Has there been any update to this error? I have experienced this in a Corp environment where we dont want users being admins of their work device. I've tried numerous "fixes" (e.g. cleaning tool, re-installing, deleting files, rebooting etc) however Im back a square one with the Error code 191 when CC attempts to update.

Our SSO certificate between Azure and Adobe will expire soon. I have created a new Certificate in Azure and am trying to upload the pem file in our IDP settings in Adobe manager. What are the values I should enter on the "Create certificate signing request" for an Azure generated certificate? The help steps in Azure and in Adobe help don't seem to be updated/detailed enough for  the current systems.

Hi All,I am unable to access Adobe apps today, yesterday they were working properly. Now I am getting a prompt. of can;t verify status. What to do, my It team told they have given me access what to do.  Have anyone aslo faces this issue.

I am raising this on behalf of a user I'm supporting - they are unable to download Adobe XD online or through Adobe Creative Cloud despite being a license holder of Adobe XD - Edition 4 within our Adobe Creative Cloud tenant. This user needs to access XD urgently if possible, they are on a Surface Laptop 5 running Windows version 10.0.26200.6899. I am unable to adjust their ID from an Adobe ID to a Federated ID which is what everybody else in our tenant has. Is there a download link you can send to me to allow them access urgently? I would appreciate it if you could get back to me today asap.  Many ThanksKelvyn

Hi Team, gerade bekamen wir als Organisation die Email, dass unsere Abonnements am 3. November automatisch verlängert werden. Dort ist auch ein Verweis auf unser Adobe Konto zum kündigen des Abos. Leider finden wir weder in unserer Admin Konsole, noch in unserer Kontoübersicht die Möglichkeit unsere Abonnements zu kündigen. Die einzige Option die wir gefunden haben, funktioniert nicht und auch der darin vorgeschlagene Chat lsst sich nicht öffen. Natürlich sind wir die Foren und Support Seiten durchgegangen, welche uns aber nicht weiterhelfen konnten.Schon einmal Danke!

I am trying to check my notifications settings under Preferences in my account, but the tab does not display, it just spins for as long as I have it open. How do I fix this? Possible correlation: I want to check my notifications because the @metions feature for InDesign's Share for Review does not work for our team. I've attached a screenshot.

Since last week, when we login to https://adminconsole.adobe.com/, we get a message saying:MyCompanyName is being migrated to VIP Marketplace.  Your account manager has made a change to your Adobe Value Incentive Plan (VIP) membership. Your products, services, users and VIP number have not changed. You can access Admin Console as soon as migration is complete. This may take up to 24 hours.We can't login to the console to issue licenses or manage the users.  It is becomming a big problem for us.Can someone assist me or provide the appropriate phone number to call for support?

I need to install the Creative Cloud Desktop App from SCCM.This is the only thing I need to install, I do not need to package Apps to install when the installation happend.And I do not have access to the teams site. I am not the administrator of the software, so telling me to use the packager will not work since I cannot get the Packager. And since I am only trying to install the Desktop App, why would I have to go through the trouble of using the Creative Cloud Packager. This makes no sense.It was only two or three years ago that what I am trying to do was possible. So I am not sure what I was doing then is not working now.Can someone point me in the direction to do this? I can only find information that is telling me to use the Packager only online.

Noticed some of our users has adobe products like CC, Genuine Service, Air & photoshop.we are pretty sure that their user profile has no admin rights to install any software.Any idea how did they install it on their own.

I wanted to know if anyone is facing issues with their adobe analytics connection with PowerBI? Nothing has changed in my report but now my report is failing to refresh and having timing out errors. For example, 1 week it will refresh fine then I can't refresh my report for the next 2 weeks and has been very unstable.

I opened creative cloud on my desktop and I saw this:  When i clicked the update button, it loaded until this popped up I need to switch to a diffrent profile for work, but i cant get into creative cloud. I tried closing the app and starting it again, i tried canceling and trying again.... nothing works. I know I'm online. What can I do?

Hello, I need to know how to cancel my plan but I can't find anything that helps my situation.I have purchased a teams account, mistakenly i think, but i used my personal email that's already linked to my personal Adobe account. Now I can see my active plan on the business one and the billing on the personal one. I can't seem to manage my subscription in any of the two and I don't know what to do or where to go to find my answer.  When I ask the customer service it doesn't understand my questions or it doesn't respond. Please help, thank you!!

Sorry for the length, but I would appreciate some helpAfter having a single license, I purchased an additional license for an employee.Somehow it got to the point where in the email that was initially considered admin, I didn't see any files that I had before. (This is the email that I used regularly at first before purchasing the new license).On the other hand, in the new user that I added, I did see all the files. After using the chat, they told me that I could delete the new user and then decide that I would download all the files that were there, which is what I did.I received a link, downloaded several ZIP types, and then I got into trouble.I tried to upload them to the user that was considered admin. At first, it gave me errors and I was only able to upload the folder that was considered library.Then somehow I managed to upload the rest of the files in an area that I don't remember what it was.After doing that, I still don't see the files.And I can't log into the admin conso
