I have a portfolio website using Adobe Portfolio. When trying to edit my layout, it seems its stuck on another theme and other changes I've previously made but did not save, so it doesn't even reflect my current website. I can't revert and edit my current active layout. It seems like my only option is to hit 'publish' on this new theme and  then I'd have to recreate my old theme from scratch. I'm positive I'm missing something. Where can I revert my changes and edit my current, customized active theme?

Am I the only one that can't invite prople on a shared folder?It looks that my pop-ups are being blocked but all my settings are set to allow pop-ups.Everything was fine last week.Mac environement, Safari AND Chrome not working...

Hi! Hope you are well.  I designed a picture and my company logo on Adobe apps (Adobe draw, sketch, photoshop). Are my designs/creations my properties? Am I allowed to trademark it as I created it? Thank you in advance!Tanya

What gives? Adobe says on a blog post that the Twitter in-stream image size is 16:9 proportion (1200 x 675). See article here titled, "The ultimate guide to Twitter image sizes 2021." HOWEVER... If you go into the Spark web app, and click the Twitter size for your graphic, it's 1200 x 670 (16:8). It's 5px I know, but still odd there is this inconsistency. Am I missing something or is this an error on Adobe's part?

  My Portfolio site has been working fine since I set it up.  All of a sudden today, it is appearing much smaller. So small, in fact, that it is hard to read the navigation bar.  Funny thing is that in Edit View it looks fine.  Any ideas?  The site is https://haroldgregg.myportfolio.com Dooney

I have a problem with one specefic document from the cloud, an error appears whenever i try to download it either from the creative cloud app or the website. and when i click on the document thumbnail it wont open up. I have created this cloud document 14 days ago and now i have no way of opening it  When clicking the download button from assets.adobe.com: when clicking Share> Export as local copy in the creative cloud app When trying to open the document from the app, this message appears in adobe illustrator    And when i click on the thumbail straight from illustator, nothing happens  Like i said i dont have this problem with any of my other docements, which makes this more strange.. Also, i didnt have any problems when saving this praticular file to the cloud, illustrator didnt crash etc.. 

We are a small 2-man (husband & wife), shop looking to hire independent contractors for our mobile services.To do so, we need a way to:> Send them an agreement to initial in several places and sign> Have a way for them to upload documents for our records such as a copy of their professional license, insurance, etc.Which Adobe product would help us achieve this at minimal cost?

I have tried to update my Adobe XD to the latest version, unfortunately, that has become a nightmare since my creative cloud cannot open up the apps This is what it keeps saying - SOMETHING WENT WRONG If reloading your apps doesn't fix the problem, please contact the customer  

I am synching only 72 GB, but I have about 92 GB as "Deleted Files" in Creative Cloud. When I try to permanently delete all 4,395 "Deleted Files", the system simply responds that it cannot permanently delete "some files" and does not actually delete any of them. These "deleted files" are increasing in number and taking my entire quota. I can not contact Adobe with this problem or find an answer online. I'm about to give up... Could someone share some light? Thank you.

Hello! I see that you can only upload 20 fonts at a time to CC...is there a way to upload them en masse? I have collected hundreds of fonts over the years and would love to be able to manage and share them with our team via CC than Extensis or others.

I have not been able to get my creative cloud files to sync due to server error. It's been 3 days of troubleshooting. I have read through the forums and tried all potential solutions I've found online and in Adobe Help in regard to this issue. So far no luck. I've reached out to Adobe help and even had an Abode representitive remote access my computer to solve the issue and still couldn't fix it. I now susspect it's a backend issue with the Adobe server. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

When you share a template with another user is there some way to see what they made using this template?Looking for a solution that doesn't involve the user share the final product back again. 

Hi, I get this error when I try to access my XD project on Creative Cloud website. The error message in the console says the followig: Cross-Origin Request Blocked: The Same Origin Policy disallows reading the remote resource at https://cc-api-storage.adobe.io/cloud-content/(...). (Reason: CORS preflight response did not succeed). I have the same error both in Firefox (v. 88.0.1) and in Edge (Version 90.0.818.62), also with all script-blocking plugins disabled (I know that I have Ghostery on in the screenshot). Is this a bug, or something specific om my side?  

Hi everyone,my enterprise ordered new computers for my collegues and I. We were working on PC laptops and moving to  Mac in about a month.Will it possible to install Adobe cloud on that new laptop ? Is anything required, like a change in the subscription ?Thankx for your help.

I bought 4 of your Adobe "Classroom in a Book" series books:  Premiere Pro, InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.  Premiere Pro was great.  It came with 2 CDs that had the lesson and files on them.  The books are useless without them.  There are NO Cds for the other books, and I did the computer download instructions TO THE LETTER, and they won't download.  So the books are basically useless to me.  Amazon -- where I bought them -- can't take them as returns, and they can't send the missing items.  I can not find ANY email address for the company ANYWHERE, nor can I speak with a LIVE person except on the chat, and that was no help whatsoever.  I have been trying to get the CDs that I PAID FOR WHEN I BOUGHT THE BOOKS for the last four hours, literally.  My next option is to send them a registered letter, even though I live in Canada.  I am disabled, and am not able to get to the post office in order to do that anyway.  Does any

Is there no community board for Portfolio? It's a nice freebie, but the interface is tricky. For instance it says it imports collections from Lightroom, but I don't use Lightroom I use Bridge. Will it import Bridge collections? You can submit a question though a very clunky form, which itself is a problem.

I have deleted everything from my cloud and permanently deleted everything and still it shows 21/20GB used. This was not a problem when the reminders were infrequent, but now they are persistent and it is annoying me. I looked on a previous similar post and have attatched log files which hopefully will help. Otherwise I feel like I need to cancel my subscription. By the way, how DO you talk to an actual person on chat? There seem to be suggestions that you can on the website but no actual way to do it. This is poor from Adobe.

On Mac OS Big Sur 11.3.1 I notice multiple instances of several "Processes". Among them is the Adobe CC "Core Sync Helper" with 162 instances. Is this normal? If not, how can it be prevented?  

Hello, I just started working on the cloud so another person could collaborate on making updates. However I noticed today after they finished working it created a conflicting copy. I want to make sure we don't lose our progress as it is more tedious updates and I don't want to accidently work off an old version or lose it. How do you avoid this and how do you resolve this. I have had no issue until they worked on the file. If there is a very simple process to follow please let me know as I don't know if the other person is very savy as the are newer to Adobe in general. I have a log AdobeLogs_20210429_115759_185-win.zip that I did just based off feedback in the forums so far.

Hello all,  I am currently using creative clouds to store documents from several team members. Do you have any advice on what you do to back everything up. For example, if I have an employee that is leaving the company, how do I ensure they don't delete all their work. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Hello everyone, I’ve activated some fonts in my account but for some reason they’re not showing as active in the font activation status within the Desktop app (The window displays the default “Fill this space with fonts…etc” even though fonts are active ). I can’t activate from within Illustrator or InDesign either. I’ve gone through all the steps I could find online to correct this to no avail. Anyone have any ideas. I’m on Windows 10 64bit. Many thanks
