Hey guys, From this morning we have an issue logging in directly:  when we are in Premiere, AME  and photoshop and maybe more.When we open the creative cloud and log in, this works well.Different users, different PC's.. all same behaviorAdobe premiere version 23.3 I tried what i found on internet : restart , windows credential manager.We turned of the virus scanner and so.. but no solution. We are on a PC, windows :   Anybody any idea, we not seem to find where it goes wrong : premiere, Photoshop, AME  ??Creative cloud works perfect

Hi,I'm an Admin in a small team of 10 users of Adobe for Teams.All users were able to install whichever app they wanted just by clicking install in CC desktop app.They were simply invited via email from teams admin console.But for a few months from now, when new users registeres, they can only install all apps at first launch. After that they get a message 'you don't have access to manage apps - contact IT admin'. As a workaround i create a unmanaged package of apps and install it instead of current install of adobe cc.How I can set my team that way that every user can install whatever they want?Thanks!

I'd like to delete some users from our Org, but I don't want to delete their cloud data.It looks like data is retained for at least two weeks, but I was wondering if there's an official retention period.

Can I control the language of the user invite email to Teams?I have read answers from 2014-15 which indicate the language is tied to the VIP program country? 

Hey, I'm currently unable to procure additional licenses for Acrobat Pro in the VIP admin console, an error is generated "Something went wrong. We're working on the problem. Please try again later." Screenshot below  Does not appear to be a way to see details of the error in the add licenses window, the issue is not shown on https://status.adobe.com/ and I don't see any reports of this issue here, I attempted to add a license from a private window in the browser as well to rule out browser cache or cookies. Is this a known issue? If so, is there an ETA on when this will be resolved? Please let me know Thank you, Caleb 

I'm using CC on a Macbook Air with MacOS 12.6.2. My CC is stuck at 0% updating. I need to install Adobe Reader but it can't install while the update is being processed.   I can't delete the only CC app I still have (Camera Raw) as it needs updating, which I can't do until CC is updated. But CC is stuck on 0% updating... You see my problem!   I went the back route and deleted all CC related apps and files and managed to finally reinstall the app, only for it to be stuck at 0% updating again. If I've just newly installed it, why does it need to update? And why won't it? Please help!

Hello all, this question is from an admin perspective, I have a user that has the full cloud suite/license but is unable to use the XD  desktop app. The XD app isn't showing up as an option on desktop or when siging into any web broswer. It's not that it wont open, it's jusst not present among in the apps . Adobe chat is down and the contact numbers don't work, any help torubleshooting this is greatly appriciated.  I've tried removing the user and readding her and also removing the SSO feature. Created an email alias and tried to back door it that way and still noting.  The Mac OS is up to date and has plenty on space. Attached is the desktop error she got the last time XD wass opened before it dissapeard.

Impossible de leur attribuer cette licence, car on me demande une licence par utilisateur, alors que c'est une licence d'équipe.Pire, quand je me connecte sur Adobe Stock avec le compte qui a acheté cette licence, je ne peux pas charger d'images, on me dit pas de licence.Je m'arrache les cheveux sur ce problème depuis un bon moment. Quant à avoir un rendez-vous avec un technicien, on me propose un rdv à minuit.La question est simple : comment attribuer cette licence d'équipe à l'ensemble de mon équipe, dont moi-même.Cordialement

This is extremely frustrating. I have searched everywhere to find an option to remove 4 licenses of Adobe pro that are not being used and i cannot find the location to remove the licenses. I have called numerous numbers listed everywhere and even called the Mexico number since i am bilingual and cannot get ahold of anyone. I have tried to use the chat box but it keeps crashing asking me to refresh or reload the page. How difficult is it to add an option to remove unused licenses. We have a total of 17 and only using 13. 

Hello Adobe Team, we are struggeling with the missing "PHSP" directory on our AUSST. In many discussion I noticed the "--cleanup" parameter on incremental Updates with the AdobeUpdateServerSetupTool is causing the problem. Removing the parameter from the script is a temporary solution for me, but i cannot find any plans to fix this problem from Adobe side. When is fixing the problem planned? Thanks in advanceStefan

Hello, We have an Enterprise ;license, and some times we need to open a case on behalf of our users.  it would be more efficient to have the users open the cases directly with Adobe, as it often leades to remote support that Adobe and the end user need to coordinate.  How can this be accomplished? 

I have 50x SDLs. All are assigned. I have a project to refresh all student computers in the Art department. I don't see how I can recover my SDLs from retired computers such that they are available for reasigning to the new computers. Any advice greatfully received.

Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2017.0, Adobe After Effects CC 2017.0, and Adobe Presenter Video Express all crash (actually, won't open, rather than crash) UNLESS the computer is connected to our domain, or the user is connected to the VPN.I have a Lenovo P50 laptop with 16GB RAM and 4GB NVidia graphics card. The user is not a domain admin, but has temporary local admin privileges until we can determine if they are needed or not. After 2 hours on the phone with Adobe support, including being transferred from the installation team to the Premiere team, I was told I needed to be transferred back to the installation team. In the end, I uninstalled all of the applications, copied the installer to the local drive, and reinstalled. Again, the applications will only load if the user is connected to the VPN.I need help to understand why this is, and how to correct it so that she can use her software even if there is no internet available.Thank you,

Hi all,I am a keen photographer and have my own Photography Plan for Lightroom and Photoshop mainly. I also work from home and have been given access to Creative Cloud All Apps for business. I mainly want to use Premiere and After Effects. I don't know if I want to cancel my personal plan just so I can install video editing apps! I also don't know what would heppen if I switch accounts and install those apps from the business plan on the same PC as my personal plan... or if things will go wonky if I install Photoshop/Lightroom via the business Creative Cloud...Am I worrying over nothing? Is there an easy way to do this? Or even a complicated way... I can geek out.Thanks

As an admin on a team that switched from Adobe IDs to Business IDs a month ago, I assumed that once the team was fully converted, we could create team libraries instead of shared libraries. However, I can't find the option to create a team library or move our current individual/shared libraries to team libraries. Is it correct that a team with Business IDs should be able to create team libraries and is there a setting that needs to be enabled?I don't see the 'Everyone' folder under Storage>Shared Storage nor do I get the 'Move to Teams' option and not sure of the reason. It's been weeks am trying to get help from chat support wasting hours with no solutions. All they do is repeatedly provide an article on how to create the team's library which is again of no use. So posting in the community to get some help. Thanks. 

Hi all - I have a team of three, and two of them have seats for creative clouds per our Adobe plan. One of them is having a hard time downloading apps from the creative cloud. Her email matches the email in our Adobe account; we also tried deleting her and adding her back on. To no avail, still have a hard time downloading apps. Any suggestions are welcome, thanks!

While in the Adobe Admin Console I create a new account, but it is not saving the user’s name. The email address is required but the name is optional. I like adding the name, so they are easy to find in the console. I never had a problem doing this before today. The account gets created but keeps dropping off the optional name. Anyone else experiencing this?

Hello, I have added a user and tried to grant the product Adobe Acrobat Pro to that user, and I get an error "Something went wrong while saving. Error ID: "I have tried several browsers and I have tried other admins.all still give the error.
