We are trying to extract component and template structure in JSON format from AEM CMS version 6.5, we required template structure details like fields Name, field types, any datasource url which added into field and for component, we required template name along with content which used to build the respective component. Currently for Page content extraction we used JSON exporter module(.model.json) and for template extraction we tried with querybuilder => /bin/querybuilder.json?path=/conf/we-retail/settings/wcm/templates/hero-page/initial/jcr:content/root&type=nt:unstructured&p.hits=selective&p.properties=jcr:path&p.limit=-1. We would like to understand is there any direct way to fetch the response for the above requirement

We are attempting to install Flash Professional on top of CC2017 on some of Windows 10 (1709) student desktops.The Flash Pro package was built using adobes packager (1.14.0.59) but the install always fails with error 1603.We have tried repacking Flash, running the MSI and Setup command, with administrator privileges and also used the Exception Delpoyer.It never work just error 1603, the error log show a message stating "Failed to get info about conflicting process"Be much appreciated for any assistance in this area.Many thanks,Adam.

Has anyone successfully requested a new Adobe Account Manager? I’ve been stuck in an endless loop for two months trying to get the correct Adobe Classic FRL - Offline license assigned to my account.I’ve submitted about five support tickets, but they all get closed with the same response—"Contact your Adobe Account Manager." The problem is, my account manager has assigned me the wrong licenses multiple times (Acrobat Pro, Adobe Acrobat Classic, and Adobe Acrobat Classic - Feature Restricted), and Adobe is now asking for payment on licenses we don’t even need. I jsut need Adobe Acrobat Classic - Feature Restricted Offline!!! Support won’t help because they say only my account manager can assign the correct license, but my account manager is slow to respond and even told me to open a support ticket—just for support to send me back to them. At this point, I need a new account manager. Does anyone know the formal process to request this? Any help would be appreciated!

Hi,I've got a user with a license for the above product but when she tries to edit a PDF it won't let her save. It also says it is password protected when it isn't.Any ideas?TIA

Creative Cloud file synchronization for business plans such as Creative Cloud for teams and Creative Cloud for enterprise will be discontinued from 1.10.2024 (now extended to 3.02.2025). However, this information page https://helpx.adobe.com/at/enterprise/kb/eol-cc-synced-files-for-business-plans.html provides an alternative:Adobe continues to offer and support Creative Cloud storage and sync with cloud documents, Creative Cloud Libraries, Lightroom cloud storage, and Frame.io cloud storage. None of these cloud storage solutions are affected by this change.Unfortunately, we don't understand what the difference is here. Creative Cloud synchronization is being stopped - doesn't this apply to all cloud storage?We have an Adobe CC for Teams in our company and would like to disable the file synchronization in the Cloud. How does that work? Or is this already happening automatically?

New Feature request for Adobe Admin console: Allow add new user to ORG for User Group Administrator role. Right now, if a User group admin needs to add a user or a group of users via CSV file and bulk add to their assigned group, and new user who has not logged into Adobe first comes up with an error. Only system admins can add truly new users to the ORG.  Please allow this feature to user group admins so they can add new users who have not signed in yet to adobe. Example: A university has 100 new students starting a class. The user group admin needs to add the users to a group for access to an adobe product for the class. On the first day of class the users need to hav access to adobe products assigned by group. Unless the students have signed in previously or the system admin has imported the list of new users, the group admin's csv import or one by one add will fail. Please add this feature!

Does anyone know why Non-Profits are not allowed to purchase Firefly Pro licenses?  In order to get my one graphic designer access to Firefly Pro we would have to change to commercial licenses for all my Acrobat and other Creative Cloud Licenses.   I would like to purchase software, but the answer is nope, we will not sell it to you. Dean

Hi! I sent invites to my CC Library from my corporate Enterprise account to users outside the company. They accept the invite but get an "Error 404: Asset not found" alert. My coworker (Enterprise user) is able to share their library with outside users with no problem. I don't know what the difference is or why my invitees get an error. Thanks in advance!

I spent 20 minutes looking for a way to cancel my membership. It is purposefully hard to find. I canceled last month but they billed me again this month. If they bill me again, I will cancel payment and report them for fraud.

I am calling the API below, https://usermanagement.adobe.io/v2/usermanagement/groups/******@AdobeOrg/0 It works great from postman when I make less than 5 calls per minute(no complaints).However, when I try it from my application program, it works great for the first attempt.The next next attempt throws "429 Too May Calls" error and it responds back with the next-retry header with 3600 seconds. Really?? I am certain that my program is not calling this api for more than 5 time in a minute. Rather, I am manually triggering the program script for my unit test. Its just rustratiing. This cant be happening!Looking for help.

We are an education enterprise account and I've assigned a user a Creative Cloud All Apps license. When we launch the Adobe CC Desktop app we see all the apps listed and they all have the option of launching the web version or installing. So we install Acrobat Pro. When the install completes, we launch the program and it's telling the Adobe Acrobat license has expired and that we can still use the application for 4 more days. The license is assigned to this user's email address and it shows all of the apps under all apps when she's signed in to the CC Desktop app. It does say on the bottom of the expired pop up... You're currently signed in with your email ID xxxx@xxxx.com . You can also sign out and use an Adobe ID that already has a paid subscription. Now the license is assigned to the user's Federated ID. I don't have the option for an Adobe ID when assigning the license. But again, it shows all of the apps available to use and install when she's logged in. Just getting an

We're a school district setting up Federated IDs using Google as the source for accounts so we can set up the free student access to Adobe products during the Covid-19 closure.  When the SAML app that provisions user accounts to Adobe is turned On for a Google OU, and Adobe app shows up in the Google waffle for any user in that OU.  The app doesn't appear to do anything, when clicked on it goes to an Adobe ID error page that says "An error occurred.  This might be a sign of an IDP initiated login, which we don't support."  Is it possible to use the SAML app to provision accounts from Google to Adobe admin console without having that app show up in the Google waffle?  It may be a source of confusion for our users.

Hello Ideas Central,Late April 2024 Adobe added the functionality to create flat packages within the Adobe Admin Console. This allows their software installers to be compatible with macOS Sequoia.At my institution, we use JAMF as our MDM management platform for Apple devices. I've experienced considerable issues with the vendor provided PKGs and when uploading to JAMF, they trigger 'Upload Failed' messaging.It appears JAMF cloud spends 10 minutes or so ratifying the installer before rejecting the vendor PKG. It's not related to signing or notorisation because our home baked PKGs we upload aren't affected by this bug.As part of an Adobe support case E-001562156, I've discussed with Vatika and she advises there have been issues reported to Adobe - "It's a known issue".Hard to imagine that 1 year later, Adobe haven't reached out to JAMF to offer some insight into their packaging methods, learn why their PKGs may cause problems, and make adjustments.Please contact support@jamf.comFeel free

How do you find out if you have Firefly Pro or Standard in Enterprise CC. And what is the difference?I can't find any documentation for this and the Admin also can't locate it.
