My installed version of Adobe CC updated yesterday. Now I'm experiencing issues with the applications I use. I've narrowed down the issue to the Adobe CC update. Is there a way to revert to the previous version and turn off auto-update so that Adobe CC does not update until I'm ready? NOTE: The apps I'm using didn't update, only Adobe CC.

Hi Team, I need to enable "Auto Update" for all the products in the Adobe createvie cloud for 100+ Windows 10 workstations.Please let me know is there a possibility to enable "Auto Update" using SCCM to 100+ Windws 10 workstations.

This Pantone connect is really starting to bug me from the business aspect of things.  How can I add Pantone to all of my employees with the adobe manager?  I don't want to have to go through each individual to add it there computer.  Is there not a way for me to buy it for all users so they have access to all the pantones?  This is a huge problem in the design and printing world right now.

Hi all,I am looking for some supporting document to clarify whether it is legal for 2 companies (same owner) to registered using only 1 Adobe Business ID and deploy Adobe Creative Cloud for Teams to these users. Our objective is to get better discount by merging these users under 1 Business ID and it would also be easier for us to manage user license. Thanks.

Why has Adobe made it so difficult to do business with, I've made many calls and scheduled a meeting that no one showed up to renew my 100 + licenses, when they call me they don't have caller ID so my smart phone ignores the call, I don't know or seem to have an account rep with a relationship. Heck of a way to run a business with no customer engagement.

We have Adobe CC cloud desktop app installed on users machines and then CC desktop app is reporting Acrobat DC as upto date when really 3 months of patches are missing even if i check for updates manually it says its upto date we wantr CC dekstop app to handle all updates for users as it auto installs without user interaction. out side of cc dekstop if i mnaually change the reg i can check for updates and it installs.  is there a reason why we cant do this via CC desktop app.  

Hello Yesterday, and without me doing anything, a huge part of the files inside of the Sync Folders were moved into to the Bin folder (mac user). I lost most of my work. My folders are no longer organized and Adobe Create Cloud added some random files as well. Has anywone experience this? How to restore my files? Is there any support service? I'm going around the pages and I can't find a proper support service!Thanks

As our customer have upgraded from 2020 to latest version. and they are saying it behaves diffrent in latest version. So could you please help me with setup link for Adobe 2020? Regards,Sachin

Recently purchased Creative Cloud for teams.  I am the admin.  I assigned a user one of the licenses and sent them an email. I then go onto their computer, click on the link Start Here, to download and install Creative Cloud for teams.  Go all through the process.  Then launch Creative Cloud Express or whateverprogram it is called.  And it comes up saying that they have a 7 day trial!  And there aren't all the apps that the Team license should offer them.   It seems to think this isn'ta teams license but an individual license that hasn't been paid for.Did not have this issue with the other user who got assigned a Teams license.The only thing that is different is there is a perpetual license for Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020 on this machine.Obviously, I want to keep the Pro perpetual license and also run the Teams Creative Cloud license.Any ideas how to address this issue?

Hello Team,Been trying to renew our VIP plan for weeks but no response from Adobe.I've sent many emails to Support and my Account Manager to get it processed.I haven't received any emails or calls back.I even received an undelivered email message because your mailbox was full. No idea if the account manager is still there as we seem to get different one after a few months.Please can someone assist

I am getting exactly the same. I have 150 iMacs to upgrade from CC2023 to CC2024. Running CC Cleaner on Apple Remote Desk top returns 'Null". Running it on individual machines CC Cleaner does not see the 2023 apps - consequently will not remove them. I am hoping to do a clean install of 2024 apps. Having to go around all the machines and manually unistall cc2023 is a mammoth task. Is the CC cleaner tool no longer supported? 

Our IT Admin purchased Adobe Stock and added it to my user profile. However, I am unable to access the Stock app within my "Installed/Available with your plan" app sections. When I try to download an image it requests billing information. My history with adding Adobe apps, once purchased they show up in the "Installed" section. Any input to confirm what's "off" with the account is appreciated. 

