Lightroom keeps randomly closing out and the "AI settings" for photos like lens blur or whatever. And the app just errors out and closes! I pay $12 A MONTH for this app and i'm going to swith if it keeps happening. 

As fotos que mando pro aplicativo estão demorando muito pra baixar na nuvem. Elas estão demorando muito pra carregar. As pastas que tenho compartilhadas demoram pra aparecer para as pessoa a que tem acesso com a pasta. As vezes para de carregar também 

Lightroom and Photoshop needed to be updated and now I get this error when trying to open multiple photos from LR in PS  

I have recently had to change my Google Password and the passkey I had for the email function now (of course) no longer works. I have tried all sorts of help listings but none of them seem to be upto date with the latest google information. It keeps showing ensure 2 step, then “signing in to google” “select app passwords” neither of which seem to exist in my versions. Any help please. 

After Google KeyPass was enabled for authentication, all requests started to return 401/403 errors, and now it is impossible to save or download files.

I got onto the mobile app and all of my presets were gone and only showing "profiles". I logged onto the online version and they were still missing. Can anyone help?

Hi all. Hoping that someone here can help me restore my edits... I've been going through my travel photos and about 400 (.DNG) edits seem to be reverted.I recently downloaded Lightroom (9.1) on my Macbook Pro with the intention of going through and editing my ~1000 photos from a recent trip. The way I had been accessing my photos up until today had been going through this painful process of attempting to navigate to the folder (of which there are 6 in one larger umbrella folder), and often it would tell me that I didn't have permission to open it, and sometimes it would let me in. Every time that it would let me in, all my edits would be there. Every time I open the app, it starts with nothing open. Working off Local drive, not cloud.Now today I decided that I would fix this problem. With some internet searching I figured out how to give Lightroom all the access and permissions that it wanted. Hello, I have downloaded the latest version of lightroom mobile onto a Samsung galaxy A56 and am trying to shoot RAW. However there is no option to toggle between dng and jpg on the camera shooting lightroom module, consequently the pictures are just jpgs. Can anyone suggest a fix?

nao consigo usar plugins. tenho um teclado midi para acelerar o processo e nao tem como usar. nao encontrei a opção de biblioteca / edição e não encontrei a opção editar todas as fotos selecionadas.não tem a opção criar novo catalogo. já trabalhei com a versão 2021 e realmente não tem nada aver com a atual.

A new update, more "significant improvements in performance," and Lightroom Cloud, after an hour of working on individual photos, can take up to five seconds to switch from Crop to Edit or Presets, and freezes for several seconds during the simplest operations.I'm working with Fujifilm RAW files, could that make a difference? Browsing files in Browser is very slow, slowing down the entire computer and using up to 100% of the CPU.i5 14600K, RAM 64GB, 2TB NVMe, 1TB SSD, RTX 3060 12GB.It's a scandal that this software doesn't run smoothly on such hardware. It's simply unbelievable. Are these people at Adobe even sane?Before someone ask - at this stage I've probably tried every possible setting of the program, performance, cache, etc. Today I moved the original RAW files to another SSD drive, no change, editing is a nightmare, everything is working slowly and freezing often for couple of sconds.Any plans to finally do something with PC version?

I have turned on use graphics processor, I have tried to delete the camera raw cache, my windows ARM computer still uses CPU instead of the GPU or NPU resulting in incredibly long AI denoise times, is there any fix or expected update where this might be addressed, 

When creating a Smart Album in LrD with multiple criteria, matching "All" criteria is the only option, with no option for "Any" criteria.  When looking at the online help, this is one of the steps listed to create a Smart Album:“Choose whether to match all or any of the criteria.”

There’s a glitch in the lightroom when exporting photos where AI update is required. Long story short I have been fixing some photos with AI tools (removing people) and now when I want to export photos I get a message that AI update is required for some photos. If I select the checkbox and press ‘export’ nothing happens. I tried restarting lightroom and my Macbook but problem wasn’t resolved. if I try to export photos without AI update then export I can export photos immediately without any issues.

When I edit a text watermarks the preview brightness is much lighter than the actual brightness in the image file.   I have to re-edit the watermark, and guess how much to reduce the brightness to achieve the desired brightness in the image file.

Hello everyone, I would appreciate some help on the below issue;I have recently got a new laptop and have reinstalled LR Cloud on it, signed in, and just resetting up Presets. I can find the Presets within my files and select them for import I click select and then I just get this loading bar, but they NEVER load, just constantly show this bar. I have tried trying to sync them from Online but they don’t appear on Desktop app. I have tried closing LR and restarting the program PLEASE HELP! xx 

iPad and iPhone sync but not Mac mini iOS 26.2. what to do [it’s been working 9+ years on the Mac]

I take RAW photos using Fujifilm camera with the function of “The Digital Teleconverter”, which apply a digital crop to the RAW files. I can see the cropped image of those RAW files on the Fujifilm camera. However, after importing to the Lightroom, those files all turn back to the original without showing any cropped view. I really would appreciated if Lightroom can show the cropped view of those Fujifilm RAW files.If this feature could be added, I can directly see the exact view from pictures that I've taken from the camera, and then edit them. I don’t need to manually crop those RAW files while guessing the size of what I’ve seen from the camera view during taking those pictures. Especially, cropping in Lightroom is just using ratio only, without the ability to typing the pixels size I need.

I’m using Lightroom AI remove feature. It ran till 100% and show a service not available msg.  

Hallo  I would please like help as I have tried everything that google and Chatgpt had. I lost all my preset when and I cant seem te re-import them I over 11k presets and non of them want to import please help

Lightroom constantly freezing or lagging
