Hi Guys,I am after a solution or recommended workflow to share fonts between two PC computers.  Both computers are hooked up to a network which all master files are saved to.  What I would like is for either computer to be able to open a file at any time provided it is not the same one, create/edit and save.  What I would like is to know how to sync fonts so that it wont have to constantly package up artwork and install fonts between computers.  I have run into some issues with this when opening back and forth.  I also know that the CC allows you to use fonts on the cloud, but I find this a little limiting.  Can you add fonts to the CC so that they can sync between two computers?  I can't imagine graphic design agencies not being able to sync within thier own company.Your insight is greatly appreciated and look forward to your responses.Bobby

 We are also seeing the same issue with Edge Version 117.0.2045.43 (Official build) (64-bit), where Adobe is blocked under privacy with the error message, DOMException: Failed to read the 'sessionStorage' property from 'Window': Access is denied.

Can someone explain to me the difference between "Your work" on a web browser vs "Your work" on the Creative Cloud Desktop app? I signed up for the Daily Creative Challenge and followed the link to "Copy to Your Work." In the browser, I see the folder under Files > Synced Files. (CC01 attachment) When I open the Creative Cloud Desktop App and go to the "Your work" tab, however, I don't see anything that I see in my browser. (CC02 attachment). I just checked my CC Desktop app preferences and Syncing looks to be running (CC03 attachment) so I'm not sure what's wrong. Can someone show me how to get the Synced Files I see in the browser to show up in my CC Desktop app? Thanks!

Seit ein paar Tagen habe ich die Meldung "Bibiothek synchronisiert nicht" in der Creative Cloud. Eine Neuinstallation hat das Problem leider nicht behoben. Hat jemand eine Lösung?

Bonjour, après plusieurs tentatives infructueuses de contact du service client Adobe, je suis toujours dans l'incapacité de télécharger la moindre application ! Mon mot de passe ne marche pas, j'ai beau le changer plusieurs fois, à chaque fois on m'interdit d'installer les applications, résultat je me retrouve à éditer sur le web seulement avec lightroom et photoshop, je n'ai même pas accès à premiere pro sur le web ! Aidez moi

Good afternoon,  Maaike and I are using an Adobe student account together and we are experiencing some problems. We also applied for a student account last year. Now it seems like our files from last year are on our 'personal account'. We are now unable to access this account and files. This is because the 'licence has expired' it says.Is it possible to transfer all files from the 'personal account' to the account on which we have more storage? Problem: we can no longer open (but can see!) our documents from last year.Goal: all files from personal account to licensed account. Does anyone know what I can do about this? I would love to hear back from you guys. Kind regards,Esther van Dijk

Account Creation: I successfully created my account without any apparent issues.Problem Description: However, when I attempt to launch the web version by visiting https://creativecloud.adobe.com , or when I try to open the Windows app on my computer, nothing happens. There are no error messages or pop-ups; it's as if the applications aren't responding at all and stuck on loading.Troubleshooting Attempts: I've already tried a few troubleshooting steps, such as restarting my computer, clearing browser cache, reinstalling Microsoft visual c++ and reinstalling the Windows app. Unfortunately, none of these actions have resolved the problem.System Information: For reference, I'm using Windows 11 on my computer, and my browser is Google chrome.I'm quite puzzled by this issue and would greatly appreciate any advice or suggestions on how to resolve it. I'm using Portfolio at present because my knowledge of HTML and CSS is not that amazing. However, Portfolio is quite limited in how much I can customise a page visually. If I was to develop some interactive content with Animate, could I embed it into a page of Portfolio?Thanks

I keep getting a You're disconnected error when trying to access adobe.asstes.com/files.

When I try to open Creative Cloud, I get this error:- If I click repair, it seems to do the "repair" process, but when it's complete, I get the exact same error.- If I try to uninstall CC via the Windows settings, I'm told I can't do that, because other Adobe apps that rely on CC are still installed.- If I try to uninstall the other Adobe programmes via the Windows settings, it tries to open CC, and so I just get the error again.What am I supposed to do? Everything is controlled via CC, which is the one thing that isn't working. PS: (Non of the suggested topics were accurate, but it forced me to pick one.)

Hi, I need help with a creative cloud issue. I can't load any documents of my files, shared ones or my library. I can't use almost any part of the creative cloud web or the app, it says that there has been an error. I've tried signing out and in again but it doesn't do anything. Reseting the app doesn't work as well.

