Hello!  We purchased Adobe at my previous company.  Unfortunately, that business has closed and the admin is no longer available.  How can I get the admin access to continue use?

Hi All,I have currently created alerts in Adobe Analytics that can help us identify anomalies in data trends. Most the executive team is wants to subscribe to these alerts. Currently, I am adding emails of every time a new user wants to subscribe the alerts. Instead I plan to send these alerts to common teams notification channel and the teams themselves can share the channel to subscribe. Is there a way to add microsoft teams channel email in Adobe Analytics alerts. Best,Naveen.

This is awkward. Who is our Adobe Systems CVG and why can't I just pay and forget?

During Adobe Summit this year, a couple of presenters that produce high-volume webpages in their AEM  websites referenced creating "lo-fi components." I didn't get a chance to ask and I've been wondering what they meant by this since it was clearly tied to their productivity. I've worked with lo-fi prototypes created by UX designers and the term references designs that are rough outlines of the final work (as folks reading this post probably already know). But I have never heard the term "lo-fi" used to describe AEM components. Any ideas what they meant by this?  

Hi, I have such a problem that our users can login to adobe with googla account or through e-mai address. If I log in with googla account they go through two step verification and it is ok. But if they enter the emial address and password adobe does not ask them to enter the code. How can I change this? Or how to force them to be able to log in with googl account only? Hi All,It seems like the downloads on our AUSST sync seem to cap out at around 4-5Mbps, is this normal? Means our sync's take aaaagggeees to complete. Based on other testing (e.g. fast.com) on the same server, it should be able to get closer to 1Gbps assuming no other throttling from Adobe.

Hello everyone, I ordered the full creative cloud collection yesterday, but I still can't see any active plans in my account. When opening Creative Cloud it is asking to buy the aps ot start triel. Could you please check and assist on that, as it is really urgently to have the apps soonest possible.  Thank you! 

I accidentally install  the Chinese version into a Macbook, then I uninstall everything, then install the English version.Then I couldn't use Photoshop, it always pop up a window said:Your Subscription entitles you to Chinese simplified product verstions. Please verity the language settings in your OS, browser, and software download are set to simplified.it only happen on Photoshop, all other adobe application is fineHow can I fix this problem?ThanksJack

Hi, So I have taken over running the IT function for a small not for profit.  Staff believe that the business owns a number of Adobe Acrobat Pro licenses, and possibly cloud based subscriptions also, but there are no records, and all past IT staff who might have information are long gone.  Therefore I have no way to install Adobe licenses on new computers.  How can i contact Adobe and speak to a human to discuss getting access to our licenses and Cloud portal?  I did try the Contact Adobe function, but that just led to a circular conversation with the Virtual Assistant.   Rather useless.  Any guidance on how to have an email or chat or phone conversation with a human at Adobe greatly appreciated. Cheers 

I signed up for an enterprise subscription on accident and i don't think my school has adobe enterprise since i hand typed it in. It won't let me cancel it and there's no administrator. What do i do?

I can use RemoteUpdateManager to update individual applications, like Photoshop or Illustrator.  However, I can't update the actual Creative Cloud desktop app via RemoteUpdateManager.My users are unable to update the ACC desktop app because they are not administrators.  However, the app won't let them do anything, because it needs to be updated.  How can I do a command line update of ACC?Thanks for any help.

How can I uninstall all Adobe Creative Cloud applications silently on a Mac?   I've followed the instructions here and it still prompts me with a dialogue box.Use the CC Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems | CC, CS3-CS6Step 6 says the following but it still prompts the user... plus is doesn't indicate that quotes are used:In a Terminal window, type the following command:sudo [Path to Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool.app]/Contents/MacOS/Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool ‐‐removeAll= CREATIVECLOUDCS6PRODUCTS

Some users are getting emails from Adobe regarding being subscribed to Acrobat Standard even though they're already licensed to Acrobat Pro in our enterprise account. These same users are also being told they need to Subscribe to Acrobat Pro when logged into their local Acrobat installations. 

Getting this when I look at the logNo new applicable Updates. Seems like all products are up-to-date.2024-03-27 14:33:17.764 RemoteUpdateManager exiting with Return Code (2)The Acrobat version on the PC is  23.8.20555.   The RUM updater should be updating it to 24.1.20615 but it's saying it's already up to date.  Any idea on what causes this? 

When I try to view all the versions of my files in the cloud, I saw this error:TypeError: undefined is not an object (evaluating 'c.includes') How to solve this?

I've been getting this on about 10 (out of 50) workstations, we have a plan through SUNY and all of these are the Shared Device licenses and using federated accounts through our AD. All are Windows 10 LTSC 21hx with all security updates applied. Chrome is updated to current as well. All apps are up to date, or so says the desktop app. One of the specific certs is for adobe.io, but other machines have also had a second cert that I don't remember but was associated for the CC apps. I can't count how many times I've installed the certificates, had a message come back that it installed OK, and then had the same pop up for the (I assume) same certificate in a few minutes. I'm currently monitoring a PC that I just spent the last half an hour clicking on install certificate... There really needs to be a tool to reinstall all certificates needed since this comes up somewhat frequently for different users. I looked all over the Adobe adminconsole looking for a tool and didn't find one

So, this just started happening as I needed to login on my laptop with my school program's creative cloud account. It says I had 2 things signed in already, which is my home desktop and the work computer at school. Though I'm pretty sure I removed the work computer at school since it's being used for other things, so right now the adobe account is on my laptop and my home desktop. This started happening after that, so it may be an issue, I was unable to test if the work computer could access Lightroom ClassicThis problem only occurs on Lightroom Classic. Photoshop works fine, Adobe Audition too. It's only LrC that is giving me this issue. Changing my time sync thing didn't work, limited access repair doesn't work, the inetcpl.cpl LAN settings doesn't work. The current "here look at this link" that I've been looking at does nothing to fix the problems. One thing I noticed that after hitting try again, I looked into the preferences and in the connections or whatever tab it says that

Hello,Recently my creative cloud files are all missing through the creative cloud web browser on my PC. Although I'm able to see them on my creative cloud mobile app, I cannot obtain the original file and instead I only get a jpg.  Is there anyway I can retrieve my original files saved to creative cloud? I have a lot of important files I've worked on over the years and I would like to get them back. 

I am happy to see a level on control for File Syncing within the "Create a Package".As an IT Administrator I do not need to disable it completely for my users, but I would very much like to toggle OFF Automatic syncing when they log into CCD, as they log into multiple workstations at times. I would prefer they need to manually activate syncing after logging into CCD.

Ejemplo: en la empresa X, el departamento de diseño tiene una cuenta en adobe Creative Cloud, pero como son varios usuarios diferentes no deben de usar todos el mismo usuario pues no existiria distincion dentro de la plataforma. Como lo han solucionado ustedes, los leo.Att.
