  Hi, I’m planning to purchase a laptop that runs Windows 11, but I’ve read that Adobe Creative Cloud applications have been experiencing compatibility issues, including display problems and crashes. I primarily use Photoshop, InDesign, and Lightroom, and I need them to function efficiently without major disruptions.   Can you confirm whether these issues have been resolved or if Adobe is actively working on fixes? Would you recommend purchasing a Windows 11 laptop now, or is it better to wait for further optimisations?   Thanks for your help!

Necesito una solución por un bug que aparece en mis instalaciones de Adobe, las tengo instaladas hace tiempo ya en un disco duro adicional, no del sistema, (en un disco E:, en vez del C:) pero luego de una actualización me aparece ahora el error "Código de error 191", luego busqué en el archivo (en "C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\Installers"): install.log y encuentro el siguiente error: "#@#OS_Error_Code: 0x80070032#@#OS_Error_String: Windows can't provision the package AdobeNotificationClient_7.0.2.14_x64__enpm4xejd91yc because it is not installed on a system volume. "  Este error no está en la lista de errores comunes indicado en errores comunes de windows.Quiero mantener mi unidad C, sin las aplicaciones de Adobe que son muy pesada, y mi disco C está saturado. como puedo arreglar este error y seguir actualizando mis aplicaciones sin usar el C?

Hi, I bought the Photoshop Elements 2022 (never installed it before due to personal movement), and want to install it on my PC now, and am asking for a serial number or redemption code. But I lost the serial number and redemption code. How can I find the Serial number or redemption code of Photoshop? I just keep the DVD, and there is no number or redemption code on it! What should I do now? Need help.

Hello,I have an official perpetual license for Acrobat X Pro (serial number available upon request), but I can no longer activate it because my previous computers (where it was installed) are lost, damaged, or no longer accessible. I have reached the activation limit and cannot deactivate the software from those machines.Adobe support has informed me that official support for Acrobat X Pro has ended, and they are unable to reset the activation limit or provide a replacement key.I am the original purchaser and can provide proof of purchase.Is there any way to reset my activation counter, receive a replacement key, or otherwise regain access to my Acrobat X Pro license so I can use it on my current computer?Any help or guidance from the community or Adobe staff would be greatly appreciated.Thank you,

Hallo,heute wollte ich das neue Update über Play Store runterladen was bis letztes Mal hervorragend klappte aber heute habe ich ein gelbes mit dem Satz,, Problem beim Update " gezeigt bekommen und egal was ich versucht habe,es hat nicht funktioniert 😕😕.Was kann ich machen oder wird Adobe sich selbst darum kümmern ??? Ich bin da Ratlos.Danke für Euer Ohr bzw Hilfe im voraus.Gruß Maik

My PC crashed so I could not deactivate CS5.5 Master Collection. Adobe software is requesting that I deactivate the other activated copy. I am having trouble contacting Adobe. Adobe Virtual Assistant isn't helpful. Can someone help me? Thank you,Tulane91

adobe abused me with acrobate 2020 key. I bought the product for almost $500 and now I have lost my VMs and it refuses to run on another VM and Adobe say they are sorryI need a solution for acrobat to run on a new VM

Am I the only one who feels its completely unfair for Adobe to make a version that is less than 3 years old obsolete. I was able to talk past the basic support who told me V23 is not available at all and got my hands on V23 of AE, but I cant get V23 of PS or PP, tickets have been written and sent to tier 3 support, devlopment team, executive customer support or what ever they call it and no results, an Adobe employee who screwed me over and broke my system trying the fix an issue with acrobat put me in a position that I cant even install PS on a mac running 12.7.6. Now I pay 60 a month and cant even use Acrobat or PS. So does anyone out there have the installers for V23 of PS and Premiere they are willing to share? I have installers for a lot of old software from CS6 to Mac OSX going back to 10.3 if anyone wants something I can share with you that I might  have, and will certain share the V23 installers with others in the future. I'm trying to remove the original installed device from my CD install of PS Suite 6 because this install shows the 3rd device and I need to remove 1 to keep my newest laptop version active. My original is no longer operable.I logged into Adobe and it says no products. I tried to search for the serial # and it says already in use. It installed properly and appears operative but says in 30 days it will deactivate. Any help? Please. Thank you.