Hi Everyone, Finally getting around to getting to the bottom of this. I typically create event brand libaries for use by various designers. I usualy have all my logos in one AI file, then save them as separate AI files once I'm ready to upload to a library. For upload to a libary, I open the CC app and add the AI files by dragging and dropping into the appropriate folder. Here is the issue, when I do this some of the logo thumbnails are full color, but some convert to black. The logo file themselves are still full color because when in AI, I drag in one of the logos in questions and the placed logo is full color. So, the issue is just the thumbnails in the CC library and app libarary panels. Anyone have any ideas? Maybe it's something to do with the art and how it's set up? Transparency? Spot Colors? Thank you in advance,Jason

Warning to anyone syncing CC files to Mac OS and across other computers:If Creative Cloud Sync corrupts itself in some way (OS update, CC update, etc.), and it goes into the infinite sync loop, it might do the following:1. Rename the folder with 'Conflicted copy'.2. Create a new empty folder of same name.3. Sync into the new folder.4. But also, DELETE the files in the cloud of the 'Conflicted copy' folder.This could have downstream effects:1. The 'Conflicted copy' files are no longer in the CC Sync cloud.2. If your off-site backup strategy does not automatically pickup the original 'Conflicted copy' folder, you will also be overwriting your snapshots.3. Slowly, without warning, you are randomly losing files without warning.4. Unbeknownst to you, your only remaining copies of the files are stored locally on the other sync'd machines in that 'Conflicted copy' folder. This is entirely unacceptable. I've received an email from what seems a legit adobe email address explaining that "Individual memberships are meant for personal usage" and asking me to move to a "team" membership.Is that true? In every cool marketing video I've seen from Adobe, they target professional freelancers. Do people pay $55 a month just to retouch personal pictures of their pet?

Hello!I have an Adobe subscription for the Photography Plan (20 GB), an Adobe Creative Cloud All Apps subscription for 12.29€,  that will end 04 November 23.But I don't need a subscription for the Photography Plan, I wanna cancel the subscription for now. Maybe I will be back in a few months.Additionally, I have Adobe Portfolio for free. I created my own portfolio. And I still wanna use it.If IHow  cancel the subscription, can I still use my existing host for my portfolio?Should canceling my Adobe subscription affect my ability to continue using Adobe Portfolio and my existing hosting for my portfolio website?

I'm totallly confused. All my PDF documents in https://assets.adobe.com/cloud-documents are NOT shown in https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/documents/files/Can someone explain the difference?  Also, when I upload a PDF document to 'Cloud documents' It says that this type of file is not allowed...  

I'm not sure is this is the right section so sorry about that.A little backstory, I'm a student and my school offers us a discount on Adobe Creative Cloud, including all the services and apps and such (Adobe Creative Cloud ETLA), which we have to renew every year. However when I tried to access one of the apps, Photoshop, I was logged out. No big deal, so I logged back in with my school credentials but for some reason, it's showing I never subscribed and is now making me pay for a new subscription. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, signing in and out, everything. Right now it's offering me a 7-day trial which I'm using but I can't rely on that for long. I'm having the same issue with my iPad. I've recently renewed the subscription at the beginning of September and had no problems using apps like Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign up until today. Thank you.

Hi,I finished creating my portflio website which includes multiple videos all thoughout it.It seems that on some phones the video will refuse to start playing (stuck on the first frame) and I coouldnt find any information about understading / solving this issue. This happens on both IOS and Android systems.Video playback is a simple basic feature that should'nt pose any problems!If you have any suggestions regarding this problem, please reply 🙂

I have two accounts. One personal and one from my university. When my university didn't pay for a short time the Adobe send me an email that the files from my account were transferred to my personal account where i don't have the subscription anymore. My problem is that when i try to download the files from that account on the Internet the error popup shows up and the information that my file can't be downloaded. I don't know what to do. I need those files for my portfolio to find the job and i tried to tell my problem to the Adobe bot but it didn't understand me. I tried to download it through the Creative Cloud app on my PC, but it's the same situation. I can't download the files. I need help A

Hi, I am currently using CC drive on an external drive to share project files with another co-worker on the cloud. I wanted to know if there's a way that I keep the synch path from my PC to my laptop if I want to bring my external drive home and work remotely and have the same access. I tried recreating the synch path to the same place that I have on my PC at work, but it created a new folder and archived the first one. Thank you!

Recently I was looking to optimise the performance of my computer and came across a frustrating glitch that I wanted to bring to people's attention. In Windows 11, if you open up "System Properties" > "Advanced" > "Performance" > "Settings", and under the "Visual Effects" tab there is a setting that locks Adobe program windows to their position on the screen in error. If you have the setting "Show window contents while dragging" unchecked, it will lock the windows to whatever positions they are currently opened in or whatever position they start up in. You are able to resize, full screen, minimize, or "dock" if you have that setting enable on Windows 11, but you cannot drag the window around from where it's unexpectedly pinned. Hope this helps a few people.
