I am not able to check Creative Cloud apps / updates - always get the message ' Your apps are taking longer than usual to load etc. '. For me this is 'usual' for months, if not years. The only time I can get a peak on updates and other Creative Cloud Desktop app information is directly after a restart. Updated the app several times, removed it, reinstalled it, repaired it - all without any succes. I work on a MacPro / MacOS 12.6    

 I followed all the steps sugested by adobe in the link bellow, and don't work. I can't see or either install any of the applications. In my "creative cloud" I have had the problem for some time that the cloud activity icon does not stop.The circle with the blue arrow in the cloud is constantly in action, even though all content is synchronised. If I stop the file synchronisation and then restart it, everything is OK. The icon stops working.Does anyone have any ideas as to why this is happening? It occurred during one of the last updates.(windows 10 system)

 Need a Solution to this issue. Problem:For the last 6 months, whenever I try to update or install new app, i click on 'Try' & the infinite loop of loading starts. I have to shut down it from task manager. Solutions that I tried & didn't work: Deleting files from C:\Users\Username\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE Repairing & Reinstalling all Visual C++ files. Uninstalling by creative cloud uninstaller and reinstalling it.  Running CC as administrator AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool AdobeLimitedAccessRepairTool The same issue was found on my another laptop and also in one of my friend's computerFYI: I've no internet speed issue. (55 Mbps wifi line)

Hello ! I've got a problem with CC since almost 2 month: i can't open it, it keeps loading for so long...I tried to uninstall it and install it again but still the same problem... I tried to repair it, but the processus is stuck at 2%, saying "Trying to connect to server"... By the way, my internet connection is perfectly working... I can't update my apps and it start being a problem here... Thanks so much for your help. Nicolas

Same issue here too. Brand new computer...just trying to get the Creative Cloud app to work correctly.  It gets stuck on the "updating creative cloud" and eventually gives me the error message below.  I've uninstalled, reinstalled, restarted, deleted files from the OOBE folder...   \

I just bought an Adobe subscription for the second time in my life. The first time I bought an Adobe subscription was a few years ago. I always used to think, 'If I can crack it, why bother buying a subscription?' However, compatibility issues started to increase, and cracks don't last that long. So, I decided to purchase a subscription. You might assume that buying the subscription would allow you to use all programs without any problems, right? Wrong. Adobe has so many crashes and issues that it's not even worth buying the subscription. Don't listen to people who say it's cheap. Don't. Your money is valuable, make it count. Don't waste it on this company like I did. You'll encounter the same issues whether you have the paid subscription or the cracked version from YouTube.  I hope this is the kind of message you needed to read today.Have a great life.

Your Help desk does not know that this feature existsAfter many hours trying to remember which app I  had used to show my Libraries (created in Illustrator) as a slideshow the so called experts on your Help desk assured me that there was no way it could have been in Creative CloudI forgot I had used the app on my IPad Pro to view this slideshow and I was racking my brains as to how I had used it .I knew it was only a few months back but thought it was on my MAC LaptopThe people on your CC Help Desk should know this option is availableAnyway I have remembered and it is thereIt is a great feature and you should consider making it available on Desktop and Laptop versions of Creative CloudBest RegardsAlyson Kesselalyson.kessel@gmail.com 

Hello,after the last update of Adobe Photoshop on my mac I see in the launchpad a new program Adobe Creative Cloud Diagnostics. The program seems not to work. When I lauch the program I get an error message about an unexpected error.Does anybody know some details about this program and why it has been installed?Can I delete it without any risk? Many thanks,Roland

I am using creative cloud desktop v 5.10.0.573 on  a windows laptop running WIN 11 pro Version 22H2.I receive notification that LRc v12.3 is available as an update but that it is not compatable. When I click on the error, I receive a pop-up that states that I need to update my OS to WIndows 10 VERSION 20h2 or later. (see screenshot LRc error txt). I am getting the same error for PS.  The Windows system info report is enclosed as a separate screenshot (LR OS issue with win system info). The hardware seems to meet or exceed the requirements. I am also attaching the system info report from LRc.(screenshotn LRc System Info) What do I need to do in order to update the adobe apps to the current versions? thanks 

Hello,I'm trying to install the latest Photoshop update and Creative Cloud is throwing up an error, "Conflict Updating Photoshop Save and Close the Following Programs: Adobe CR Daemon" I've already seen previous older posts about this and nothing works. I went into the Activity Monitor and closed the program. I hit continue on the error message and it still won't go away. I've tried closing Creative Cloud and restarting it after I've closed CR Daemon with no success. What can I do to fix this?

