Many times when opening a Camera Raw file into the Photoshop Elements 2026 Editor on Mac Intel  laptops with installed Camera Raw 17.3.1, the Menu Bar (top of the screen with File, Edit,Image, etc) freezes meaning it doesn't respond to clicks to reveal the menu items.   Seems to be the same bug that has been reported in the Photoshop forum: https://community.adobe.com/t5/photoshop-ecosystem-bugs/p-ps-25-12-on-macos-15-menu-buttons-freeze-after-using-camera-raw-liquify-intel-macs/idi-p/14870909#comments     When the Menu Bar is frozen it turns into bold text like in the screenshots below:               Usually one can unfreeze the Menu Bar by using a keyboard shortcut for File>Save for Web or File>Contact Sheet II or Filter>Correct Camera Distortion. Then the Menu Bar text turns to the normal regular text and unfreezes as in the screenshot below:         This is on a 2015 MacBook Pro running macO

Last month I got a new PC with Windows 11.  In addition to other programs, my IT guy installed (I thought) Photoshop Elements 2025 & Photoshop Premiere Elements 2025 - purchased as a bundle/package and paid for a three-year license.  Today for the first time I tried to open and use it.  When I clicked on the Photoshop icon on my desktop, I got a screen that showed the Organizer, Photo Editor and Video Editor icons.  The Organizer opened, but when I clicked on the Photo Editor button it told me to download my free trial.  And it wouldn't go any further.  I opened my Adobe "my account" page, and it shows my name and that I have this package, expiring next September, but it then has a download button.  Does that mean that the download process was not completed by my IT person and I have to figure out how to do the rest of this stuff all by myself?   I did then click that download button, but I have no idea what to do next.  I looked in

On Adobe's Danish Internet page there seems to be a flaw. When I go to the Photoshop Elements section and want to upgrade my 2025-version to 2026 I only get one option: Upgrade to PSE 2025. Not 2026.Apx. one hour ago I wrote this to Adobe on the chat, and the representative just told me that Adobe is not selling licenses anymore - only subscriptions. After that he just left the chat. Very rude behavior!

In pse 2026 the brush thumbnail changes to the default view/size (stroke thumbnail) after choosing "large thumbnail" after restarting the editor.I've reset the brushes and do not have any custom brushes I've manually installed.Another user in a FB group report this yesterday.

I bought PS Elements and just installed it.  When I opened the program Adobe asks me if I want to try it for 7 days or buy it. I already bought it. What do I do? I bought directly from Adobe and have the email receipt.  

Can load Elements 2022 on Windows 10 on both a desktop computer and a Laptop but not on Windows 11. Gets to 46% loaded and then stops with Error Code 127

Elements 2025, trying to print borderless, only doing two sides of print, help please.

How do I replace a saved file without having to constantly rename the file? (Save in version set with original is unchecked).  In PS2025, when I used Save As to the file, it replaced it - it did not create multiple versions.

I'm trying to install Photoshop elements on to my new laptop (Windows).  I go to my products, I click download.   It downloads the .exe file, but when I try to run it I just get a blank white box.   it doesn't do anything, load anything or give any prompts.   I have tried different browsers, enabling pop ups and also going to the file, right clicking and run as administrator.   I have also tried downloading it on our other laptop in case it was an issue with my antivirus but I get the same thing all the time.   Anyone else had the same issue?  Is there a solution?   How do I get it installed on my new laptop?

I am new to Photoshop Elements 2025.I was forced to upgrade because my previous Elements version was not compatible with Windows 11.There are many differences -- some are just changes, others are IN THE WAY of what I want to do or how I want things to look/work.Is there a way to advise Adobe of my struggles and to suggest improvements for future Elements releases?

Bonjour, En mode automatique, pour calculer le facteur d'échelle de l'interface utilisateur, Photoshope element utilise les paramètres de l'écran principal au lieu des paramètres de l'écran sur lequel il est affiché. C'est un bug et surtout un problème si tous les écrans n'ont pas le même pourcentage d'échelle. En mode non automatique, il propose 100% et 200% mais pas 50% ou 75%. Y-a-t-il un moyen de forcer ce paramètre à d'autres valeurs en attendant que le bug soit corrigé.Et savez vous comment faire remonter ce bug ? Merci.

