I want to add a new user in Admin Console, but not possible anymore. I always get this Error Message:  

Hi all, I have just got 17 Adobe licenses but when I assign them to some users sometimes they aren't getting the license once they have signed into adobe and installed the Adobe Reader DC software, for some users it works straight away and the Upgrade box appears as soon as they sign in for others it takes a restart and I have had a few users that it has not shown at all for. The steps I take when installing- -License users in Adobe Admin Portal-They receive setup email and sign in with Adobe ID they just created-Install creative cloud/Adobe Reader DC-Sign into Adobe Reader DC (some users get the upgrade box others don't as stated before) Anyone able to shed some light on this such as why, how to fix and how I can gaurauntee everytime they sign in I can get the upgrade to work relatively easily. Thanks,Wudwo

I have a personal Creative Cloud account on my personal laptop. I paid for a separate Creative Cloud account for a temporary worker to edit files in Adobe InDesign on their own laptop. They are no longer employed, and I need to access/download the files they created. I have the sign-in, but I can't access their InDesign account on my laptop because it will only recognize my account. How do I get access to their files?

We have ended up with 2 different email addresses linked to Adobe IDs - 1 for apps and then another for our stock access. I need to combine these 2 accounts as they are for one business (and get rid of the old email address and just use the correct company one) but cannot find a way to actually contact support for help. Have found this exact topic in the help section and it says to 'contact us' but going round in circles online through the links listed and not finding an actual contact phone number etc - can anyone help please?

Hello,I cannot seem to find the answer to this question. I now receive free access to Adobe CC via my university. However, I cannot figure out how to merge my personal (on a student/teacher plan) and enterprise account. Thank you!-Brandi

I received an email this morning from Adobe indicating that our enterprise account had been closed even though we took no action to close it.  Any ideas?

I am having CONSTANT permissions problems that are seriously undermining my workflow with Adobe CC. I use InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator and all are affected. There is something very wrong happening with Adobe CC and Mac permissions when you are using the program on multiple users on the same machine. Perhaps the problem could be solved by installing into each user folder instead of system wide, but that doesn't seem like a sacrifice users should have to make. I get Error Code 16 and a more fatal error of "Unable to launch Adobe InDesign as you may not have sufficient permissions to access the preferences folders. Try deleting the preferences folders and then restart Adobe InDesign." I have changed permissions in Application Support a million times. Sometimes it fixes the problem, but then it comes back. It is a constant and annoying dance. This most recent error I have deleted preferences, uninstalled/reinstalled, etc etc and it won't fix.Adobe, this is a serious problem. Please

Hello, I have a problem with installing any programs from the Adobe website. On my profile it shows that I have my subsription plan etc. but when im trying to download it white screen happens and it only shows text ,,logging with enterprise ID"and I cannot do anything.Is there any solution for this?  

I have a question about using individual licenses and Teams.Now everyone in our organization uses an individual Photoshop license. but we want the use of 'special' programs such as Indesign, Illustrator and Premiere to be able to shift between different people. Can we use an individual Photoshop for everyone and then put the special programs in a team and then distribute them where necessary? In other words, can you combine or alternate individual with teams? I imagine that someone has Photoshop (individual license) open, and then picks up an Indesign (teams license) job, and doesn't want to close/loose their Photoshop…

Hello,I am having this "incorrect free space" problem, I did DELETE all the files from local disks and deleted PERMANENTLY from CCloud web site deleted folder, so I have ZERO local files, ZERO files in the web interface yet I have 47Gigs occupied on the Creative Cloud.Is there a way to clean up this mess or at least see what is occupying the space?

I'm admin for a Business ID account with several subscriptions, paying with debit card. Somehow on my bank account statements I see accounts that have been charged where the sum doesn't match those on the invoice which gives me accounting issues. Anyone who have experienced the same thing and knows how to solve it or why this happens?

HiIs it posible to be logged in with different accounts in different apps?I have an account at work with all the apps, that I use for InDesign and Illustrator.Then I have a personal photo plan I want to use just for my private photos, and use with Lightroom.Is this somehow possible? When I try to log out of light room with my work profile it says it will log out of all apps...

