Shortly after opening LRC the welcom screen disappears as normal. Then the small LRC window appears with several pictures in the film strip. The wheel of death continues then "Not Responding" message appears. The drivers and Windows apps are all up to dayte. LR has not problem loading and opening. Thank you in advance. Hi, @Aleke, or anyone, need help! Running into a reocurring issue with a recent shoot of mine, I've called ADOBE on three separate occasions, I've walked with them through the process, shared my screen, tried troubleshooting found here- nothing seems to be working. I will work tirelessly on one photo to match my preference, then work on a few more, only to return to that photo's AI removed pieces returning with these symbols [view attached]. This issue is very disheartening after a lot of hard work- is this shoot corrupted? I've never had this issue before, please help.Screenshot 2025-12-01 at 12.21.24 AM.png

I have a problem that I don't know how to solve. Could you please advise me?The thing is that I want to import a photo from my camera (Canon EOS R) to lightroom, and while viewing the photos I still have reliable colors, as soon as I import the photo, I go to Develop, the photo changes completely. The whole color, tone, is completely different. Could you please advise me how to solve the problem? This has never happened to me before. Thank you in advance
bonjour à tous j ai acheté LR6 version windows en 2018 toujours bien fonctionné. j ai changé de PC, réinstallé mon DVD LR...et maintenant si je n'ai pas de connexion je ne peux plus accéder à LR. j ai acheté la version PC car je l'utilise souvent dans des endroits sans connexion (et oui, ça existe!) donc comment faire??? merci d avance ps: impossible d'écrire à Adobe! c'est nul! Je vous écris à partir du logiciel LR mais mon problème est avec LrC. Ma version du logiciel : LRC 15.0.1 Je travaille sur un DELL R11 récent avec Window 11 professionnel. Ma filière lrcat contient 50,000 photos ou 551348 Ko. LrC refuse de s'ouvrir. Son dernier message est : "la filière lrcat ... est corrompue et doit être réparée". Comment puis la réparée? J'ai lu vos "posts" et on me disait d'effacer la filière .LOCK dans le dossier cloud ou se trouve ma filière. 124,926 éléments se sont effacés et une autre filière de 1K. LRC refuse d'ouvrir. Un autre "post" me disait de déplacer ma lrcat dans un autre endroit du disque dur. Impossible selon Windows parce que lrcat est dans le cloud. (One Drive a actuellement 213GB d'utilisé sur 1,0 TB disponible). LrC 15.0.1 a été désinstallé et réinstallé. Aucun changement. Il y a une dossier Old Lightroom Catalogs qui contient une filière : LR Cat... du 31oct2025 en .zip. Peut-elle être activée et renommée ? Il me restera qu'aller chercher le der
I have uploaded over 100k images over the years using LR classic and my card readers and CR2 files. As of last week LR shows the card reader and the card but produces not images to upload. I run windows 10, and have made no software changes except for the upload of v15.0.1. I'm not talking about syncing with the cloud or across any additional apps. I just can't upload my images. I know they are there, as I can see them on explorer, so the card isn't corrupted. This has not happened with SD and CF cards. Additionally my friend reports he is also unable to upload CR2 images through bridge/camera raw. Help?
Very frustrated with Adobe right now. I've been cut off by their 1-800 support line twice in the last hour; can't find an email or chat channel to try as an alternative. This is truly awful service from a highly profitable company -- something I'd expect from a scam operation. For the first time in 20 years, I'm going to start looking for alternatives. Meanwhile, as to my problem: Syncing in Lightroom Classic (on Mac) has been stalled for two weeks -- it's stuck showing 6 images as in progress (wanted to send them to LR Mobile) and nothing else will sync. I've done the troubleshooting steps on the Adobe Help page, and the instructions say that if those steps don't work, contact Adobe Customer Support. So that's what I did, with the result described above. It sounds like Adobe has to reset something on their end? But obviously, that can't happen if they keep cutting me off. If anybody knows a solution, I'm all ears. Otherwise, I'm stumped.
After updating from v14.5 my Lightroom Classic v15.0.1 doesn't launch. Going back to v14.5 and all works fine. I really don't know what else to do. By the way, the updating of Photoshop is ok, any issue.

