Questions

Periodically, especially when it loads upon start up Creative Cloud produces a loud buzzer noise. Seems to do it whenever an update has been installed as well. I have a macbook pro running the lates OS. The computer does not do the buzzer noise for any other apps. Cannot find any preferences that has anything to do with that. Any ideas? Thank you.  

Dernièrement, j'ai mis fin à mon contrat d'abonnement. Mon contrat se terminait aujourd'hui. J'arrive à supprimer Creative Cloud de mon bureau d'ordinateur, mais pas le fichier Adobe Creative Cloud. J'ai tenté plusieurs fois mais sans succès. J'ai même réinstaller la version pour le bureau et de supprimer le fichier mais sans succès. Ça m'indique tout le temps que je dois installer Adobe Creative Cloud. J'ai vraiment besoin d'aide !!! 

Al instalar Adobe Cloud Desktop, comienzo a tener problemas con mi teclado de notebook. De estar funcionando lo más bien, el teclado de mi notebook comienza a tardar en responder durante unos segundos. Luego se soluciona y al dejar de teclear, el problema regresa otra vez. Si ingreso en modo seguro, la computadora funciona perfecto. Probé desintalar todos los programas de adobe. Formatié la computadora, volví a instalar el programa de adobe y el problema regreso otra vez! La verdad una pena.  Me gustaria saber si a alguien más le pasó ? Mi sistema operativo es window 11 home. Last week I needed Photoshop but I couldn't open it because it happened to be removed from my computer (MacBook Pro 13-inch, M1, 2020). Today I found out that the same had happened to Premiere. Why? Nobody asked me!I had to re-install both apps and now all my settings are gone! 🙎

Earlier today when I opened up photoshop, it showed that my photoshop license will be expiring in a week, I'm using photoshop through my student Creative Cloud plan but the license expiration purely mentions photoshop, exluding my Creative Cloud plan as a whole. I even checked After Effects to see if it was just photoshop acting strangly but it also said my after effects licnese was expiring in a week too The issue is that it should be too soon for my creative cloud plan to expire, I purchased the 12 month plan back at January of this year, I even checked my email just to make sure I got the info right I logged in and out of my account in the Creative Cloud app but to nothing changing Is this some sort of glitch that can happen? If my Creative Cloud plan is still active, could specific apps be deactivated individually? Is it fine to just ignore it? Also, if I would need to end up resorting to the Adobe Cleaner Tool, does it just delete the apps, or does all of the f

I've just received a replacement Laptop from my insurers, however, instead of replacing like for like, they've given me a Microsoft Exertis Surface 15 laptop, this operates on the Snapdragon X Elite CPU. Whilst this is ok for basic stuff it appears there is an issue when trying to use all the new AI functions within PS, LR and ACR, the issue being they don't show, aren't available, damned annoying, anyone else had this issue and if show is there a work around, any advice is most appreciated.  

Hey everyone,I’m running into an issue and hoping someone here has a solution. I’ve been trying to move my project files back to Creative Cloud storage, but for some reason, it’s not letting me. I’ve tried the usual methods, but no luck so far.Has anyone else experienced this? How do you usually upload your projects back to Creative Cloud? I recently got the newest MacBook Pro M4 and I redownloaded CC and all the apps that I had in my previous Macbook Pro with no issues, or so I thought. I keep getting errors below and read the adobe articles and all requires previous steps that I can solve, such as making sure the library is synched (it wont sync), updating CC (cant update it), etc. I can still access the apps i have downloaded on my Mac, and also have CC installed at my work desktop and everything works fine, but library is not backing up and can't update CC there as well. I am confused on what I can do, I considered manually deleting the apps but the apps are not backed up and am concered I will lose my projects and they are important on my desktop as well. I also cant download new apps on Mac such as AE, that is downloaded on the PC at work. Here are the errors I keep getting error 109 at work PC , error 108 in the Macbook Pro (which I know what it is and make sure I dont have any open app)  

Hello all, I encounter an error (0xc000007b) trying to open all versions of Photoshop I can install from Creative Cloud Desktop. When searching online, I see this error is related to C++ runtime library dependencies. I am running on a Windows ARM architecture Surface Pro X with the Microsoft SQ1 processor. I have tried following instructions in forum posts installing various C++ runtime libraries to no avail, but I highly suspect that most forum responses will not apply to me, because of ARM architecture. Therefore, I imagine it is fairly important to be updated to the latest version of Creative Cloud Desktop, and then I can go from there. When trying to update Creative Cloud Desktop (not Adobe XD), I get an error code 191. Here is the relevant log output from C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\Installers\Install.log. I have tried all solutions here or they do not apply to me. Info log output:FATAL: Error (Code = 191) executing in command 'AddU

Hi first time posting,  I wasn't sure where to direct this problem or what community discussion to put into.A week ago this started happening to my Creative Cloud Software.This problem is mostly present in CC and Premiere.PremiereThe timeline is glitching and won't play forward despite the video preview working. I was having a persistent error in Creative Cloud Desktop "Libraries Sync Error. A problem occurred. Your library has been refreshed." I think the error was due to a corrupted file in my library. After trying a whole bunch of stuff I finally found a fix that worked. Note: This resets your libraries to their default empty state so you'll need to rebuild your libraries.1. Quit the Adobe Creative Cloud application2. Go into Task Manager/Activity Monitor and quit any processes that belong to Creative Cloud (not sure if this is entirely necessary but it doesn't hurt.)3. Go to the location of the library files:Win - C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Creative Cloud LibrariesMac - /Users/<username>/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Creative Cloud Libraries4. Drag all of the files out of this folder to somewhere else on your drive5. Restart computer and Creative Cloud Desktop 

I can not download acrobat, have not tried any other app. Says I do not have any available storage, I switched the destination to a drive with PLENTY of available storage but has the same issue. This has been going on for 2 hours.

When I need to access an Adobe learning resource on their helpx site I must contend with a pop-up just about every time. For a random example I chose this page: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/adjusting-image-sharpness-blur.html. The pop up tells me I'd prefer to use Canada as my location (I am in Canada), but why would I? I already own a licence, so I don't care about pricing. I very much doubt that there is "regional content" that I would care about since Photoshop is the same app, with the same tools, whether I'm in British Colombia, California or Mali. I'm looking for support with a specific tool that I've already purchased—I'm not in need of a sales pitch.   I'm regularly refering to these helpx sites for questions about several Adobe products (I just picked the Photoshop forum, because there doesn't appear to be a general one). This has happened a few times and it usually fixes itself, but this time it seems to be stuck. I've tried repairing, reinstalling, but nothing fixes it. The window for the Creative Cloud app is offset and I can't get to the right side of the view.

In the last several Creative cloud app updates,  Adobe seems keen on badgering us with their new features and products. News Flash! we already bought the product, stop trying to sell us. All the pop-ups are just a time-sucking annoyance. Maybe the software and marketing people at Adobe have lots of time to kill, but those of us paying for the product just want to use it to get our work done. There needs to be a preference setting in every CC application to turn-off current and future feature and marketing pop-ups and introductions.