I am new to 2025 --------- unable to move the taskbar to the top of the screen.Online instructions say to click and drag the handle on the left side -- but my taskbar has no handle or title.I tried custon workspace but that didn't help.What am I doing wrong?

When I am pasting in something I copied wit the marquee tool. I need to be able to *SEE* the area to poisition it correctly.Those pop-up black boxes that indicate the horizontal and vertical positions are often IN THE WAY.Is there a way to disable or hide them?

For almost two weeks now, you can no longer access Adobe Stock if you want to change the background in Photoshop Elements. How can I solve this problem?

My fathere-in-law had been using Photoshop for many years, starting with elements 9 and upgraded on a regular basis. Unfortunately  he recently passed away and I want to move his photoshop and his catalog to a new computer. I tried to log in using his email but Adobe says that email doesn't have an account. I have his latest CD's for installation, but without finding where his product is registered  i can't install it on my computer. I created an account using his email and installed creative cloud on his pc, but it still doesn't recognize his products. Any suggestions on where I go from here would be appreciated. 

I cannot import MP4 video into PSE Organiser. The video plays ok on my PC so, presumably I have the right codec installed.Can anyone help?Thanks,Jim

Hallo,nach Poblemen mit meinem Photoshop Element 19 habe ich es deinstalliert.Nach neu laden von der Adobe Seite startet das Installationsprogram, nach ca 5 Sekunden blauen Kreiseln bleibt weißes Fenster stehen und es geht nicht weiter.Pc neu gestartet kein erfolg.Das deinstallations Programm von Adobe durchgeführt ohne Erfolg.Kann mir jemand weiterhelfen?Gruß Winni

Hello, I have recently upgraded my PC to Windows 11 and am trying to reinstall my PS Elements software. Version 20.0, Registration March 2nd, 2022. Unfortunately the installation process is failing at around 20% of the install.. I have tried a number of times with the same result. Can someone give me a tip to solve my problem:PSE 2024:So far, everything has always worked perfectly. Suddenly the problem has arisen that I can start the editor, it is activated, but then blocked. No functions can be activated, and it can no longer be terminated. The organizer works normally. I can't find an explanation for this phenomenon. Even repeated installation could not contribute to the solution.

I recently bought a new PC.  I deactivated Photoshop Elements 13 in the old computer and attempted to activate it on the new computer. I'm still getting the endless loop of "Sign In" pop-up.  I contacted support, and nobody was willing to help me. The only thing they wanted me to do is upgrade to Photoshop Elements 2024 - which I don't want. I bought a physical copy of PE13 a few years back and love it and want to continue using it. It's what I'm familiar with and comfortable with. When I explained that, the support agent said the activation servers for PE13 are retired.  If this is how their license works, then why would I ever buy anything from them ever again? If the servers are going to be retired within 10 years preventing me from using something I paid for, why would I continue using that product? This is infuriating. So how am I supposed to activate Photoshop Elements 13?

When I edit files in PSE 2026, the settings 'Include in the Elements Organizer' and 'Save in Version Set with Original' are no longer sticky. I have to explicitly set them each time I edit a file. They used to be sticky and remember their last settings. 

PSE has been bad at playing videos for as long as I can remember. For example:Playing videos is really slow. With some videos I get 'Preparing file for playback...' What exactly is going on? File Explorer on my Windows PC can play back these files almost instantly, why can't PSE?The video player is weirdly modal - it pauses when I click away from it. Why?If you're playing a video and you drag the scrubber bar, the video pauses and you have to press Play again. Why can't it just continue playing like every other video player? It seems like the video playback component of PSE could use a bit of attention.

18pt type when correctly sized is perfect for application. Sometimes it's so small it's impossible to see - and the maximum size 72pt is also barely adequate. Sometimes rebooting makes it work correctly, sometimes not. Any advice appreciated. (Computer 3 mo. old Dell Pro Micro Plus QBM 1250)