Hi there,just realized the lens correction profile for Ricoh GR IV in LR version 15.0.1 is wrong in terms of vignette correction. It leads to significantly oberbright edges. Applying the GR III profile seams correct.
I'm supporting a friend of mine with his Lightroom Classic issue. His installation became very slow after an update. Unfortunatly he can't tell which update caused it.The issue is, that Lightroom Classic needs now 30 or more seconds to start and when switching between photos, the photo gets displayed fast but the develop dialog takes 5 to 7 seconds to get update. During this time LrC is blocked.He is working on an Acer Aspire 5 Notebook with Intel Core i7 Series 11 CPU, Nvidia MX350 GPU, 16 GB Ram and SSD (enought space free) So I was going through this forum and tried the following already without luck:- Updated all drivers and Windows 11 25H2- Disabled GPU under performance settings- Optimized the catalog- Increased Camera Raw Cache- Changed Power Plan I figured out, that in Task Manager when the program is unresponisve the process is shown with status "inactive", which led me to the Windows Resource Exhaustion Detection and Resolution service. Dear reader, Whan i use de Distraction removal in LrClassic the outcome looks like in the attachment. I use a iMac 2019 3 GHz 8-core Intel Core i5, Radeon Pr 560X 4 GB, memory 16GB 26687 MHz DDR4. Many users still have problems with the order of Ai edits.LrC offers no way in the app to know this exact order.The LrC team should address this and inform users properly.An external link is not a good solution.As we wait I made a little script that everyone can use within LrC to directly check what is the good order to follow.Screenshot 2025-11-30 at 09.32.05.pngNow anyone can know the order to follow within LrC and not have to memorize it. Hey guys,so I'm working with Lightroom classic. I synced a bunch of pictures while editing and had to manually refresh all the masks. While editing Lightroom updated the catalogue so I started in one and continued in a new one but never closed the app. So after refreshing I saw the masks again and I did that for about 1000 pictures manually. When I wanted to export the pictures all the refreshments were gone and I would have had to refresh all over again. Did anybody experience something similar or has any idea how to get the masks to be refreshed and the way I want them? I tried so many different ways to fix it with chat gpt like combining the catalogs or batch refresh ai masks. I'm really just frustrated now..

I am trying to open one of my LR Classic catalogues. It is already on version 13-3 but it's telling me that I need to upgrade it in order to open it. When I hit the upgrade button, all I get is a spinning pie. I have tried this multiple times on two different computers. Another catalogue that I use is on version 13-3 and it opens with no problem. Any suggestions for how to resolve this problem?
I use LR Classic and love it but now I want to use my cloud storage to backup my RAWs I've run into some pretty stupid issues. The Creative Cloud app won't let me upload RAWS for some inexplicable reason so I have to import my entire library into LR CC, AND make another local copy of them at the same time if I want to sync to my cloud storage. Why do I have to do that?! Is there not some easier, less incredibly stupid and annoying way to do this? This should be a very simple thing to do.
Hello! I have an Alienware x17, r1, i9, 64gb ram, rtx 3080, and lags in develop when going from one picture to another (3-4 seconds between photos). I found out that in preferences and system, that the gpu doesn't work: GPUDeviceEnabled: falseDirect2DEnabled: falseOGLEnabled: true (fallback = OpenGL)I tried everything chatgpt suggested, including turning off the other video card, and the gpu is still not working in lr on the 3080. What should be the problem? How can I fix this?
I'm at the end of my rope and lost on what to try next. I recently upgraded to an Asus ProArt monitor and have recalibrated with Spyder for this monitor. All of my images in Lightroom Classic are so dark and contrasted but only in LRC. They appear consistent and normal across every other browser and app. I've checked that my GPU drivers are up to date, played with settings in LRC, made sure LRC is updated, reset my preferences, restarted computer, made a new catalog, uninstalled LRC and reinstalled, exported in different color profiles to check, and I'm ready to cry and pull hairs out. I can't find any trace of help for this on their forums or even Reddit, everyone seems to have the opposite problem of their photos exporting darker. My colors have always been slightly off from LRC when exported, but never to this degree until upgrading. After doing adjustments in LrCC ,I further process in Photo shop and export to jpeg from Photoshop, but When immediately after export. The processed photo in LIghtroom resets to original status, loosing all adjustments I have done... Why?Is there any settings changed?How to correct it?
Subfolders are missing in this folder. Please relink? I don't appear to have any missing folders. How do I stop this error message? LRC 15.0.1 release