We are using Adobe for Teams in our company.We were migrated to new Adobe storage and all users were migrated from Adobe ID to Business ID automatically.When I assign a Creative Cloud license to a new or existing user in the Admin Console, it is automatically assigned to the user in the personal profile. The license assigned to the user is an "Adobe for Teams - Creative Cloud All Apps" with 1 TB of storage (see screenshot).If the user selects Company Profile, it shows that no subscription is available.What do I need to do to assign the license to the user's company profile?

I am a teacher and all of my new students have been entered as Users in our Adobe for Enterprise account. I have checked again and again and they all are listed as Active. Creative Cloud and Adobe Photoshop have been downloaded to their computers by our IT department. However, when they try to login..... After they enter their email and password, they get this 403. That's an error message. Emails and passwords are correct. Our account is not faulty as I am logged into Photoshop on my computer and my returning students have also had no problems. Please help me resolve this.  

I have two classes of Computer Applications class using Express. In both of these classes most students are able to get in with no issues. I have have some students in each class who keep getting access denied messages. Same login process for all using our district gmail accounts. I have tried using different browsers, but no luck. The help desk has been less than helpful.Very frustrating! This is my first year teaching this course and I'm regretting developing my curriculum around using this platform.

We have a VIP/Enterprise account and I'm the Adobe admin. I have person on a Windows 10 PC and I can not get Illustrator, InDesign, anything to install. It's only on this one person's laptop and though I don't recall the exact issues before, when he had a personal, cloud, account, we had zero issues getting the applications to install. I click on "download" and it opens Creative Cloud and then says "You may need administrator privledges, contact your local IT" and the program never populates for me to launch. A small installer file did download after I uninstalled Creative Cloud, it acted like it was installing, but nothing installed. I'm perplexed. 

I have vmware with instatnt clones.  This means when the user logs off their pc, a new one is created automatically.  The problem is when they log on for the 3rd time, Adobe thinks it's still logged into the other 2 machines and asks you to log the license off of one of them.  Is there a registry setting that can solve this so that Adobe's count does not go up?

I am encountering a problem where everytime i go to open the creative cloud app it says you have been signed out, please sign in again and whenever i click sign in again it just refreshes the page and still says that i have been signed out. The nature of this problem stems from me being signed into adobe through my high school account which has recently been deleted since i graduated and i am trying to sign in with a personal account. Anyone got any ideas of how i can fix this and or am i going to have to contact my highschool to fix this issue. I have already tried uninstalling the creative cloud and reinstalling and it just keeps returning to this same "you have been signed out page". 

UK based but cannot find any way of contacting support - none of the suggested routes work as I cannot navigate to chat or phone (there is what looks like a US phone number but it says 'not available'). I need to reduce no. of licences and I am now in my renewal window however, even if I follow all instructions online, managing the no. of licences is not available to me as I do not have the option 'View Details'.  Thanks

Hello,I am trying to securely store the AWS_ACCESS_KEY_ID and AWS_SECRET_ACCESS_KEY in order to upload some report html files to a s3 bucket as a postbuild action after executing the UI tests (Custom UI Testing pipeline step). I have added them as secrets at the environment level as per the official documentation: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/experience-manager-cloud-service/content/implementing/using-cloud-manager/environment-variables.html?lang=en .However, when reaching that phase of uploading the files to the s3 bucket, I get "Unable to locate credentials" error.Hardcoding the keys as env vars in the dockerfile of the ui.tests, is working fine but I need to securely store the keys in our framework.Any help is appreciated. Hi there, I am having a problem with installation apps from Adobe Creative Cloud (all apps). Our company bought 6 licenses. First five work without problems. But the sixth one is the issue. We can not download Illustrator and Photoshop from the account (of the 6th license). We can buy the product or try it but we can not download it for the license that we already bought. Have PC with Windows 10. Is there any possibility to resend those first email again? First time the activating email was opened on the wrong PC. It may be the problem. But the apps were not installed on that PC. What should we do, please?
