앱 창 들어가면 자꾸 이거 뜨는데 어떻게해요.. 1시간동안 붙잡고 있어요  

One month ago I connected the customer service of Adobe because my whole creative cloud went missing. Adobe just blamed me for deleting my own files and have now 1000 illustrator files missing links. The cloud system of adobe is unsafe and is definitely NOT the place you want to store your documents! I mentioned there should be a backup of the cloud system and they can just restore my backup so I have all my documents back (THAT JUST DISAPPEARED BECAUSE THE UNSAFE CLOUD). Adobe just doesn't want to ADMIT it is THEIR fault and that the cloud they provide is an UNSAFE environment. Adobe "promised" to solve my issues and they are not doing anything. 1 month in this issues I have to manually relink all my files that are missing. 1000+ files.. and adobe refuses to help. I had 5 chat sessions from 1+ hour, screen session, multiple emails and they are not doing anything but repeating. Hi! I have a custom Namecheap Domain which I linked with my adobe Portfolio site. For some reason, when using that Link, Adobe reports it as missing... I contacted Namecheaps support because I expected that I must have misconfigured something but after taking a look at my setup, they confirmed that everything was in order and the problem can not be on Namecheaps end. They advised me to contact Adobe. Now I wanted to contact Adobes support but they do not offer that for "free" software... Any idea what the solution might be? What can I do, I am quite out of options here and really need this to be working. If you need more info, please let me know! I thank you in advance for any input! Have a nice day!

I had a portfolio/website at an adobe account that is now closed and my website is still up. I started my own new account. Is there a way to connect to the old portfolio? 

Hi - I think it may have been 2020 when there was an effects dropdown that said studio echo, a very simplistic effect which used numbering for more echo. It hasn't been around for a while and the echo sound effect is a bit odd for me and more club DJ type echo and sound effect. All i wanted was a slight echo to give a different sound to my voice. Is that dropdown still avaliable?

I have a number of files in my Creative Cloud online storage. However, on my Mac (Big Sur 11.7.7), the Creative Cloud Files folder in my user directory is empty (apart from a hidden "Icon?" file). File syncing in my Creative Cloud App is showing "Up to date".  I have already paused and resumend syncing, deactivated and reactivated Core Sync finder extensions, renamed the old Creative Cloud folder and created a new one by changing the folder location setting in the CC syncing settings, quit my CC desktop app and restarted my Mac – to no avail. What else can I do?

So I've been trying to answer phone calls from Adobe, however they go straight to voicemail EVERY time! AT&T has flagged the phone numbers 214-295-1172 and 401-600-3205 as fraud. So there's no way to receive phone calls from Adobe if your a AT&T subscriber. 

I need some help with permanent deletion of files. I'm feeling really frustrated. Space needs to be freed up so I can cancel my extended 1TB subscription to the cloud and hopefully have a little space to breathe from the 100gig allowance, at least for a bit...   I have thousands of files into my cloud library deleted files, not in the cloud desktop, but on the web.  I've been trying for days, some deleted, some give an error.  The browser also crashes if I select too many.    In the deleted files tab, I select files, hit delete permanently and I keep getting an error that says:  "Cannot delete ___ assets permanently because someone has restored them."I also deleted all of the photos in my cloud based lightroom and then went in to permanently delete, they deleted fine, but for some reason, they didn't free up any diskspace, even though there were 15,000 photos, any reason why this could happen?    I thought maybe this

So I moved a team member email using a personal email to a work email they recently got. I was not aware he was using the cloud to save most of his files.  Now all files when he signs on adobe CC with his personal are all gone. It does not show up on his work email.  Tried to sign back in with his personal email to see if the cloud files are still there, and no files are present.  Should I give back a license to his personal email to see if files will show up again under his email and under our business account?  Or are they all gone? Thank you for any insight.

I have a multi-page brand style guide that I would like to add to my Adobe Portfolio. Is it possible to add PDFs and multi-page PDFs to Adobe Portfolio? If not, what are my options for including it in my portfolio?  

