Hi, I received my license today. I am registred and logged in and when I try to download the desktop app, I get redirected to a download window (so far so good). The download does not start automatically and by clicking the link it won't start either. Tried 2 different browsers. Tried German and US website. Tried Admin and User account. Tried external links. I un-checked the button to only allow for safe downloads in browser options. I never had such a case, so I am at the dead end now. Can someone send me the installer file to my email instead? Appreciate any help,Andreas. By the way: The "real help from real people" with a headset symbol is a joke - no way to write an email or call someone, I searched for 15 minutes and finally ended up with the community support instead of Adobe support. Dont disclaim something that you don't want to offer (when people pay for it).

Hi there, Subsequently to the new invoicing system, it seems that in order to dowload one single document, the custormer has to indentity it/her/him/self like a dozen times. The monthly invoices were previously sent by mail. Where we (I) spent maybe 10 sec, now it requires x100 more time to achieve the same goal. What is the purpose of being asked 3 times to get logged in? Isn't there any option to set back up a automatic mail invoicing?

Hello all, frame.io is now part of the Creative Cloud. So far we have a separate account with frame.io. Do you know how to transfer the projects from there? And do I have to do anything in the Admin Console to activate it?   Thank you! 

I have installed Creative Cloude desktop on Win10 and the user has a license for Acrobat standard CC but the user can´t se that in the desktop app so he can´t install it.Tried logging in and out and also deleted and added the license again but the same thing

Hello, I have mac os 12.13.1 installed and the Adobe Acrobat DC update tells me that it is up to date. But it is not correct since I have the 2021.007.20096 and Creative Cloud tells me that it is OK. But on another mac with the same version 12.13.1 you have the updated Adobe Acrobat DC 2022. How can I update it to version 2022?

Does anyone else find Adobe's inflexible license terms utterly infuriating and out of step with the rest of the world? I'm locked in for an entire year on all my licenses. Now, rather than reducing my licenses, I'll be inclined to cancel all of them on pricipal. 

How can I cancel the Teams plan?

We have a team member leaving our team and we want to transfer ownership of the files to another team member. Saving as and then changing ownership that way will break all the components she has created. Anyone have an idea on how we transfer those files to another team member? Thanks!

Tenemos problemas desde nuestra ENTIDAD debido a que nos estan cobrando por 2 licencias que no utilizamos y no podemos dar de baja hasta que no paguemos la factura.Si nunca las usamos no entiendo porque no podemos darlas de baja y por otra parte la factura vence el 19/08 pero tenemos licencias que vencen en Diciembre, Con quien de ADOBE podemos ver este tema ?Agradezco algun comentario al respecto,  muchas gracias. Hi, I need to update my Teams Plan. We are under the renewal period but the 'Update plan' option is not showing in Admin Console.Can you help, please? 

The support is terrible, i need to switch from indepdant account to team, 4 agents left the chat in the middle.They are very bad, no one helped me solved my issue.I payed for license then pay for team license, pay 2 license in 1 year, didnt received my refund.Terrible chat support, also by phone, the english is hard to understand!so bad cause adobe have great product

My org is actually comprised of multiple companies (users from both are currently part of our single Adobe CC account). The owners are insisting that the billing for Adobe products is separated into a separate bill for each company's users. Should I create an additional Adobe CC account and move the appropriate users into the new account? Is such a move possible? Is there a way to split the billing within our current account and eliminate the need to create an additional account? Any guidance would be appreciated.

Hi All,I really would like some help obtaining the older 2020 CC apps for Mac (for devices running High Sierra)I am the Adobe Admin and manage our enterprise (school) with Named Licences. I can install the Adobe CC app on High Sierra, but then when enabling 'Show older apps' no apps show to install (probably because the apps I want are more than two versions behind) I tried creating a package from a custom template in the Admin Console, but this does not install, the script always fails with code 112 "An error occured while running scripts from the package" I am trying to download older 2020 CC versions such as:Photoshop 21.2.12Illustrator 24.3.2 We are more than happy running the older version of these apps on these very old Mac's (late 2011) but I can't find a way to install the software, even with direct links 😞 If anyone can offer some pointers, it would really help these students out. Regards,Matthew   

We are seeing 2 different Device Activation Limit messages using the same version of Acrobat DC on different computers.  Our team is responsible for packaging and deploying products to computers world-wide and we are using federated logins for a single sign-on experience.   What we are experincing in our tests is some of our test users get the older Activation Limit message as seen here:  https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/activation-limit-reached-creative-cloud.htmlAnd on a different computer, the same user sees the newer activation limit message where you can log out of the device and continue.  https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/using/device-activation-limit.html Does anyone know what is driving that message format?  The second message is what we are expecting so seeing the legacy message is troubling when attempting to standardize a global roll-out. Thoughts?

Without opening the application on each device, how are administrators supposed to determine the difference between Reader and Pro versions now that everything reads "Adobe Acrobat DC?" This is a nightmare in SCCM and is only compounded by the rollout of 64bit versions.

I log into my work computer this morning to discover that I can't access any of my applications or save cloud documents.  My billing is up to date.  Apparently this is due to to the Business/Personal profile addition made a while ago.  Adobe didn't provide any tools to move documents between profiles, and the messaging about any sort of expiration was extremely cryptic and unhelpful.    Now, as a result, I am busy un-screwing up my work environment because Adobe's rollout of this unwanted feature was incredibly poorly-considered.   In theory, it's a good idea.  I use my work account for personal projects, but the rollout and implementation was terrible.

I have a question about the Adobe license, So my sister enters a campus which is financed by the adobe application by her campus, She uses an adobe education version and using laptop device while I use a desktop, can I use my sister's account?, even for commercial purposes?

I have updated my Creative Cloud Desktop Application Version 5.5. However, when I opened up the Creative Cloud Desktop Application, it still prompts me to update it again. I have updated it more than 2 times and it still prompts me to update again.Has anyone encountered this issue before?

I would like to submit the following Feature Requests with respect to the Adobe Admin Console but I am unaware where to create it.FTR Adobe support guided me to Feature Request/Bug Report Form and wished me luck and so I submitted a request akin to #2 below, but I did so under the Creative Cloud selection and I am pretty sure that wasn't entirely correct. Given that I'm going to put this discussion out to the forum in hopes that somebody can direct me in the best direction.As an Adobe Admin Console administrator I would like to be able to see when the last time one of my team members successfully logged into their Adobe account. If you can also show me how long their last session was that would be helpful too.As an Adobe Admin Console administrator I would like to be able to create usage reports on each of my team members so that I can view their usage of each application they have access to by way of the product license they have been granted. I want to be able to do this for one (1)

Anybody heard anything from Adobe about their intentions to extend their WinGet application packages?https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/package-manager/winget/ With the user licensing and authentication system, seems like they could distribute all their extensive major applications with winget packages. Would vastly simplify my package building process getting Adobe apps distributed through Intune.

I made the mistake? of inquiring about Adobe Workfront for my organization and somehow got "complimentary" access to CC for 60 days. The problem is I already have an Adobe account through my employer. The account associated with my work email is now labeled "personal" and my team members have all lost access to our shared asset library (which I own). There is no way that I can see to revert back to my work account. Help!
