Hello, two days ago I got a weird error when starting creative cloud.Sth about Microsoft Visual c++,I thought I might have a bad file so I reinstalled that but then creative cloud and the apps still diidnt start.So I deinstalled all of creative cloud and the apps to reinstall them hoping to make it work again, but since then whenever I try to install creative cloud or one of the apps like Photoshop or premiere pro directly I get this error and I just don't know what to do.I have a Video to finish soon and I really need this to work... This is the error I keep getting:If anyone had this and solved it before I would be truly grateful, because I don't know what to do anymore. Here are some more things I tried:I uninstalled the apps using the windows programm uninstallerI deleted the adobe folder (thought it might not be able to create new ones when theres one there already)I reinstalled Microsoft Visual C++ (This might not be related but it showed up at the same time with a

I cannot resize Creative Cloud onscreen. This happens only with Creative Cloud, so it is not a scaling issue. The problem does not exist with Photoshop or any other application. Hello,     I have users complaining that Creative Cloud freezes when trying to open/edit PDF files while connected to VPN (SonicWall NetExtender). It aslmost seems like CC is trying to reach out to the web for something and can't get there, eventually timing out. Is this a known issue, and is there a fix? Thank you in advance!

estou tentando instalar o Photoshop, em uma pasta diferente pois a principal já está cheia, porém mesmo alterando a pasta em preferências da instalação o creative cloud continua tentando baixar na pasta principal e acaba dando erro por não ter espaço

Last week I uploaded 7 Psd files at about 300 mb each without issue. When I attempted to upload a second batch from the finder a week later, the process spun for an hour and then dissapeared without copying to the cloud. I tried doing one a time. Same thing. Just spent an hour with an Adobe tech who finally advised me to open the file in Photoshop and save from there. OK. In that case, Adobe should really fix or remove the "Upload" feature in CC file uploads. Besides that, the upload process is often just plain wonky. FYI: I've only used 12% of my storage.   

I am using Macbook PRO and primarly use the creative suite on a PC at work. I want to work on my home laptop since  I am a freelance but the apps are not updating, and when i try to download AE on my laptop using creative cloud it doesnt work. I click and click the button but it does not do anything... Any ideas?

Enough! Creative Cloud App Updates are the pits!The word for the day is "WAITING", as in I spend so much time WAITING, sometimes with no results!I've got AT&T fiber, the connection SCREAMS! Every other software I have gets updated in less than a minute, the most in two!And worse, if I choose to cancel an update, it takes forever for the cancellation process to complete.For example, I cancelled the update to Photoshop 35 minutes ago, AND IT'S STILL DOING IT!!!I've got to leave these things for overnight, and eight hours later (MOST of the time!) it finally gets done!It has been this way from the beginning! What can't you folks find a way to fix this???I would much rather download the full program and reinstall rather than this; it's painful!Why can't we download an update installer like everybody else???Please! I just got back from a trip, I've got updates all over the place, and I'm waiting AGAIN!No other software, just Adobe!!!

Hi everyone, I'm currently unable to access Photoshop or any other Creative Cloud app. When I try to open Photoshop, I first get this message: "We can’t reach the Adobe servers. This may be because you’re not connected to the internet. Check your connection and try again below. If you’re still having issues, please see our connectivity troubleshooting guide. Error code: 20400." After clicking "Try Again", it changes to:"Sorry, Photoshop has encountered an error. You will not be able to use Photoshop at this time. Please contact Customer Support and use the reference code 109 for more information on how to resolve this issue." Here’s what I’ve already tried:Checked my internet connection (it’s working fine)Reset the hosts file to defaultLogged out and back into my Adobe accountUninstalled the Creative Cloud app and all Adobe appsReinstalled everything freshLogged out and back in again after reinstall Apps are being launched through the Creative Cloud desktop app

Hello guys I have a new Lenovo Laptop, with the same plan as on my old one. I use Lightroom to edit my photos and Bridgev to organise them. I really don't know why, but Bridge is not showing up on the CC. I already tried to download it via Webbrowser, it doenst work. Do you know this problem?

Good afternoon, I have a adobe membership for photoshop and lightroom. I had the adobe onlien cloud on my desktop installed. No all of a sudden i cant access the cloud and my programs. It says it acnnot connect to the adobe servers (eroor 206). It mentions something about firewall, connectivity problems. I have never had this problem, never changed anything. tried various fixes by deinstalling and installing, but the installing fails.  When connecting to the adobe server i get a bad connection or 404 message. But my internet is ok. Please help! Gr Jasper

Is there a way to turn off the damned, time-consuming, arrogant Adobe font auto-activation crap for ALL PRODUCTS (yes, I know how to do it in InDesign etc.)? There is no limit for how much Adobe damages productivity. True experts. Shame on you.

Hi! Had sync problem with adobeservers (error 20400). Did all stuff to get it goin until it was time for creative clouds repair tool. Did my deeds with it until finally uninstalled all apps asnothing worked.After that I installet CC and now my licenses are gone.  Any help? (I am actually thinking were licenses gone before all ready, they should have been paid in june.) Win11, all uptodate.

Hallo Zusammen, der Fehler: "beim Aktualisieren der Creativ Cloud sind Probleme aufgetreten. Fehlercode 191" bleibt konstant bestehen. Auch der Support konnte irgentwie nichts machen, mir wurde aber zugesichert das das Problem bis zum nächsten Tag behoben wäre, inzwischen ist über eine Woche vergangen das Problem bleibt. Was ist da los? Hat Adobe da ein größeres Problem? Die Fehlermeldung hat inzwischen schon eine komplette Neuinstallation von Win11 ohne Übernahme der alten Einstellungen, Apps und Verzeichnisse. Also der Fehlercode191 wurde vor der Neuinstallation schon angezeigt und wird danach auch immer noch angezeigt. Alle unter "Fehlercode 191" angezeigten Lösungsvorschläge sind entweder nicht anwendbar oder bringen nichts.

It's impossible to update Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop (and perhaps other associated software because of this). The attached message appears in all cases.

I think that for free trials, you shoud be able to do withOUT credit card's. Like, you started out as a really good company, but now, you need credit card's for free trial's. And if you forget to cancel, then you need to pay. Sure, some services do remind you in advance to cancel, but I'm not alway's online. I can sometimes not be on my phone for a week! And that's my 1st reason, but still 1 more... ...And my 2nd reason is because I do not even HAVE a credit card, and I want to know if I like ot so I do not put ALL that work into making one until I know that I really like it! So that's why I do not think that we should need a credit card for free trial's!

Suddenly  when I click on the icon in the Mac MEnu Bar on top of my screen a new screen is opening with all the apps. Earlier when I clicked on the Adobe CC logo, I could just choose my app like Lightroom or Photoshop. Now a whole new screen is opening. annoying! Can I change that somewhere?  Thx
