I didn't recieve/missed the renewal reminder. I believe I can get a refund if I cancel straight away, however I am finding it ridiculously impossible to contact adobe! It wants to charge to over £300 to cancel myself, which is barbaric. The chat is just not working for me and I cant find any other way. How do I get in contact before the cancellation window closes?!

Hi! I want to remove my membership. I would like to give up my plan. But when I want to access my plans, I get the error Unable to load plans.

I have looked into Adobe, and it says that we have 10/10 complimentary generations left.  Neither myself nor my husband has no idea what this is.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  Many thanks

I am losing my mind. I have now hit "renew" and tried both "restoring purchase" and free trial and it keeps saying succesful and yet not letting me access anything and prompting me to renew. I have closed and reopened numerous times. Thank you in advance.

I created an account to test the tool, but I can't cancel it because the "plans" page won't open. All the others are working properly, except this one.I've already followed the links they provide and tried to edit my plan, but no page opens. I'm contacting my lawyer to find out what I can do. I've already emailed the Adobe team, but they haven't responded.

I had a 7-day free trial that I want to cancel today to avoid being billed. Coincedentally, the website is somehow unable to show me my plans (????????) but works just fine for once I log out of my account on the website. It is like Adobe is artifically throttling everything once I log in. Even the trash AI chat doesn't function. Tried doing it in another browser, in incognito mode, from another device, disabled all extensions etc. etc. etc.  Very frustrating and concerning how bad this service is. I hope an Adobe customer service employee can respond and help me out.

Hi, All,No matter what I do, the Plans page won't let me access it, and support cannot be reached in any form, which makes this a super suspicious service. I’ve been trying to cancel my subscription for a few hours now, but for some reason, it’s not working despite my efforts. I’ve switched from my Mac to my Windows PC, and the issue persists. I’ve attached a photo for reference. I even tried different Wi-Fi networks, including a nearby coffee shop and my personal hotspot. Everything on the Adobe website works except the Plans page and the online support section. I’ve switched between Chrome, Safari, and Firefox, used private browsing on all, cleared my cache, and reset my firewall. I also tested it on my iPad, but the problem remains.This feels very suspicious, almost as if Adobe is intentionally preventing me from canceling my plan. My free trial subscription ends at October 23, but Adobe is not letting me cancel it. The images attached are the proof. That is is very serious. I demand my right to cancel my free trial subscription now!

Hi, I signed up for Acrobat and cancelled the same day when I realised it couldnt do what I needed. Adobe seems to have signed me up to an AI free trial which I didnt knowingly agree to. When I saw transaction on bank I have tried to cancel and 'manage account' is pretty much the only area of Adobe that handily enough isn't loading. I have no way to do it myself, live chat doesn't seem to work and there is no contact email or phone number. I can only find this page and the general advice on cancelling a subscription. I know how to do that, but can't. 

Hi,I wanted to purchase the Adobe plan with the student discount. I registered, selected the correct plan, and proceeded to pay with my credit card. I confirmed the payment through my bank, and the amount was charged, but the transaction failed on Adobe’s website and the subscription was not activated. At this point, I have neither access to the subscription nor the money. I’ve also had difficulty finding a way to contact Adobe support directly. The page where u can change or manage your plan is not working on my side. Could you please advise me on how to proceed in this situation? Thank you,Filip 

I signed up for teh free 7 day trial - it is not what i need - and now when i try to cancel the plan i get a constant error message únable to load data'.  I have cleared the cache, tried a different brower , tried at another time and still no luck.  There is also no one i can call or email to help me resolve the issue.  

Hi,  I got in 2024 November a redeem code and want to activate/extend today (2025 October) my 1 year plan, but it doesn't work.  Is the code even time related? Who has the experience?  I don't understand, I purchase two codes but it works only for 2024?? thanks

I purchased a Student Creative Cloud plan today, and the payment went through successfully (I can see the invoice), but I haven’t received any email to activate my account or verify my student status. I have checked both my inbox and spam folder, but nothing has arrived.When I try to access my Plans on the Adobe website, I get error messages, although I can see the plan in my invoices. I also tried the support phone number, but it seems unavailable. Has anyone experienced the same issue, or does anyone know how I can request the verification email again, or if it usually takes a day or two to arrive? Any help would be greatly appreciated. I wanted to test out the subscription so I started the free trial. However, when I wanted to end the trial it wouldn't let me so now it says that I need to pay for my subscription; What can I do? 

I followed the steps to manage my plan in order to cancel a trial for Firefly, but when I click on my plan there is no scroll down for all the apps. I tried two different browsers (on a PC). Any ideas?

Das Photo Abo konnte Problemlos beim gleichen Paypal acount abgebucht werden. vor 3 tagen habe ich mit einem mitarbeiter gechattet. dieser wollte eine neue abbuchung veranlassen. bis heute ist nichts passiert. die telefonnummer vom deutschen support funktioniert nicht. der chat funktioniert auch nicht. ich habe auch keine lust, dass premiere dann auf einmal abgeschaltet wird?! was kann ich tun? 

I've been having trouble to reach out to a real person and and customer service of Adobe through all the numbers provided for each countries and I've tried for Ireland, UK and United States and not working numbers at all. Seem like Adobe have invalide numbers on the websites

Hello Adobe Support Team,I am experiencing a billing issue with my Adobe Creative Cloud subscription. When I try to update my payment method, I receive a “Billing issue” notification. However, when I go to the payment settings, there is no option to add, edit, or enter any payment details.