I've been exploring using LrC Collections, aka Lr Albums to load images to an Adobe Portfolio website. It seems to work well.One question that I've not found an answer to is about the Title and Caption. If the image has a title it is used as the image tile in the portfolio, likewise for the caption, it becomes the image title.However, if an image in Lightroom has both a title and a caption the portfolio seems to prefer the caption. It will not show the title as the title if the image has a caption.I can setup my images appropriately to support the portfolio behaviour but I'd like some control.Does anyone know of a setting anywhere in Adobe Portfolio where this can be controlled?Thank you for your help.

Hallo zusammen, ich habe über Amazon kürzlich 1 Jahr prepaid für Lightroom, Photoshop und 20GB Cloudspeicher erworben und eingelöst. Nun habe ich in der Adobe Creative Cloud bei jeder Applikation stehen "Abo abgelaufen" und kann nichts mehr starten. Auf der Website kann ich den Key nicht nochmal aktivieren, da dann die Meldung kommt, das der Key bereits aktiviert wurde. Bei der ersten Eingabe erfolge keine Meldung. Hat jemand ein ähnliches Problem? oder eine Lösung gefunden?Das typische An- und Abmelden hat nicht geklappt, Neustart usw. ebenso wenig. Freundliche Grüße

I'm trying to register for the webinar:  "Supercharge Content Creation with Generative AI in Creative Cloud" on July 30 but the registration page keeps glitching/resetting and will not allow me to register. Maybe a community expert might move this question to the right community so I can get some help. 

I was running a site I built with adobe muse for many years, and paying for a hosting plan through godaddy. I recently made the switch and redesigned a whole new page in Adobe portfolio which I've had live for months. I assumed I needed to continue paying for godaddy hosting, but it recently occurred to me that Adobe is now the hosting provider, is that correct? Can I cancel my godaddy hosting plan?

I tried to import a logo EPS file into my Creative Cloud folder but it wasn't supported. Isn't an EPS file an Illustrator file? Why wouldn't Adobe support it's own file type?

Hi,  When I firstly installed Adobe, a folder called "Creative Cloud Files" appeared on my sidebar under "OneDrive" icon. I am now trying to get it back on the sidebar with no luck, checked some online tutorial, all I find is how to remove it and if I try following the method backwards and add the key manually it doesn't work. I see the file under my "user" folder but I am unable to take it on the sidebar. Is anyone able to help me?Thanks a lot in advance

I have been randonly getting this popup when trying to  launch photoshop 2024, and today acrobat.   There is nothing wrong with my account and nothing has changed. This pop up blocks the select app only, requiring a force quit to do anything else. When I restart the app it works fine. My account is 100% legit. A call to adobe resulted in several transfers and repeatedly being told to uninstall and reinstall my entire system. I got the impression I was talking to AI because they just didn't seem to understand the question. I assume this is a phishing sceme and will not click on the amateur looking icon. Adobe could not tell me if it was really them or not. Has anyone else seen this? Thank for any help. 

Hi, I have a portfolio page with two side-by-side image grids.It works fine on mobile. The right hand grid doesn't load on Windows Desktop browsers. Hello,Hopefully this thread goes to the correct forum. If not, my apologies, Adobe forums confuse me a lot. You can maybe move it in the correct forum page. As there isn't a way to directly give feedback to Adobe, I'll be using the forums. Maybe someone could send this forward (and people back it up so they'd know this is an issue)I really like the new advanced file sharing options in the creative cloud, but I do feel like there is one essential feature missing:I can't find a way to download or upload a folder directly in the web browser page. This is a huge disadvantage compared to, for example, the google drive, where I can just a download and upload the whole folder structure in the browser. I use this feature a lot with files that use a folder structure in order to work and would be impossible to be downloaded file by file. There are computers (work-school) where I can't sign in my own creative cloud and sync it in, but I would still like to download the file and keep working with

I found an article, attached, that says that this is possible:  to share folders in creative cloud documents.  But when I select the folder, this option does not exist.  Is this a bug or something I need to talk to my admin about?