I'm also having the same issue. I have a team account and have been granted access to Adobe XD, more than a week ago. I can see adobe XD access under my account on the account info but I can not see the app in my Creative Cloud desktop app. I need to dowloand Adobe XD urgently for my work. Someone plz help.

Bonjour,En septembre dernier, j'ai procédé au renouvellement de mes 3 licences Adobe Creative cloud et j'en ai racheté une nouvelle (je suis passée par mon revendeur habituel). Je devrai donc avoir 4 licences à ma disposition sur le portail Adobe. Or je n'en visualise que 3 dans mon menu "Produits". Et ce qui est bizarre c'est que dans le menu "Compte" les 4 apparaissent bien. Mais je ne peux pas utiliser cette 4ème licence.Cela fait déjà 3 mois que j'ai acheté cette licence sans pouvoir l'utiliser. Et mon revendeur ne fait rien pour solutionner le problème. J'ai donc besoin que ça se débloque. Merci à vous.

How do I know if the licenses I am using at work is eligible to use the Adobe HUP? I try logging in with my work email on my home computer but doesn't work. Is there something I need to ask our Adobe Admin to enable? I believe our license server is set up within our own Intranet.

Hello,I am a business education teacher that using certiport to test my students for certification test on Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator. The discontinuation for Adobe Photoshop 2021 and 2022 is causing issues for the students to test. Can you all please keep the long term supported verions of the year so my students can test on those programs? Thank you.

Hello everyone,I'm a teacher from an italian high school and I'm in trouble setting up the Google Federation user authentication for Abode Creative Cloud.I've followed all the step in the guide provided by Adobe : I've created the directory, created the SAML app in the Google Admin Console, now I have to add the domain to the directory but when it's time to select the domain to add I can't select it and there's an error message saying "Property of another organization" (original error message in the image attached) and I can't really figure out the meaning of this error message, can anyone please help me?

We have recently run into an issue on our Enterprise licensing where the user is confronted with a license expired message when attempting to login to our Enterprise licencing on Apple macOS computers.   Our only rememdy has been to reimage the macOS computer.   We are in a Unified Jamf environment.   Efforts have been to Remove all the Adobe products, restart and reload, but this isn't doing the trick.   We have in ALL cases had to remimage our macOS computers in this state.

In my CC Teams admin console the option to set up SSO appeared as a banner invitation, so i set this up, for the most part it seems to work with the one exception being that there doesn't seem to be any options to convert existing Adobe Id's over to a Federated Id or assign a license to a Federated Id if there is an existing account with an Adobe Id, the existing documentation out there has steps and menu's that don't exist for me. I reached out to support who said this was still an Enterprise only feature, they didn't know why i had it or how it was working but they were happy for me, by the end of the conversation they said it was something upcoming for CC Teams. Looking around i don't see anything saying this is available now for CC Teams or even a hint of an upcoming feature release, does anyone know any different? I do realise all the documentation only says Enterprise but, banner on screen, easy setup and the fact i can assign licenses indicates something else.

Hi all, This is really weird. I've been Premier Pro 2021 because 2023 was doing this weird thing where all my videos were exporting looking completely different to how they looked within the project, (colour, exposure totally off) so someone here recommended using an older version. So i've been doing that for the last year or so. I've have the app saved in my dock on my mac. So I was editing a project yesterday, saved and closed it as I normally would, but when I went to open the app today, it's not in my dock anymore, and it's completely disappeared from my mac. When I search for it, it's nowhere and there was only the option to install PP 2024. I mean, I was able to open my project and it seems as though the colour issues from the 2023 version aren't there, so if it works I guess that's fine. But how weird that it just disappeared?

Hello Adobe and fellow community members, I have been an Adobe System Admin for several years and I believe the Admin Console and the Creative Cloud Desktop App still have a lot of opportunites for improvement to meet large enterprise needs.
