Hello adobe,I need some help with a refund issue. I made a payment for Adobe Premium using my iPhone through Apple Pay and was charged $17.99. After purchasing, I realized the plan doesn’t include the desktop app, so I upgraded and was charged $34 for the monthly plan. During the upgrade, it said that the $17.99 would be refunded, but I haven’t received the refund yet. Has anyone experienced this, or can Adobe support help me get the refund processed?

Yes, very much still does not open, neither on PC nor phone (Wifi disabled). Everything else seems to work just fine. Only "Plans" shows a spinning circle forever.

I am an architecture student and I desperately needed After effects for a short animation I had to do for a project. So I installed and paid 24,60EUR for a month of use. Trying to cancel that subscription I have found I would be forced to pay a 135,27EUR early cancelation fee, which I have not been aware of before making my initial purchase. For a student as myself, that kind of money does make a difference. So I would love to cancel without any extra charges, is there a way to do that? 

I am out of town for a family emergency and needed to open my FMLA application from my work email. I purchased pro; the attachment wouldn't open due to security placed on work email. I cancelled within a few minutes and am seeing no refunds available. Is this true?? 

Gostaria de auxilio para cancelar a assinatura feita na data de hoje 13/11, pois utilizei o email para cadastro errado, e o cartão estava salvo na minha máquina já. Agorra preciso do cancelamento urgente para que nao seja feita a cobrança. I am yet to receive my refund for monthly creative cloud subscription and illustrator. I cancelled the illustrator plan before trial period ended. And it has been more than a week now but the refund it not inittiated yet. Please help me I'm a student and am stressed over this issue.

Wenn ich auf „Abo kündigen” klicke, wird mir Folgendes angezeigt.„Dir wird eine Gebühr für die vorzeitige Kündigung berechnet: 393,24 €.”Wie kann das sein, wenn ich einen Tag vor dem Start des neuen Abos kündige? I was charged SGD 40.60 and SGD 9.46 by Adobe on 31 Oct 2025, for the free trial which lasted 1 week. However, when I tried to cancel the trial, I was unable to cancel as there was no link for me to click to Cancel.How do I cancel when there is no link to cancel under "Plans"?The FAQ said that you have to go to "Plans" and select "Manage Plans" and then select "Cancel your plan". However, when I click on "Plans", there is no "Manage Plans". It instead says "You have no paid plans". So, how did I get charged SGD 40.60 and SGD 9.46 by Adobe?The 2 amounts are because, i signed up for a 7-day free trial for Adobe (S$40.60) and AI Assistant (S$9.46).I was unable to cancel the free trial, which resulted in me getting charged the above fees. Now, my bigger concern is that it will continue to charge me on a monthly basis, as I am unable to cancel this Adobe subscription. Is anyone able to tell me how I can cancel this? I'm having persistent "We can't verify your subscription status" errors each day I launch Photoshop. This started happening about two weeks ago. Nothing on my computer has changed, no major upgrades or updates were done to it. I've been charged over an year and can't get it to stop. it's says no active plan but I keep seeing the payments form my credit card. How is this even possible? im paying over a year for a plan I could never use? please cancel this and sent my money back. I will report this as fraud at my bank! Augustus   

I accidentally cancelled my account and was charged. I am an art major college student and did intend to cancel the account. I use it pretty much all the time, and would like to reverse what I have done. Can someone help me ?

I did the adobe 14 day trial and CANCELLED my account. I saw Adobe charges on my cc, but I never looked at the amount. I expected a charge for my adobe portfolio. Well, they scammed me and continued the $59/month charges for a year after I cancelled the trial!!! I had not used the account or even logged in. I have been a loyal Adobe user and championed for them to be implemented at every company I have worked for. That ends now. These is beyond deceptive and just flat out stealing.

Hi All-   We are a Managed IT Provider and over the years we have setup and configured Adobe accounts on our client's behalf.  A majority of these accounts are tied to one of our company credit cards.  This setup is complicated and requires good documentation, but is a value add to our clients so we continue to do it.   I'm running into a problem however:  back in June we started seeing a charge for Illustrator standalone creative cloud that I can't reconcile.  I have the bill date, the card that is being changed, and the creditcard transaction # to go on.  I need help figuring out which Adobe client or adobe order number that it is tied to.

8 days. It's been 8 days since i'm trying to cancel it. It's really annoying and ridiculous cause everything else works fine. I don't know what to do.

Hello! I had a monthly subscription of Indesign which I unsubscribed the day before the autorenewal of the subsription. Then I see that Adobe tried to charge me anyway (but it didn't work since I got a new debit card and haven't updated the card on the account). How can I let them know that I wont pay that new charge since I don't even have access to Indesign anymore? I'm also currently abroad and cannot call the support directly until February. Anyone with a recommendation of what to do? Thanks!
