When creating a new package in the Adobe Admin console, there is an option to automatically bypass the internal update server if it is not available and connect to Adobe update servers for updates. However, it is doucmented this does not work for Adobe RUM.https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/using/update-server-setup-tool.htmlWe routinely run Adobe RUM to automate updates to the Creative Cloud applications and it works great for our devices that are onsite. Many of our devices are remote and we do not want all of that traffic going through our VPN connection. Can you please add the functionality to bypass interal update servers for Remote Update Manager?Thank You!

Hallo zusammen,  unsere über VIP erworbenen Lizenzen laufen zum 16.06.2025 ab. Nun bin ich aber ab 01.05. bis 30.06.2025 nicht im Unternehmen und würde deshalb gerne Lizenzen schon jetzt verlängern. Der Support meinte, dass das nicht ginge, weil eine Verlängerung erst ab dem 17.05. möglich sei. Ist das wirklich so? Was muss ich tun, damit die Lizenzen schon jetzt verlängert werden. Ich würde sogar noch eine zusätzliche Lizenz benötigen. Vielen Dank für eure Hilfe schon jetzt!

Hi! We would like to have a function where Creative Cloud automatically update Adobe apps for all of our users without the users themselves having to toggle the update button. In fact, it would be great if the Auto update could be greyed out so it is only Admin centrally in our company who can decide whether the Auto update should be on or off for our users. This Auto update, (if set to Yes by the company Admin),  should then update any Adobe applications to the newest versions as soon as there is a new version available. Is this something you are working on or planning?  

Some good friends have an ETLA contract with Adobe Creative Cloud Pro with Adobe Stock. The contract is scheduled to be renewed for the second year in July 2025. Will it become Creative Cloud for Enterprise All Apps—Edition 4 at the time of renewal? Please let me know. Best Regards

I paid in full for a year for the Adobe pro which included online.  Now I keep getting emails saying to update my payment method and when I login the landing page also shows I need to update the payment plan.  However, when I go to the admin's purchase page it shows my plan is active until 2026 and paid for in full.  

I want to know how to cancel the payment for Adobe,I try to contact but it can't do anything ,please contact me.

I got a free trial of Creative Cloud All Apps and I'd like to cancel the plan. When I follow the steps listed in the help link (https://helpx.adobe.com/account-billing-next/manage-plan/cancel-plan/cancel-trial-subscription.html), I get stuck on step 2. There should be a Manage plan option under plans, but the webpage says I have no paid plans. And yet the blue bar says I have a 14 day free trial. I'm really trying to cancel this free trial ASAP. Can anyone help me?

We recently upgraded our Adobe Acrobat licenses to an Enterprise account and are trying to apply least privilege access.  The minimum role needed for a help desk member to manage users is "User Group Admin", but this group still allows its members to assign this role to other members.   This seems counter-intuitive to allow user managers to be able to delegate the same role to as many other people as they wish.  Shouldn't assigning role membership be limited to the System Admin role? Also, any possibility of allowing System Admins to create custom roles with granular permissions and the ability to turn off notifications for role changes? For reference see this document: Administrative roles

We want to deploy the Acrobat 64-Bit Unified install in our computer labs with the option to run in reduced mode deployment activated so users don't have to login in to use it like Adobe Reader. However we also have Shared Device Licensing enabled as these are shared lab computers, but this seems to force login to launch. Are these two features incompatible with each other? Is there a way to get what we want without disabling Shared Device Licensing? Thanks!

Hi all, I am looking for some advice on using Adobe in a AVD environment. Users have Adobe Acrobat Pro licenses and are using these to login locally on their devices however, when trying to login from within a AVD session they are hitting the device limit. What would you recommend we do to license users when accessing Adobe from within their AVD session? As we already have Acrobat Pro licenses would we need to purchase a further license or completely change our licensing to allow users to use Adobe outside of an within AVD? Many thanks,Sophie

I've looked everywhere and can't find this documented anywhere hope you all can help. If we own a license for Adobe Acrobat Pro through the perpetual volume license program and have used it on a computer and that user leaves, can we then reuse it on another computer/user if that first user leaves and is no longer using the license? I know with Microsoft OEM versions are stuck on the one computer you installed them on and volume license keys are reassignable but I'm not sure how it works with Adobe. Not sure if this is the correct way to submit a feature request. The Feature Request page (https://www.adobe.com/products/wishform.html) seems to redirect requests for the Admin Console to this forum. We are interested in seeing if a License Usage report can be added to the Adobe Admin Console. It would be great to have a way to generate a usage report to help reallocate license to users that would need it the most. Let me know if this is not the correct location to submit a feature reuest.

Laut Rechnung hatte ich ein Zahlungsziel bis zum 17. April. Bereits heute am 15. April gegen 15:00 konnte ich nicht mehr auf die Applikationen zugreifen. Angeblich ist die Lizenz Abgelaufen. Diese Meldung kann ich über die Menüoberfläche nicht bestätigten. Dort sehe ich die Verlängerung bis 2026?  Eine Begründung dazu habe ich bisher nicht erhalten. Wie es weitergeht? Got a trial link to the enterprise license, and I am trying to redeem it with an account. I am stuck in this page, and the create account button just keeps spinning.I was able to redeem it initially with another account.  (emails below are an example..):1. Main account had an email abc@test.com2. Trial requires another user account, so with the advice from the support person, I changed it to def@test.com.3. I've been trying to sign up with def@test.com 4. stuck in the initial account creation page.

Adobe add-in is not working for MS word.It works fine with outlook and excel.Both office and adobe is updated to last version.Tried to re-install both but the issue still happens.  

It seems there's a misunderstanding with our Adobe Creative Cloud subscription. While we used my son's school email for a student rate ,directly with Adobe. Adobe is now incorrectly associating it with a school organisation enterprise plan. Worse, they're charging nearly $65/month which we cannot change or cancel.

What are some ways to help prevent logins from devices that the account owner has not allowed to use?

I have two organizations in Adobe, but I noticed a difference between them regarding administrative rights.In one of the organizations, when assigning administrator permissions, only the System Administrator role is available. However, in the other organization, there are multiple administrative roles to choose from.Could you help me understand what causes this difference?Also, is there a way to enable or sync the multiple role options in the other organization as well?Thank you!
