After 10 years of subscribing to Adobe Creative Cloud and using Lightroom only, I recently closed my subscription. I am a hobbyist and have a large catalogue of photos I used to access LR and edit about once a month, I rarely used photoshop. Sadly I cannot afford a new laptop and I wasn't able to update due to my legacy system. Additionally I'm not a fan of paying monthly and after the recent increase I panicked and closed my account. Although I can pay it now, retirement is looming and I need to consolidate my outgoings.My question is - what, if any, are the alternatives? I was hoping I could still use the Lr catalogue to view but I have failed to get this working. Luckily my images are saved locally and could be re-catalogued. I do plan to upgrade my laptop at some point. I want to continue my favourite hobby but also plan for the future and find a way my children can still access their history once I am no longer here.I would appreciate any suggestions and I'm interested in how peop

Hallo Leider hat Adobe meine Zahlung von dem CC-Abo via PayPal zurückgebucht und jetzt steht in der Kontoverwaltung das es Abrechnungsprobleme gibt. Der Adobe Support hatte nochmal eine Zahlung veranlasst aber auch diese ist wieder fehlgeschlagen.  gibt es bereits nutzer die einen solchen fall schon mal hatten?

Dear Adobe Support Team,   I am writing to request a full refund for the recent  charge of 42,000 KRW (approximately $31 USD) that was  processed on my account.   Issue Summary:  - I have not been using Adobe Photoshop, yet the  subscription continued to charge me  - When I attempted to cancel my plan, the system  required me to update my payment information first  - After updating the payment details as instructed, an   additional charge of 42,000 KRW was automatically  processed  - Only then was I able to proceed with the  cancellation   Why This is Unfair:  This appears to be a structural issue with the  cancellation process. Requiring customers to make a  payment in order to cancel an unused service is  unreasonable and feels like a deceptive practice. If i change my yearly lightroom plan to a student creative cloud one do i have to pay cancelation fee, because i also want to start using photoshop and maybe some other programs, so i want to switch plans but i dont want to pay the full 70 euro cancel fee i have now will i also pay that when i change plans to an more expensive one?

I had believed my account to be deleted but was charged 34 dollars today, I would like to request a refund. 

I started a free trial and was charged $30 after being assured that it was free. This is fraudulent activity from Adobe, I need a human to fix this.

I registered my CS6 in 2013. I have had several computers in that time. I just got a new one and when I try to validate the license, it tells me that I've already installed it on 2 computers. One of those computers died a sudden death and is long gone.However, my account shows no activated devices so I can't even deactivate the old dead computer! I don't want to deactivate the license on the old computer that is still working (and that I'm posting this from). I noticed in a different post that you should not register within the product but go to a link provided. I went to the link on my new computer (I'm posting this from my old working computer - obviously not the old dead one.) But when I try to register on that one, it tells me that it's already registered. I have no idea where to go from here. I've been procrastinating asking for help and now it will be blocked on my new computer at midnight, I guess! And I have a deadline. HELP! 

So I have been paying my due amount every month up until October (final payment being in September) according to my plan. However, I had to change my card and forgot to update my card on the app for october, when I opened the app today it says that I have not payed my due amount since June 2024 eventhough I have the bank transactions. Who do I contact concerning this?

Hello,  For the second time, I am having to post in relation to the pop-up saying my lightroom app is unlicensed. I am very, very disappointed at this.  Firstly, my Creative Cloud is up to date. I have signed out and in again, and have restarted my laptop. My creative cloud is showing me the images I most recently edited in lightroom, yet lightroom is convinced I am not a paying customer.  I want to impress upon Adobe how utterly insane this whole process is, and implore the company to take a different approach.  Firstly, Adobe knows that there will be many, many paying customers who will receive this message despite having paid-for accounts. For this group of people, of which I am one, Adobe knows that the most likely explanation is an issue with Creative Cloud and the lightroom app not being liked, because of creative cloud needing to be updated (although in my case, updating Creatice Cloud still hasn't fixed the issue). I signed up for a free trial of Adobe Pro using my current email address (email A) but when I went to use the product on my desktop app, the Adobe Creative Cloud was already logged into an old Adobe account via an old email address (email B)*. I didn't realise this at the time so when I tried to use the product and couldn't figure out how to do the thing I wanted to do, I gave up. When I went back to check the subscription to make sure I didn't get charged, all of the products on the desktop app said that the subscription had expired, so I just assumed it was sorted - again, not realising that I wasn't signed into the right account. I have been getting billed for the last two months for both Adobe Pro and an AI product I don't remember even signing up for. I need to remove VAT number from my photography plan as the plan is no longer payed for by a company. I have been in contact with Adobe support four time, twice by phone and twice by chat. Yet after nearly two months the VAT number is still registered on my account.This is ridiculous, what do I need to do to have the VAT number removed?

It's been 3 days since I started the free trial for Creative Cloud, it says you have received my payment so there shouldn't be any problems with that. When can I manage my plan? I don't want to pay after the 7 day trial.

I want to cancel because the price has increased and it's no longer suitable for me, but they tell me, "You will be charged for early cancellation.US$97.29According to the original agreement, a fee will apply if you terminate your annual subscription early."The problem is, I don't have an annual plan; I pay monthly. This seems like blackmail.Communicating with the chatbot didn't help. Has anyone else encountered this problem?

I have also noticed same thing. i have been changed HKD 158.00 monthly for a subcription i did not purchase. Contact Support Chat team seems cannot investigate and confirm this. Thanks in advance for any further confirmation.

I have access to a University student subscription and due to some confusion I have an Adobe pro account which I therefore do not need. I accept that for over a year I have paid on both accounts however now I have come to be more organised to cancel I find there is a near £70 cancellation fee. Can Adobe customer service please tell me how to cancel without this charge as it is wholly unfair knowing that the same email appears on both accounts.
