Unfortunately, my Creative Cloud apps (Mac) can no longer open in full-screen mode. When I try to maximize the screen, I only see the + symbol, which does not change when I use it. Normally, you can switch between full-screen and windowed mode using the + symbol. This still works with all other applications, just not with the CC applications anymore. Can someone please help me? Thank you very much.

       

Is there a way to duplicate a live site so that I can tweak the design, without effecting the current live site? 

Hi! I've read through a ton of posts, but none have been able to answer my question. While trying to organize files today, I had issues accessing my Creative Cloud Files from my file explorer on my desktop. When I looked it up, I found a notice on Adobe's site that Synced Files have been disabled for personal accounts, so I assume that's why I'm having issues accessing my files. I eventually was able to gain access to these files, but herein lies my question: Should I migrate all of my Synced Files over to Cloud Storage? Cloud Storage doesn't seem to have the ability to save anything other than .ai, .psd, and .xd files and I use Synced Files to store many Premiere and After Effects projects so that I can access them on the go on my laptop. I don't want these files to be errased one day, but uploading everythign to Cloud Storage seems unfeasible, due to the file type restriction. Why are these two locations different? Hello. I have sent some collaborators invites to my CC Libraries. These users are all on the same Adobe account as me. A few of these users are receiving a "404: Asset not found" message after accepting the invite and trying to access the library. Even though they have accepted the invite, I still see them as "pending" in my screen. Other users are not having issues accessing the libraries. What could be the possible issue here?

I was working in Adobe Express and made a brand using a shared library. I didn't like how it looked, so I deleted the brand. I didn't realize that I had converted the library to a brand, and that deleting the brand deleted the full library. I went to the deleted files section of my creative cloud app and restored the library. It's showing up on the web app, but not any of my desktop applications (Photoshop, Creative Cloud, etc). How can I get the library fully restored to my desktop apps?

I'd like to share my Adobe Portfolio website with editor access to a friend who will create my website. I don't see any options in the settings to add users/editors, any advice on how to do this?

Hi, my Creative Cloud app is currently logged in with my old Adobe account but i my subscription is on my other account. I can't click on the log out button on the app. What should I do to switch to another account?

At my workplace, we have a design team of four people. We share an email address for Adobe Libraries so we can access them in Illustrator and Photoshop. However, one of our team members is unable to access the shared library. Although he receives the confirmation email with the "Start Collaborating" link, when he clicks on it, he is unable to join the libraries. What could be the issue, and is there another way to resolve this problem?

Hi, community! Does Adobe's passkey implementation leave a lot to be desired? Why can I log into my Adobe account just fine on my web browser, but when I try to log in to the Creative Cloud desktop app, it does not work? It tells me to try another option. It makes no sense. I have tried signing out, quitting, rebooting, deleting and recreating my passkeys to no avail. Web browser sign in: passkey works greatCreative Cloud Desktop app sign in: passkey does NOT work. I'm running on two machines: An M1 MacBook Pro and an M3 MacBook Pro. Same behavior on both machines. Please don't refer me to the Adbobe "Having trouble signing in" or "How to use passkeys" documents. I've tried everything in them and I am super frustrated.

Does anyone know if it's possible to arrange your CClibraries in sub folders/categories? I work with many libraries and would like to arrange them by year/campaign but cannot find a way to arrange them. Once there are too many libraries it's easy to lose the overview.Hope someone can help 🙂

 I've had to have Adobe support fix this for me twice now. It seems like approx every other day I get this pop up about activation limits but all three of these are literally the same computer and I've never activated on another. What gives? I wouldn't care if I could remove one of them and be on my way but every time I choose one to sign out of, I end up getting another error that it can't verify my subscription and I'm stuck without access to any of my apps. It's super disruptive because I rely on them for work and I cant set aside an hour to let adobe support take control of my PC and mess with CC Cleaner and windows credentials every other day. Does anyone have any advice on what I can do to stop Adobe from thinking my PC is 3 separate computers?

Curious if anyone else has been having issues with Adobe Portfolio and trying to emded iframe. I've bee using Adobe portfolio for about 2 years at the top of this year I was having issues getting my emeded items to show. I know it needs to bee in a iframe format, I have used 1 genertator website during my 2 years but it stop working around January. I'm curious if anyone has a solution to this because I really do like adobe porfolio and it's simple to use.  I have tried other websites but the items don't load. I'm not sure if it's my broswer (Safari) or that I currently running macOS Monterey 12.1.  

Hi, my indesign and more isn't working. I can only use the trail version, eventhough I still have a licence. I do have a student version. When I log into my adobe account I see that I should have a licence for all the apps in the creative cloud for students. Please help.

I have CC and the desktop app.  I mainly use PS, but have a few other apps downloaded. They need updates pretty regularly.  My CC CONSTANTLY needs updates. And it notifies me in my system menu every time it needs one. I just want them to update ALL BY THEMSELVES if I am not using the program. I don't want to have to manually click update. What's the point of automatic updates if I manually have to trigger the update? It only automatically looks for updates, never have I seen them install them.  It makes a notification on my desktop and that is really annoying because when I am doing things, including playing online games, it will minimize what I am doing to show me the new updates. And it's been doing it a lot lately.  I do not want to disable notifications, because then I am not being notified when they are supposed to be updated (and then not).

Hallo und danke im Voraus für lesen und helfenWir verwenden in der Schule Adobe CC (K12) WIN10 64bit, ich bin der Admin davon. Das Problem: Die Bibliotheken funktionieren nicht und werden schon gar nicht angezeigt zur Synchronisation. Im Benutzerprofil oben rechts unter Voreinstellungen ist die Synchronisation nicht zugreifbar.  "Möglicherweise ist die Genehmigung deines IT-Administrators erforderlich"...nun ja, der bin ja ich. Ich weiss nicht, wo ich da was Genehmigen könnte. Grundsätzlich haben wir alle Applikationen freigeschaltet und von Synchronisation finde ich niergend etwas.Öffentliche Bibliotheken kann ich anscheinend hinzufügen, sind jedoch dann nicht auffindbar.Wenn ich unter "Stock und Marktplatz" im Register "Bibliotheken" bei einem Objekt auf "In Ihren Bibliotheken anzeigen" klicke, erscheint ebenfalls eine Fehlermeldung (siehe Printscreens).Fortsetzen kann man die Synchronisation nicht, die Meldung bleibt stehen.Ich habe bereits mit dem Cleanuptool die Bib

Is there any way to align the site title and navigation in the Adobe Portfolio template "Mercedes"? I don't want it to be stacked. I can't find the option to adjust it.I like that the template gives the option to label the cover thumbnails so I don't want to change themes. If anyone can help please let me know.