hi everyone, i got the following problem and i'm looking for a solution without deleting all adobe registry entries. can anyone help? after the master suite cs6 installation on my windows 11 (edition: workstation), the pc no longer starts. procedure:the security setting core isolation was deactivated so that all master suite cs6 drivers could be installed without problems during the setup and no errors occurred (otherwise i got the following error messages: PxHlpa64.sys driver and Px Engine Device Driver / Rovi Corporation could not be loaded). after the installation all master suite cs6 updates were applied with the application manager. the core isolation was reactivated and windows 11 (edition: workstation) was rebooted. note: there was not such an error on my windows 11 (edition: pro) many thanks in advance!RS

I plan on starting university come offer rounds in January. so I will not go into the details here for fear of this post getting taken down (nothing illegal don't worry, in fact my whole post is about how to resolve my problem legally), but suffice to say, I would love to know if there's any way to still get Photoshop version cs6 without pirating it, which is something I don't do (not to mention don't know how to to). And now to pre-answer a few questions: Yes, I know that cs6 is an old version of Photoshop, that's kind of the point. No, I'm not open to discussing alternatives, or to being talked out of using version cs6, my question revolves strictly around its obtainability, NOT whether or not I should use it. Yes, it does need to be that exact version, anything before it is too old and doesn't have the features I need, and anything after it won't work for reasons I won't go into because I don't want to get this post taken down (see next pre-answer) Again, the reasons I have that I won't talk about for

Cependant, j'ai windows 11 et ADOBE m'indique que je ne peux plus utiliser ce logiciel faute de numéro de série valide. Same here, did not show the Ae 25.2.2Then I found out to change the standard installation language from german to english, so it showed the Ae update. this was 2 weeks ago. Now there's Ae 25.3 and it's not showing again 😞

Hello, I am using a windows 7 computer with photoshop/illustrator. it was that my illustrator serial number is not vaild. I try to use the offline validation. after i type in the request code and enter the serial number (directly from my adobe account) it says the request code is invaild and the serial number is invalid. Reicht ein einzelnes Abo wenn man mehrere Geräte hat (die alle nur von mir genutzt werden + definitiv nicht gleichzeitig bei CC Produkten) oder braucht man dort bereits mehrere Abos für? Ich würde gerne Photoshop, Premiere und After Effects für meine Selbstständigkeit nutzen wofür ich ein Windows und ein macOS System habe. Ich bin zwar kein professional mit den Adobe Produkten, würde diese aber gerne nutzen um Bilder für meine Apps erstellen zu können bzw. um Werbevideos für diese erstellen zu können. Und wie ist das bei der CC eigtl. mit Upgrades? Ich hatte damals zuletzt CS4 und dort musste jedes Upgrade ja erworben werden, aber nun ist das ganze ja ein Abo-Service?

Hello... I have my CS2 that I purchased from Adobe that was a download upgrade many years ago.. I have a new laptop computer now but I'm unable to complete the download from the disc that I used to download the CS2 program from the Adobe website many years ago...  I would like to use my CS2 on my new laptop but do not have the serial number,  I was told by Adobe help to place the message here in the forums and somebody would help me retrieve my serial number to the CS2 download I purchased.. Thank you

I often have the current AND previous version of an Adobe app installed at the same time (IE Illustrator 2025 for my daily driver, but Illustrator 2023 for a plugin I sometimes need to use). But in the Update tab of Creative Cloud Desktop I can't always tell which version is receiving the update if only one of them is listed (If both are listed I can see which version # is larger obviously) but if it is only one listed I have to look up if Illustrator which version number corresponds to the 2025 or 2023 release.  Additionally there is a quick summary and a "View More" popup, but it would be really nice to have a link straight to the change log so I can see bug fixes, etc for the smaller updates.  Thirdly, the whole apps/updates tabs/windows are cluttered and redundant. All we need is ONE list with for each app and nice columns for the little bits of info - instead all the info is in dumb boxes that are hard to parse and spread across 3 screens.

I would like to deactivate my Premium Production suite CS 6 on my old computer so that I don't have any problems when I reinstall it on a new computer.For example, when I go to “Help” in After Effects and click on “Deactivate”, I always get the message that no connection to the server is possible. However, the computer has access to the Internet.What can I do to deactivate this old license?
