I havent been able to save any files from my photoshop to creative cloud for about 4 days.  It doesnt matter if I chose save a copy, save as or save, When it opens the window to my computer files, I choose save to creative cloud in the lower right.  The window closes, then moments later reopens rather than going to by creative cloud files and letting me save there

When I save a file the image flattens and my layers are gone. It becomes a flat image, how can I save the file and still keep my layers interactive?

I have my Creative Cloud Files located in a second internal drive of 4 TB. But one day, I want to delete many of them BUT KEEP THEM on the CLOUD of Creative Cloud (sorry for the redundancy). Is there a corect way to do it? If I delete something locally, automatically will be deleted from the Cloud too? I want to keep them on the Cloud as a kind of “backup” or “saved for later”, or maybe... the Creative Cloud was no thought for that purpose, and should I use another cloud storage service? I know that I can expand the storage capacity on Adobe CC through extra payment, but my concern regards more to the functionality of the CC. Thanks a lot. 

Since the last update to Photoshop 23.3.1  I have noticed that my total of used GBs in my 20GB storage has jumped up by 3GBs even though I went through and permantently deleted items from my Cloud Storage and haven't used photoshop since the 11th of April when it updated to 23.3.0    Something isn't right. When I try to contact an agent, they basically hang up on me. 

Simples question, why i cant see any file I have saved on cloud? I can only see this "_cloud Documents". In my opinions there is no sense having this folder if I cant see anything.  How can i see all of my files normally WITHOUT opening everytime Adobe app?

When adding files from my device to Creative Cloud on the Android app (I haven't tried others) it only lets me select one file at a time. Is there a workaround for this? 

I'm using the theme matthias and I wanted to know if it's possible to make static page titles. I would like people to be able to see the title of the page without having to scroll over it. Thanks in advance. 

HiI'm unable to update Photoshop through the CC program on Windows 10. It keeps giving the Error 125. There is nothing in the Firewall settings blocking it. It always worked before. Hello. I've signed up to to Creative Cloud for a shared folder, after clicking the 'accept invitation' link it takes me to assets.adobe.com/files but nothing is showing anywhere under any heading. The email I signed up with is listed as a member on the shared folder and I got the invite by email. 

I am at 19.57G in cloud storage. The limit for my plan is 20G.I need to delete a lot of the storage, but I do not know what is included in the storage. It is obviously more than just photo synced files.I just need help in reducing the storage-I do have backups attached to my computer that I can transfer some of the files.Thanks for your help and suggestions.Margaret Anne

I work with several business units across a single enterprise. I want to make a single Creative Cloud Library of icons we can all use and search by relevant keywords such as color and category. I have added these keywords to local files using Bridge but when I put these files on to the Creative Cloud I can't find a way to see, search, or sort through these keywords.Is this something that is possible?

 

Hello, I have a colleague who's creating a book, who finds photos via adobe stock and puts them in a CC library. She can't buy photos, but I can (education account, only one person per service).So she shares this CC library to me so that I can buy her photos. How do I put it back in its shared library? How do I link low definition photos to the photos I buy? I can't find how to do it. An idea?Thanks.Philippe

Adobe, you are the creative solutions people. Right now I have  Animate After Effects  Media EncoderPremiereand Audition AND THEY'RE ALL PURPLE? Furthermore, these products are commonly used together. Animate was fine being red. That's a start. I don't know. It's your brand, please figure this out. It's like staring at a table of elements deciphering which program to open in my dock.  Think.Something other than purple...Something other than purple...Something other than purple...Hmmm Mauve, Taupe, Turquoise...it's a big color universe out there. I know you can do it.   

I am about to create a new file, but when I create one, my cursor will be stuck on loading and I can't proceed on the artboard. I'm using M1 and CC2022.I hope somebody can help me with this problem, Thank you!

Hello, wondering if anyone has advice for how to get CC to stop syning. All of my files are up to date in the cloud and when I create new files, they sync with no problem. The issue is that even though everything is synced, CC won't stop resyncing. This was going on for several weeks and it finally said "sync complete" only to start up again a few days later. This round of syncing has been going on for another several weeks. It's driving me crazy because when it syncs like this it uses up all my inernet so I can't even load a simple webpage unless I pause the sync (which I don't like to do because then it doesn't back up whatever I'm working on at the moment). I have an iMac running on Big Sur version 11.6.5. I have tried these things and they have not worked:- pause and restart sync- check file names for symbols that are not compatible- uninstall and reinstall creative cloud desktop app Thanks!

hello, creative cloud applications are installed on my computer, but it does not appear to be installed in the cc application. I can't get updates. 

Hello,I have a domain with my name that is connected to my old student account at Adobe Portfolio - however the university cancelled the account without notifying me and I am not able to log in anymore, but the portfolio still exists and the domain is still attached to it, so I cannot use it anywhere else - I paid for a personal Adobe, made a new website and want to attach the domain to it but it shows an error because the domain is already attached to the old Adobe portfolio where I am not able to log in and disconnect it manually.I contacted the domain provider and they told me I should contact Adobe.Any ideas what I can do about this? Thank you

How do I get it unfull? Please don't tell me to go to "My Files". That folder is empty. Yet...my interface keeps telling me that I have over 45 GB of files...a 2GB limit and nothing in my files folder or anywhere else. Why? Who designed this thing? How do I find my files, aside from getting them back? Is it just me, or was Adobe MUCH better back in the days when you could buy it on a disk?

Whole system drags to a frozen halt when I have Adobe Creative Cloud updates pending. I'm in the middle of a big project and don't want to upgrade right now as Photoshop tells me my graphics processor can't handle it anymore and I'm afraid to learn what other apps may not be supported now in addition after updating. I can work in Photoshop and am not missing the features I can't use. Semi-retired here doing primarily volunteer work these days and not likely to upgrade equipment soon. How do I tell Creative Cloud Services to quit interfering with apps currently running when I have updates pending? Or quit reminiding me at all given my equipment is old/becoming incompatible with latest versions? Really not liking subscription software now versus purchasing updates as they vet out, stabilize and I need them. I've been at this a long time and imagine some never had that opportunity.
