Password and username problemI tried many times but the Creative Cloud username and password are not adonenki. I can't set it up
I successfully installed my CS6 on a new computer, but when I choose Product Registration and Sign In Now, I get an error message that PDapp.exe has encountered a serious problem and the registration window closes. (It seems a no-option endless loop!) After much reading online, I think my best and easiest option would be offline registration, but I cannot find any other method of registering except that dialogue box which crashes. I see I need to generate a request code, but I cannot find out how in the software to do that. Any help immensely appreciated.
Thanks - was fixed using the Creative Cloud uninstaller you suggested athttps://helpx.adobe.com/ca/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html#sa_src=web-messaging.I did not need to uninstall any other Creative Cloud apps.Harry
After installing creative cloud, to my dismay, and I'm sure many others, when you start your pc adobe applications are open in the background even if you explicitly tell creative cloud not to to start on launch in my task manager and in the creative cloud. This is a major design flaw, NO ONE should have to scour the internet for hours on how to disable them starting on launch. Despite all my time looking I could still not find an answer anywhere. Adobe needs to get their act together because this is ridiculous, background processes that can not be easily disabled (or disabled at all, Im assuming there must be some convoluted way to do it.) on startup is moronic. We're already paying an arm and a leg for your product, you could at least make the disabling of these applications easy to do. Of course this is adobe were talking about, logical changes arent what we're used to, just a flashy new ui for after effects each year.
Exclente dia para la comunidad. Alguien sabe como solucionar este problema en Mac desde ya les agradezco
I purchased a 7,1 2019 Mac Pro in July 2020 and this problem has plagued me daily every since then. I am wondering if this is just normal on an Intel 12-core with 96Gig Ram and w5700x GPU and applications loaded on NVRAM internal RAID 0?Photoshop = appx 45-seconds to one-minute to launch (ready to start work)Illustrator = appx 45-secondsInDesign = appx one-minuteAfter Effects = always over one-minuteDreamweaver = appx 45-secondsThese delays really add up!On my little 2021 M1 MacBook Pro with the same CS apps installed, everything launches almost instantly?
My CC Desktop app (MacMini) indicates that I have 3 updates to make. However, when I select Update, the downloads fail. Any idea what's happening? All software and OS is current. Below is a screenshot.Terry

The latest PS update for 25.0 will not update on my Windows 10 P.C. It is saying incompatible. Any reasons why?
I have a lot of work flas that go back 10 years or more and when I try to open them with Animate, I get an error message. Of course there is nothing that defines what the error is. I've seen some things posted here and there about this but nothing definitive or how to truly resolve the problem. Thanks for any information.
Hi all,I occasionally run resource-hungry apps (e.g., audio editing, 3D rendering) on my Windows 10 workstation and, for optimization, prefer to disable all unnecessary apps. Adobe installs several background apps for Creative Cloud that ignore the TASKKILL command unless given the /F ("force") parameter. But I prefer not to use the /F parameter in case open files could be lost or corrupted. It's unfortunate that such a sledgehammer is necessary to merely disable CC temporarily. So, here's my question:Is there a way to gracefully kill the CC background processes without necessitating the /F parameter? Sometimes, there's an order of procedure that's necessary to stop a parent process before the child processes can be closed (or are closed automatically) and I haven't found any discussion of that in these forums or elsewhere online. Furthermore, when I use TASKKILL, many of the CC background apps reinstantiate themselves before I can finish. So,
Long time Adobe user. The Creative Cloud Desktop app (Mac Ventura 13.2.1) wanted to update. Tried several times but it always failed showing different error codes each time (1, 1001, 202, 205). I then booted into Safe Mode. From the Administrator account I used the Uninstall CC app to remove the installation, downloaded a new version from Adobe. It also failed to install, throwing various codes each time. One time it said there wasn't enough disk space even though over 2 TB was free on the 4 TB drive. I restarted the Mac normally. I went to my user (non-Admin) account and launched Lightroom Classic. It launched OK. I then launched Photoshop 2023. It first said it was verifying it (I had not run Photoshop since its last update). After the verification was complete, Photoshop would not launch, saying it could not communicate with Creative Cloud Desktop. Of course it couldn't since the CC Desktop could not be re-installed. Lightroom Classic still launches OK. How do I install th

A month ago I paid for an annual subscription to Adobe Photoshop. Today, when I logged in, the subscription was gone. What is the reason for this?
I am getting an error when trying to download updates to apps in CC. To try and fix it I was following instructions to use the Adobe CC Cleaner tool and tried unistalling Adobe Creative Cloud. This error popped up and wouldn't let me uninstall. Do I have to uninstall all the CC apps in order to uninstall Adobe CC?
