valor cobrado. Não consegui receber suporte da equipe da Adobe no meu país (Brasil).  Quero receber meu reembolso ou registrarei uma reclamação formal no conselho do consumidor da minha cidade.

Ho una prova gratuita con acrobat pro. Voglio annullarla ma non riesco a farlo. Alla voce "Piani" non risultano piani attivi. Alla voce "App" compare l'icona Acrobat con queste 3 possibilità: apri - acquista - disinstalla, ma credo che disinstallando non si blocchi la procedura della prova gratuita che alla scadenza dei sette giorni si trsforma in abbonamento. Cosa devo fare per bloccare la prova? 

I live in Korea, but I didn't have much money, so I subscribed to the overseas one-week trial version. But I wanted to cancel my subscription because it was too difficult to use. I was going to do it on the same day, but my plan didn't come up, so I waited until the day I could pay. 53.03 dollars was paid on the evening of the 24th. I tryed to cancel it multiple times before it renewed since I really didnt use it much or need it, however I kept recieving errors and it wouldn't cancel.
