Currently the Creative Cloud Packager cannot package Adobe Aero for deployment to classrooms. The ability to package is valuable by enabling IT to deploy Adobe Aero to computer classrooms in bulk for students to use. Saving staff, faculty and student classtime compared to installing on each PC in each computer lab.Steps to reproduce Sign into Adobe Enterprise ConsoleGo to PackagesCreate a new packageSelect any licensing modelSelect your entitlementSelect "Windows (64 bit)"Under "Other Versions" check both Beta and Pre-release apps Expected - Adobe Aero beta would be an option.Actual - Adobe Aero does not show up as packagable.  

We have shared CC Libraries that our entire org can follow and use. We first create a personal library and then change it to an everyone library when it's done and ready to be shared. I also assign only a 1 or 2 people to have edit rights, but yet somehow someone that has not been granted edit rights appears to be able to make changes.   A whole bunch of photos were just mysteriously added to a library that only 2 of us have edit rights to. What is happening????!!! I can't find straight forward answers to this question anywhere. 

By mistake, I created my Behance profile with my university account and I have started posting my projects as well. How can I transfer all my projects to my personal account without losing out on the project views, project saves, followers and followings?

I have set up Azure Sync for my Adobe for Enterprise organization. I have a few test users with existing Adobe IDs now synchronized to the Adobe Admin Console with Federated IDs. I am looking for the option in Users to "Edit identity type by CSV." However, I don't see this option in the dropdown list. This is what I am seeing:Any idea what is happening here and how I can migrate my users from Adobe ID to Federated ID?

i have error message license is still valid for 7 days when starting the photoshop app or illustrator app in my creative cloud apps.I have a license that has already been paid for and is continuig to be paid.The probles are with the update2025 for photoshop My mac is not updated yet for Sequoia? Is that the problem?

I am writing to report unauthorized charges on the Adobe console belonging to the company I work for. Despite not adding my card details to this console, I have been charged for subscriptions I did not purchase. Here are the details of the charges: 1 Oct 2024: R 1161.503 Oct 2024: R 2770.359 Oct 2024: R 23.239 Oct 2024: R 35.4114 Oct 2024: R 96.00 (declined debit order failures) I have already contacted support multiple times and provided the necessary details. However, the issue remains unresolved. I need the following actions to be taken immediately:Cancel all subscriptions on the personal console without any extra charges.Remove my card details from the console.Refund the amounts that were deducted. 

Around April, I bought a cloud license from a reputable Hungarian retailer with an invoice. I was asked in an email to log in with my email address and I would receive the package. When I logged in, it turned out that I had become a team member of an Italian printing company I don't know. A few weeks later, I was asked to sign up again, but then I was a team member of an Asian company. I dare not use this subscription. I have already been mistreated on other cloud hosting. We recently inegrated our Adobe Admin Console with Clever Roster sync for our K-12 Students and Staff. I can see via emails that we are having Errors, but I cannot find these errors in a log ANYWHERE! Can anyone help me locate where these may be?  

Hello, i do not have access to Admin Console anymore after years using Adobe CC. I'm the admin, i have contacted the chat twice and problem was not solved.  Before you ask...yes I've switched off Automatic Profile Switching. There is an issue ONLY with Photoshop for iPad where it is not giving you the option to log in to your team profile. This was confirmed by someone in the tech team as an issue and I'd like an update from Adobe staff of the progress of this fix.   

Hi,I created a new page by using the admin backend (Content->Pages). In the page editor, I added one row and an HTML code element to that page.In that HTML code element, I have the following code:<div data-events-calendar-app data-project-id="proj_id" ></div> <script type="text/javascript" src="https://dist.eventscalendar.co/embed.js"></script>This HTML code initailly gave a console error saying that it violates CSP regulations. That is why I added it to the csp_whitelist.xml in my custom CSP module. By doing this, the error went away and js was being fetched as you can see the following screenshot in the Network tab of developer tools.Even after doing all this, the js is not working as expected. It should populate the upper div with the content using the proj_key. Any idea why is this hapenning?PS I am new to magento.

Hello Back in August I received an email to say that a new benefit was being added to my organisation which would allow non-licenced users listed in our Admin Console to have complimentary basic access to Adobe Express and Acrobat, this would be really useful for my team, but at the moment this feature still doesn't seem to work. Is there some way that I need to activate this for non-licenced users? I've tested this with a couple of users who are listed in our Admin Console who don't have any Adobe licences. When they try to login to Adobe Express they get an error message stating 'You do not have access to Adobe Express'.  Any help would be appreciated.

Hello, I need quick help from a community expert that deals with account security/possible hacking issues.  I had a monthly student rate account.  I do not use a computer only an iPhone and 2 ipadpro's (newest models) so all I need are all the IOS mobile apps and possibly the web app Portfolio.  Anyhow, it appears that my student account has been deleted without my permission, I cannot log in, period.  Your system will not allow me to do anything to the student account, not one. Also, this account that I am logged into now is supposed to be free because I am a legal 601c3 human rescue nonprofit.  And now, tonight, I see someone has taken all the free subscriptions off and when I try to use any app, your system requests full price payment. So with 2 accounts now having serious security issues of some kind - and all happening within less than 24 hours, that tells me that someone was reasonably in the process of hacking/gaining entry into my accounts and

Hello,I followed the installation guide posted in the Adobe documentation. I can successfully install the software (e.g., Photoshop), but I’ve encountered an issue when trying to install additional software (e.g., InDesign) via Intune. The installation fails with an error.Upon further investigation, I found that the error occurs because "Creative Cloud" is running.Do you have any suggestions on how to resolve this issue?Thank you!

Hello, I am trying to get a behance project to open exactly like image 4 when the share link is open. However, when the share link is clicked by the client, they see the behance menu above. Is there a way to have the link open straight into what picture 4 looks like? Images attached. This is time sensitive so if anyone knows what to do or can help in anyway that would be greatly appreciated.

Hi there we have an all apps cc plan which includes 100gb cloud storage. When I try to log into illustrator on the iPad I get an error that my account doesn't have access to cloud storage. This is very annoying. Any ideas all? thankssanj

I have downloaded the Adobe Creative Cloud package recently to update the pkg file needed for my company's environment. When running the install of the newest packaged version of the CC app, it reports "This package is not compatible with your current OS". I verified that the newest version of Adobe Creative Cloud App is compatible with macOS 15 Sequoia when installed from the website. Is there a timeline on when the packaged version on the Admin side will be updated for enterprise use?  Thank you