Wenn ich die Creative Cloud aktualisieren will ladet es bis 39% und dann erscheint eine Fehlermeldung: "Synchronisieren nicht möglich. Installieren sie die Synchronisationskomponente und versuchen sie es erneut. Fehlercode 105"Wenn ich versuche ein Adobe Programm zu installieren dann erscheint folgende Meldung:Das Produkt kann nicht installiert werden. Klicken sie auf ,,Wiederholen'' um es erneut herunterzuladen und zu installieren. (Fehlercode 105)Was mache ich falsch und wie kann man das beheben?

Hi Could anyone confirm please if it is possible to use the CC account on an iMac and also a laptop PC? I need to have flexibility away from the office but currently only have access to a laptop and therefore whenever I was not at my desk and not using my CC on the imac I wondered if it was possible to have the same CC account software on the PC as well for when I need to use the laptop instead? Thoughts would be appreciated thank you 

I'm on a Win 11 PC and I can't use CC Desktop yet. In preferenze dialog I can't change the synch folder. Probably this is the reaso why I can't use Lightroom and Photoshop correctly that I must run ad adimistrator privileges.When I click on cloud icon, app is permanently waiting as you can see in the screenshoot. Can sameone help me? 

Either Creative cloud (32 Bit) or Adobe Genuine Software Integrity Service is using my CPU all the time and I don't know why.This is my situation for about a year now.It is not 100% of cpu. But my hardware fans are making noise.I created a .bat to kill all Creative Cloud processes, and when killing all, the fans instantly stop spinning.But sooner or later Creative Cloud restarts itself.Anyone else is having this problem? Is this a normal behaviour?

I am using windows 10 22h2 version. I can't download apps in creative cloud interface. Because it says you should use windows 10 20h2 and above. I'm already using a higher version.

Unter Windows 11 funktionierte auf meinem Laptop nach jahrelangem Nutzen des Adobe Foto-Abos plötzlich nicht mehr das Update der Creative Cloud. Reparieren der App wurde mit einem Fehler abgebrochen. Deinstallation der App wurde ebenfalls mit einem Fehler beendet. Lightroom und Photoshop funktionieren mittlerweile trotz Abo nicht mehr, weil beide Programme nicht auf die Creative Cloud App zugreifen können. Eine Neuinstallation bricht bei 40,5%  mit Fehlercode 202 ab, der bei der Adobe Fehlerhilfe nicht gelistet ist. Zu wenig Speicherplatz auf der Festplatte? Sind 191 GB nicht genug? Beschädigte Datei? Schon 10x Heruntergeladen, woher bekomme ich eine unbeschädigte Version?Virenscanner abgestellt, AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool mehrmals erfolgreich angewendet, Installation weiterhin nicht möglich. Creattive_cloud_uninstallerwin versucht, mit Fehlern abgebrochen.Was hilft da noch?Auf meinem PC läuft alles noch, am Wochenende steht mir aber nur mein Laptop zur Verfügung und ich muss F

I have CC Desktop app version 5.10.0.573 installed in my Mac Mini M2 computer, Mac OS Ventura. However, I can not get hte latest version of many application suchas, Lightroom Classic, Lightroom and Photoshop.The latest Version Of Photoshop is 24.4.1 But my Photoshop is 24.3The latest Version Of Lightroom Classic is 12.3 But mine is 12.2.1The latest Version OfLightroom is 6.3 but mine is 6.2I tried everything from Help - Check for Update, Update - Check for Update to uninstalleverythng and start anew. Still can't get the latest version. Please Help if you know how to solve this.Best Regards,

APPs say cloud storage full - when I log in to creative cloud it says I have no files or libraries... where is my data, and where do I go to manage it?!

Hi! I have a very unusual problem I think. A couple of years ago, my collegue shared her Adobe Creative Cloud with me. Apperently you can share with one other person. Later, her daughter needed to share instead of me. At that point I didn't realise the files would be impossible to get rid of. I no longer have, or wish to have, any contact with her and I really need to unistall the files since I can't use them without a log-in. And without a log-in, I can't uninstall either. Cul-de-sac. Any creative ideas?
