Hi,I recently purchased Adobe Photography plan 20 GB for 1 year. Instead of receiving license code for that plan I received email from Adobe with information that administrator in organization granted me access to single app plan: Photoshop and then for single app plan: Lightroom + 1 TB.It wouldn't be suspicious to me if it was at a university or a company, but it's a normal purchase. It should work but is my license legitimate in this case? Thanks

As an account admin, I would like the option to suppress email notifications to our users when making a licensing change (removal, assignment of Adobe Standard, Pro, or changes between them). Currently, a user gets an email notifying them of the change. Would want an account wide option to not send any notifications.

Hi, if I understand correctly it is possible to implement SSO (federated ID) with a Creative Cloud Enterprise license. If so, is it possible to implement SSO within the account for the other users with only an Adobe Express license? In other words, do all users require an enterprise license to implement SSO for all users or not?

When creating my account I accidentally created a personal account. I meant to create a "Company or School Account". Can someone help with changing this? Thank you!

I subscribed to Adobe CC through my university with a student discount couple years ago and I want to cancel it since I have graduated and don't want to be charged soon. I am unable to use Adobe chat bot because it keeps saying "Please contact your administrator for help" and doesn't even give me any option to send an email or get in touch with adobe support and my university is telling me to contact KIVUTO to cancel subscription (saying it was set up there) and Kivuto is telling me the university is the admin. This conversation has been going back and forth since July 2024 and I'm literally furious by this situation. All I can do is tell my bank to block Adobe? Anyone able to get me in touch with Adobe? Why is it so difficult to unsubscribe when I used my OWN card??

As a professional photographer and visual artist, I have been using Adobe Photoshop for years, and recently also Firefly. I truly appreciate the creative potential your tools offer. However, I'm encountering serious limitations that are preventing me from using Firefly in a meaningful way for my professional work. My work includes fine art portraiture, maternity photography, and boudoir — all fully legal and artistic forms of expression, with no explicit or inappropriate content. Still, Firefly consistently blocks prompts and images that feature artistic nudity, pregnant bodies, or even subtly sensual compositions, even when nothing is actually visible or offensive. I understand and support the need for safety measures. My old computer was crashing so I bought a new one.  I received a message from Adobe that my Adobe Pro account is not activated on this new computer.  I tried to install it, but received an Error code 713, which "indicates that your Windows User Acocunt Control (UAC) " doesn't have the right permissions to install your app."  What can I do?  It's upsetting to me not to be able to talk to someone or even chat with them.  Doesn't seem right.  I tried the different topics related to my issue, trying to find an answer.  I have work to do.  I don't have time to keep searching for answers.  

Anyone from Adobe listening???? I'm trying to cancel my subscription and am told to contact Customer Care to make that happen. The Customer Care center, however, is shut down and I am instructed to come here to the Community, which is where I am. Now what??? Anyone from Adobe able to respond to this inquiry?

He asks for my password and email each time    Today I had to log out to let him access. This is not a right way to do things. i tried to make him owner of billing as an admin but got an error. What are we supposed to do ? This is a company account that I have set up with company credit card. He doesnt want to manage anything but to see bills.. AI Generate stop working in Photoshop on February 12 2025 for Shared Device License users. Generate ... menus are still available with new package installation.The Generate process showing progress bar then stopped with "This feature is not available" error. It is really confusing for the users, since this feature was used since Photoshop 2024 was released.The Creative Cloud Shared Device Access for Higher Education includes Firefly, but showing status " We are sorry. Something went wrong..." in Product tab of Admin Console.

I am curious if anyone else has asked about adding a custom field to user profiles in the Admin console outside the default of SSO Username, Email, Name and Country. Hello! Is there any way to configure Acrobat in a way that it will show the login for certain users (who have a login for Pro version) and suppress it for others? I am trying to use Acrobat DC on Citrix servers and the documented settings in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE cannot be used, because they would apply to ALL users

We're looking for a feature that would allow us to monitor and download usage reports of  our user's usage of the their licenses products so we can better manage license assignement. 

Have two users now that are receiving the same error with Acrobat Pro. Clean installs of Adobe. Uninstalling and reinstalling does not fix anything. Support tried fixing it but things compatibility mode is the answer (that's a BS fix which still results in issues, and unrealistic to turn on compatibility mode for 40+ machines).

Content Logs are great in the Admin Console as it is useful to understand product usage from our licensed end-users, including locally installed desktop apps.Is there a way to obtain this data via API or at least automate the reports somehow? 

Acrobat AI Assistant seems to be available to our enterprise users, but we haven't purchased any AI licenses yet.It seems to be working until they click on the 'Obtain access' button, after which we receive a request in the admin portal and they no longer have access.Is this normal normal? Do we have access for a short period of time?Thank you.

Hello. I have a question. If I want to sell a graphic to a client (graphics created with Adobe applications), I will have to make a contract with the client in which I give them all the copyrights to the graphic.. In the contract it must be mentioned that I used Adobe applications? And another question. Can the creation of graphics with artificial intelligence (Firefly) be used for commercial purposes? This must be mentioned in my contract with the client?Thank you!

For the last 2 weeks Adobe Pro has constantly locked up and said "not responding".  Does anyone know why this happending and what a solution is to this issue?

I downloaded Premire pro from the creative cloud that I have access to through college, and it pinged my AVG antivirus with a Trojan embeded in the install. Has anyone else exprienced this or is there a way to report this? 

As an individual, I can add up to 10TB of storage to my ACC plan.  But Teams has a hard-limit for 1TB of shared storage (+ 1TB of private storage).  Please add the ability to buy more shared storage space in Teams.
